Educational tourism as one of the development sectors of tourism is based on the community's need for educational variations. Educational tourism is suitable to be developed in locations that have limited locations and are in areas with residents. Tukad Bindu, as one of the densely populated areas in Denpasar, has the potential to develop educational tourism. The fast flow of the river becomes an attraction and strength in the tourism development needed by the local community. The learning model and the introduction of caring for nature can be applied to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu. In its development, the arrival of Covid-19 also affected the visit to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu which was seen in a drastic decrease in domestic tourists for almost 8 months. Strategic steps are needed in adapting the covid-19 virus so that the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu can still run. This study aims to obtain a standard health protocol that can be done in entering the area of Tukad Bindu tourist attraction using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research can be used in application during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that people can still visit the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu by following the applicable protocol.

A global climatology of sporadic-E occurrence rates (ORs) based on ionosonde measurements is presented for the peak blanketing frequency, fbEs, and the ordinary mode peak frequency of the layer, foEs. ORs are calculated for a variety of sporadic-E frequency thresholds: no lower limit, 3, 5, and 7 MHz. Seasonal rates are calculated from 64 Digisonde sites during the period 2006–2020 using ionograms either manually or automatically scaled with ARTIST-5. Both foEs and fbEs ORs peak in the Northern Hemisphere during the boreal summer, with a decrease by roughly a factor of 2–3 in fbEs rates relative to foEs rates without a lower threshold on the sporadic-E intensity. This ratio of foEs to fbEs OR increases with increasing sporadic-E intensity, up to a factor of 5 for the 7 MHz threshold. An asymmetry is observed with the Southern Hemisphere peaks during the austral summer, with slightly lower rates compared with the Northern Hemisphere during the boreal summer. A drastic decrease in ORs is observed for the higher intensity thresholds, such that the fbEs occurrence rates for 7 MHz are nearly zero during most locations and seasons. These updated occurrence rates can be used for future statistical comparisons with GPS radio occultation-based sporadic-E occurrence rates.

Title: Adaptive Innovation of Architecture Learning in New Normal   The current conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic have brought many changes in the order of our society, including changes in the learning system. The lecturer is expected to adjust learning, starting from the process, curriculum, and even the output. Architecture Study Program in Santo Thomas Catholic University was established approximately thirty-six years ago. Over the last few years, the study program's condition has decreased from several aspects, including a drastic decrease in the number of students. The Covid-19 pandemic condition has made things worse, and adaptive innovations are needed that can be applied in this new normal situation. There are many obstacles during this pandemic. In this new condition, the creativity of lecturers is demanded even more. Variations in media, teaching methods, and teaching materials are aligned with the characteristics of students who are 'z' generations. One of the innovations that are being carried out is curriculum relaxation, in which some courses revise the output of lectures into simpler objects but still fulfill basic competencies.

In Northern Italy the coronavirus infection has spread since February 2020: the increase in admissions of COVID-19 patients corresponded to a drastic decrease in admissions of regular patients to the Emergency Room (ER). This retrospective study was conducted by Academy of Emergency Medicine and Care (AcEMC). During the lockdown period the accesses were reduced by more than 50%, and in the following months of May and June 2020, there was a recovery clearly below (70%) previous year’s numbers. We have observed a drastic reduction in white and green codes, a fair reduction in yellow codes, while red codes remained stable. The decrease in access to the ER mainly concerned patients with low priority color codes, but also the reduction in the number of accesses of yellow and red codes, insignificant at a superficial glance, is notable. If we consider that yellow and red codes during the months of the lockdown included many patients with COVIDrelated respiratory insufficiency, it is evident that there was a clear reduction in the number of serious illnesses not COVID-related. This is certainly another serious consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to identify the role of equity crowdfunding in saving MSMEs from the crisis due to the pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using various sources of information from previous research, regulations, and published repot by various agencies such as OJK and Kemenkopukm. The Covid-19 pandemic that entered Indonesia resulted in a drastic decrease in the profits of MSME business players. This makes MSMEs have to carry out various strategies to maintain their business so they are not swept away by a pandemic storm. Reducing workforce, saving sales figures using online platforms, and pivoting are some of the strategies undertaken by MSMEs to maintain their business. This makes MSMEs need to take their business through the addition. Equity crowdfunding is an option for MSMEs to increase capital to carry out various rescue strategies. In addition to providing opportunities for MSMEs to get additional funds, through the equity crowdfunding platform, MSMEs can also support their business to the wider community. This can increase the value of products and brands and increase the popularity of the customer base so as to increase the MSME business value.

In this paper, the consequences of missing observations on data-based multicollinearity were analyzed. Different missing values has a different effect on multicollinearity in the system of multiple regression model. Therefore, to ascertain the clear relationship between both multicollinearity and skipping values on monotone and arbitrary missing values, the collinear effects were potentially studied on two types of missing values. Similarly, the comparison was done to investigate each response of multicollinearity on each pattern of the missing values with the same informatics data. It was found that tolerance and variance inflation factor fluctuates due to the missing of information from the sample analyzed at a different percentages of the missing values. It was observed that the more missing values available in the sample obtain from either population statistics or survey than multicollinearity will be found in the system of multiple regression, this is because as the number of Missingness increase it shows a drastic decrease from the tolerance level on both monotone and arbitrary types as observed from the analysis.

AbstractHydrophobicity is one of the most critical factors governing the adsorption of molecules and objects, such as virions, on surfaces. Even moderate change of wetting angle of plastic surfaces causes a drastic decrease ranging from 2 to 5 logs of the viruses (e.g., T4 phage) in the suspension due to adsorption on polymer vials' walls. The effect varies immensely in seemingly identical containers but purchased from different vendors. Comparison of glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene containers revealed a threshold in the wetting angle of around 95°: virions adsorb on the surface of more hydrophobic containers, while in more hydrophilic vials, phage suspensions are stable. The polypropylene surface of the Eppendorf-type and Falcon-type can accommodate from around 108 PFU/ml to around 1010 PFU/ml from the suspension. The adsorption onto the container’s wall might result in complete scavenging of virions from the bulk. We developed two methods to overcome this issue. The addition of surfactant Tween20 and/or plasma treatment provides a remedy by modulating surface wettability and inhibiting virions' adsorption. Plastic containers are essential consumables in the daily use of many bio-laboratories. Thus, this is important not only for phage-related research (e.g., the use of phage therapies as an alternative for antibiotics) but also for data comparison and reproducibility in the field of biochemistry and virology.
