Interorganizational relationships take advantages of surrounding networks to create value. However, there is little processual understanding of how cooperative partnerships ‘work’ in healthcare collaboration. From the value creation perspective, their mobilization, management and maintenance are challenging. To understand the value of cooperative partnerships, we explore the dynamics of partnership formation in occupational healthcare collaboration. The empirical data is based on a two-year qualitative case study examining e-value co-creation in healthcare. The research data was obtained through a participatory action research method. We facilitated and followed up a developmental process of the partnership between an occupational health service company and its customer organization. This partnership aimed to add strategic value through the co-creation method to improve the well-being of employees and to promote eHealth solutions. In analyzing the data, we adopted a process orientation that allowed us to explore dynamics in partnership formation and its e-value co-creation. We used Ring and Van de Ven’s [1] framework to examine how cooperative interorganizational relationship develops through the stages of negotiation, commitment and execution. Our longitudinal case study analysis reveals how interaction, mutual sensemaking and institutional logics affect partnership and its value creation. The results show that the formation of a cooperative partnership is a challenging inter-organizational learning process. Our study demonstrates three tensions characterizing the dynamics of partnership: asymmetrical roles and positions between partners (customer and service provider) in co-creation, exploitation of institutionalized practices versus the exploration of new methods for collaboration, and tradeoffs between the operational logic and the co-creation logic. To create value for all in cooperative partnership, we emphasize the necessity of dialogue, mutual trust, interorganizational learning and processual feedback of accomplishments. At its best, cooperative partnership in healthcare collaboration can challenge existing practices of service provision and develop new concepts, roles and tools to promote health and well-being at workplaces through co-creation as a working method in occupational health collaboration.

For farmers, the partnership relationship has great benefits, which are relatively stable with market certainty. While the benefits for partners are the certainty of obtaining raw materials in accordance with the required specifications. Using a qualitative description method, this paper aims to examine and present the conditions and institutional performance of the processing industry partnership in the marketing of horticultural products. Market certainty is the hope and main goal of farmers in pursuing each of their farming activities, in addition to obtaining maximum yields of course. Various agro-industry business actors, directly or indirectly in the procurement of raw materials, mostly still come from traders/suppliers. In a cooperative partnership relationship, farmer groups / farmer group associations are more burdened with obligations while their rights are still limited. The benefits of studying marketing partnership institutions and their development perspectives related to efforts to accelerate and implement agribusiness development to improve the welfare of their farmers, of course, are needed, especially as a liaison between farmers and users of their farm products. The perspective of partnership development is still very open, among others due to: (a) both parties obtain mutually beneficial benefits; (b) demand for processed products is increasing along with population growth. Institutional partnerships act as partners to market farm production in a wider and varied range. The partners are indicated to continue to provide the opportunity to sell to the free market if the price is better.

The article deals with the features of the normative legal regulation of cooperation in 1917. New provisions regulating the activities of cooperative associations, that were fundamentally different from the norms of the cooperative legislation of the tsarist government, are defined. The author highlights the ideological foundations of the cooperative policy of the Provisional government, which influenced the formation of the main provisions of the cooperative legislation in 1917. Key features of the cooperative legislation of 1917 stand out: the determination of the legal status of cooperative companies for the first time a legislator was fixed definition of the concept of "cooperative partnership"; an accomplished fact of registration of a legal entity, this provision was introduced by the legislator for the first time since before the 1917 registration of a legal entity was permissive. This provision greatly facilitated the creation of cooperative associations, which contributed to their rapid growth. Another feature was that minors were allowed to become a member of a cooperative partnership from the age of seventeen, but they were not allowed to be included in the control and management bodies. Cooperative societies were now considered not only as an institution that increased the material well-being of the population, but also as an institution for its spiritual development. Since 1917, there had been a rapid growth of Union associations of cooperative associations both in the provincial and all-Russia ones. This was also a consequence of the new cooperative legislation. It is concluded that the rules of law that completely re-built the cooperative network, defined the status of cooperative partnerships, gave a new impetus to the development of cooperation as a powerful social movement that can mobilize huge masses of the population.

