AbstractBased on the results of observations made at Karangmulya I Public Elementary School and the author's experience that the material in the human digestive system of teachers is often difficult when teaching so that learning outcomes obtained by students are less satisfying. This study aims to (1) Develop learning by utilizing video media and market plan methods, (2) find out the development steps in learning, and (3) find out how far the merging of video media and market plan methods can improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences class VI subject of the human digestive system. The results of this study indicate that the learning media by utilizing video collaborated with the market plan method in science subjects the subject of the human digestive system shows an increase. This is evidenced by the acquisition of student values above the KKM. This learning work has been disseminated to colleagues especially in SDN Karngmulya I. Keywords: Class VI Science;Human Digestion;Video Media and Market Plan AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SDN Karangmulya I dan pengalaman penulis bahwa dalam materi sistem pencernaan manusia guru seringkali Kesulitan saat mengajarkanya sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik  kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan media  video dan metode market plan, (2) mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan dalam pembelajaran, dan (3) mengetahui sejauh mana penggabungan media video dan metode market plan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VI pokok bahasan sistem percernaan manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan video yang dikolaborasikan dengan metode market plan dalam mata pelajaran IPA pokok bahasan sistem pencernaan manusia menunjukan adanya peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai peserta didik di atas KKM. Karya pembelajaran ini telah didesiminasikan kepada rekan sejawat khususnya di lingkungan SDN Karangmulya I. Kata kunci: IPA Kelas VI; Media Video dan Market Plan;Pencernaan Manusia.

In recent years, community-based tourism has become a source of income within indigenous and rural communities, either as a principal or complementary activity. However, the management of the administrative and financial processes of this type of enterprise was unknown. In this sense, this paper aims to analyze the state of these processes within the so-called Community-Based Tourism Enterprises (CBTEs) in the provinces of Pichincha, Napo, and Imbabura (Ecuador). For this purpose, a matrix was designed to collect information on the administrative and financial processes that an enterprise should have, detailing all their elements with their respective assessment. Also, an interview was administered to the 28 community leaders (one for each CBTE) to diagnose each issue of business management. In this diagnosis, it was concluded that, despite having a certificate from the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR), the Community-Based Tourism Enterprises have not implemented important administrative and financial processes such as a strategic plan, operational plan, market study, cost analysis, process manual, market plan, initial situation, results status, final status, or financial indicators. Therefore, in the long term, this leads to poor management of business resources, which can result in the closure of these enterprises.

Abstract In current automobile market, plan view outline styling between hood and front fascia is very popular and customers are sensitive to this styling. How to assure high aesthetic quality with low cost is very important for automotive engineers. In this paper, the variation simulation model of the usual and a new method is established and compared by 3DCS software. The development method with a new locating strategy and installation process for fascia center bracket is presented to optimize product development and process enablers. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified on physical model.

Traditional employer-sponsored defined-benefit pension plans in the private sector that provided lifetime benefits have declined precipitously since 1985. They have been largely replaced by Section 401(k) plans in which investment control, market risk and longevity risk have been transferred from the employer to the participant. Most participants opted for the low-yielding money market plan default option, which proved inadequate for providing viable retirement income. The Pension Reform Act of 2006 made two important changes to 401(k) plans: (1) allowed automatic enrollment and (2) allowed target-date funds as a “qualified default investment alternative.” This article examines the evolution from defined-benefit pensions to target-date funds and the closely related collective investment trusts.


The importance of defining how to go-to-market is described in this chapter. Go-to-market (GTM) is the final step in the innovation process. It is the time of making money. The first part of the go-to-market plan (what is the target?) needs to be defined in your company's value proposition. Who will buy what the company sells? Why is the product or service better than the competition? The second part (how to hit the target?) can be built with a go-to-market plan. This plan is a roadmap for deciding how the entrepreneur will enter the market. What will be the price of the product, how many people will the sales team need, through which channels will the product be sold? One critical thing in the innovation is to understand if the time is right. For that, this chapter proposes a simple method using Porter's five forces.
