Hydropower as stable power installations play an important role among renewable energy sources. Yet, their share in renewable energy is small. Currently, it is only 10% of energy from renewable energy sources (RES), compared to 27% in 2010. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to assess the RES support schemes in Poland related to hydropower, such as green certificates, auctions and FIT, with the use of the Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) analysis in order to determine which support scheme is best incentivizing hydropower development. The evolution of the hydropower support scheme in Poland is presented. The total LCOE and possible revenues from support systems for various segments of hydropower installations are graphically analyzed for two analysis periods (15 and 50 years) and for two discount rates (7% and 11.4%). The analysis shows the great importance of the support schemes in the profitability of the hydropower plants investments. The LCOE graphical analysis proves to be suitable for showing sensitivity analysis of capital and operating costs of various sizes of hydropower plants. The analysis shows that the LCOE in micro-power plants is usually higher than the support and revenues available in the green certificates or auctions or FIT schemes in Poland.

Abstract This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the basic subjects of electricity and electronics for class X electrical power installations (TITL) in Vocational Schools for the 2019/2020 school year. This type of research is factorial. The population in this study were students of class X TITL SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan and class X TITL students of SMKN 5 Medan. The sample of this study consisted of 2 classes, namely the experimental class which was taught using the Discovery Learning model and the control class which was taught using the Expository learning model. The data collection technique is done by using a test technique using multiple choice questions that have been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiating power of questions. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing with the t-Ha test were accepted, there was an influence on the basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics using the Discovery Learning learning model. Keywords: Discovery Learning Learning Model, Expository, Learning Outcomes. Abstract The theoretical and computational analysis proposed in this work is aimed at identifying the features of thermal and hydrodynamic processes carried out in the steam-generating channels of the ship type water-moderated nuclear power installations. It is shown that the complex geometry of the thermohydraulic tract curvilinear channels of the steam generating system has a significant effect on the efficiency of the transport nuclear power installation. In addition to the formation of large-scale vortex structures and swirling flow in the pipeline, the phenomenon of the swirling flow crisis is revealed, under which the low-frequency component of the acoustic spectrum is enhanced. The scientific and applied significance of the proposed research is associated with the need to ensure a wide range of operational changes in efficient and safe operation power modes of icebreaker nuclear power installations. The research, aimed at developing the principles of physical and mathematical modeling of complex vortex flows, is necessary to optimize the design parameters of the thermal power equipment elements of new generation ship nuclear power installations in order to ensure increased safety and reliability of their operation.

The availability of solar energy is higher than global energy consumption, affordable by many users, simple to use, and relatively more environmentally friendly. Complexes of higher education institutions in Indonesia, in general, consist of many buildings with large roofs and stretches of unused land, which are suitable for solar power installations. This study analyzes the feasibility of constructing a solar power plant at an educational institution facility, with a specific case study on the Universitas Samudra campus. The analysis results have shown that for the supply of electricity with a total power of 10 MW, PV panels are superior to parabolic collectors. The cost of producing electricity using PV panels is 6.60 ¢/kWh, while the parabolic collector costs 26.42 ¢/kWh. And the total area required for the installation of PV.