The status of a consumer partnership as one of organizational and legal forms of juridical entities, that is also one of organizational and legal forms of citizens’ more active participation in state-management and their personal needs satisfaction is determined in the article. The norms of the Civil Code and the State Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Cooperation” and the “On Consumer Cooperation” are analyzed. According to the mentioned documents an independent, democratic citizens’ organization who unite in order to conduct common management for the sake of improving their economic and social status on the basis of voluntary partnership and mutual support are considered to be a consumer partnership. The above mentioned regulatory legal acts provide for different features of consumer partnerships. The features of consumer partnerships provided by current legislation are not civil and legal in their nature. Such a situation has become a legacy of the fact that the principles of legal regulation of the system of consumer partnerships, formed in the USSR, has not almost been changed yet. The very fact is that there is a need to develop a new legal model of consumer partnerships, which structure will take into account modern tendencies of the development of European legislation. It’s possible to formulate a list of civil and legal features of consumer cooperative partnerships that will distinguish them among any other partnerships. Namely they are: non-entrepreneurial legal status of consumer partnership; sufficiency of the main rights of the members of a partnership; subjects of property right of the members of a partnership; responsibility of the members of a partnership for obligations of a consumer partnership. All these features allow us to distinguish consumer partnerships as a separate organizational and legal form of non-entrepreneurial partnerships. The following definition of a consumer cooperative partnership can be proposed: it is a non-entrepreneurial cooperative partnership which members have a right for a concern. The size of this concern is determined as a set of unit and additional contributions. The members are liable within the value of the unit and are entitled to profit within the limits determined by law. Key words: cooperative, consumer partnership, features of consumer partnerships.

It is of great significance to build an efficient and cooperative innovation system and support system under the background of China persisting in leading the development with innovation and speeding up the construction of an innovation-oriented country. The collaborative relationship and profit distribution of each innovation subject will be analyzed through the study of the innovation activity in the innovation chain. With consideration of the characteristics of the innovation chain such as high risk, financing difficulty, cooperative partnership and so on and using the internal financing mode of supply chain for reference, the game model of internal financing between members of the innovation chain will be established. The game equilibriums will be solved and analyzed, and the optimal equilibriums will be achieved by designing the contracts to establish the internal financing mechanisms in the innovative chain. For the risk asymmetry at each stage of the innovation chain, the contracts will be optimized to construct the risk sharing mechanism to control the risk of the internal financing in the innovation chain. In order to make innovations, this paper creates the financial support mode of the innovation chain, improves the innovation support system and increases the efficiency of the innovation chain.

Purpose. The purpose of this article is to establish features of the conceptual system of modern German language medical discourse, namely to identify the key units of its mental resource as conceptual space, and to determine relationships between them. The research is performed within the modern cognitive-discursive paradigm of linguistic research, aimed, among other things, at establishing mental and speech features of discursive practices of ethnocultural communities, features of complementarity of their mental and verbal resources, which allows to describe their mental conditionality.Methods. The method of cognitive mapping was used in the research, by which interpretation of the semantic plan of text as a component of discourse was carried out. It consisted of a step-by-step application of a conceptual method - to establish a set of autochtonous concepts and analysis of adjacent pairs, which established pairs of concepts used in an immediate context, quantitative analysis which justified the regularity of established pairs for this type of discourse, and logical-semantic analysis, on the basis of which logical interpretations were formulated – the main presuppositions that are in the basis of modern German language medical discourse.Results. Based on 500 discursive acts were identified 2367 concepts, united by a substantive principle in 14 domains, which 65 autochthonous concepts were objectively established, creating the framework of the conceptual system of modern German-language medical discourse, as well as regular inter-autochthonous correlations of implication, following, causation and coordination, demonstrating certain semantic dependencies in the minds of its participants. As result, it allowed to present the established concepts as the core of the German idea of the medical field, to compare its cognitive representation and linguistic objectification.Conclusions. Through the explication of the basic structure of the conceptual system of the studied discursive practice, key ethnospecific presuppositions of the main actants of modern German-language medical discourse are formulated, which testify that the cooperative partnership atmosphere between in the process of carrying out specific medical activities, as well as expressing emotional support for each other.
