The article deals with the complex indicative forecasting of agricultural insurance parameters, which have approximate empirical dependences of variables and provide approximation of actuarial calculations of the franchise, in order to optimize the rates of insurance compensation for losses in agricultural production. The tools for minimizing the risks of agricultural production are substantiated. The typology of instruments for regulating the risks of agricultural production by transferring their risk distribution in the institutional environment and market infrastructure is studied. It is proved that vertical integration has a positive effect of compensation for losses of agricultural production, taking into account alternative diversification combinations with actual variables and the occurrence of a certain insurance event. Multicriteria optimization of the parameters of partial distribution of risks of agricultural production, which simultaneously provide the maximum possible value of the expected return with a minimum value of the risk of the portfolio of assets of agricultural enterprises, is fulfilled. The utility function for accidental consequences in agricultural insurance is substantiated, as it guarantees the effective indicator of income at variable values of uncertainty. Approximate empirical dependences of variables are determined, which provide approximation of actuarial calculations of the franchise, in order to optimize the rates of insurance indemnity in agricultural production. Models of indicative forecasting of optimal parameters of agricultural insurance on the market of agricultural products of Ukraine on insurance payments and insurance premiums, which have a decreasing function, have been developed; insured sum and franchise have dynamic fluctuations.

This paper presents a novel two-stage distributionally robust optimization model of the two-allocation p-hub median problem with different hub link scales. With the objective of minimizing overall costs of building and operating the hub network, the choices of hub locations and hub link scales are decided in the first stage, while the optimal flows are determined in the second stage once the uncertain demands have been realized. Before establishing the hub network, we just have partial distribution information about the uncertain flow demands, which can be described by a given perturbation set based on the historical information. Due to the ambiguous distributions leading to a computationally intractable model, we reformulate the proposed model into the tractable robust counterpart forms under two types of uncertainty sets (Box[Formula: see text]ellipsoidal perturbation set and Generalized ellipsoidal perturbation set). Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability for our model, we conduct a case study for the express network system in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region.

The objective of this study was to map the routes of greater natural occurrence of the mango tree, through the geographic descriptors and to characterize mango accesses in Maranhão. Field trips for the collection of geographic data and fruit harvesting were carried out in the municipalities of Chapadinha, Caxias, Brejo and Matinha, MA in the year 2013. Qualitative biometric studies were conducted to characterize the accesses collected regarding the color of the fruit peel (TFC), fruit pulp color (CPF), firmness (Fir), fruit shape (FF), fruit peel adhesion (ACF), fruit aroma (FF), fruit DF), fruit succulence and embryo (EB).The model of partial distribution of the mango in Maranhão was generated in the Open Modeller program based on the methodology using the algorithm SVM. Three groups were formed by the Tocher grouping method. The accesses of sugar and milk mango were the most similar, while the greatest genetic distance was between the accesses of mango sugar and mango. In the geographic map it was verified that there are areas with high probability of natural occurrence of mango in Maranhão. It was verified that there is genetic variability in the mango accesses collected in Maranhão with desirable agronomic characteristics and sweet fruits, thus contributing to reduce the species' vulnerability that currently exists in large areas of monoclonal crops.

Sumba Sea is an Indo-Australian tectonic plate transition zone that has a huge biodiversities resources and also behalf of an international shipping lane zone from southern of Indonesia to Australia and New Zealand, and as the return. In addition, Sumba Sea is also a kind of outer boundary of Indonesia, that is necessary to do basic environmental monitoring as the authorities in the management of outer sea zone. Indonesia does not have representative environmental quality database including the pollution of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH). This study purposes to determine the partial distribution and concentration of TPH in sediments in Sumba Sea, East Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted in August 2016 using Research Vessel of Baruna Jaya VIII. Samples were collected using a box core, preserved in amber glass jar bottle and stored at 4°C for further analysis in the laboratory. In the laboratory, sediment samples were extracted using dichloromethane and n-hexane for three times extraction. Furthermore, samples were evaporated before added by tetrachloroethylene solvent. Samples were measured with Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) at wavelength 2850-2950 cm-1. The results showed that the pollution of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) in the Sumba Sea was detected at all sampling station based on identified of hydrocarbon functional groups. The partial distribution of TPH is evenly distributed and covered all stations on low concentrations. The highest concentration of TPH was detected at station 10 as 4.348 ppm

Growing attention has been paid to surface texture owing to its significance in bearing lubrication, load capacity, and wear resistance. In this paper, research emphasis is placed on the influence of texture distributions on bearing vibration and rotor stability. With microfabrication techniques, three kinds of textures configurations (0–90° partial distribution, 0–160° partial distribution, and 0–160° full distribution) are designed and applied on the lower pad surface. The experiment of journal bearings is carried out. The experiment results show that there is a significant decrease in acceleration amplitude of the textured bearings compared to nontextured bearings. Furthermore, the 0–160° partially distributed journal bearings have better vibration damping effect than another two kinds of textures, which can be verified by the shaft center orbits, Fourier spectrums, and waterfall plots.

The uneven temporal and partial distribution of water resources in Hellas, and especially southeastern regions, has resulted in the construction of various water systems for collection and storage of rainwater, since their very early habitation. Ever since, technologies for the construction and use of several types of cisterns and other relevant hydraulic strictures have been developed. The main diachronic achievements in rainwater harvesting and use in Hellas from the earliest times of humankind to the present is studied. Emphasis is given to the periods of great achievements such as the Hellenistic and the Roman. The major necessity of water justifies not only the innovations found throughout the historical time-line of these constructions but also the most advanced engineering of each era applied to these constructions. Also, the importance of this hydrotechnology and the concept of the value of water-saving to present and future times is considered. Aspects referring to hygienic precautions for the purity of the water collected and stored are another issue that is worth examining.

The article describes the present condition and the development trends of ornithological tourism in Poland. A questionnaire survey, participant observation and interviews have produced a description of Polish bird-watchers and ornithological tourism organizers. A partial distribution of bird-watching sites and needs for development have also been described. Polish ornithological tourism is at an early development stage, however, as in other countries, a dynamic growth of interest in this activity is found.
