The purpose of the paper is to determine aspects of pedagogical and performing activity of R. P. Papkova, which testify to the uniqueness and significance of her creative practice. The methodology. The article uses fundamental, general scientific methods and principles of scientific knowledge, in particular, dialectical, culturological ones, as well as methods of objectivity, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, methods of systemic analysis. The results. The article continues the series of publications (within the framework of the long­term study of the pianistic culture of Kharkiv in the 40­80’s of the XX century), dedicated to the coverage of the creative activity of famous representatives of Kharkiv piano school. The source base of the article was the funds of the State Archives of Kharkiv region, memories of students and followers of R. P. Papkova, as well as personal impressions of the author from communication with the pianist. Based on the study of the creative path of R. P. Papkova the main aspects of her extraordinary pedagogical and performing talent were identified. It is documented that the performing and pedagogical abilities of R. P. Papkova were revealed during her studies at Kharkiv State Conservatory. It was determined that R. P. Papkova was an excellent performer, had an elegant musical taste and high culture of sound, that her playing was striking with special emotionality, depth of immersion in the figurative content of the work, the accuracy of displaying the stylistic features of music, graceful nuances and phrasing. The main aspects of extraordinary pedagogical talent of R. P. Papkova were determined, namely: individual approach to each student; abilities of a psychologist; talent of persuasion; demanding; meticulous attitude to the author’s text, sound quality, accuracy of strokes, pedaling; commitment to the deductive method of working on the work; the ability to have a holistic vision of the performance plan of the work, the desire to fully reveal the idea of the composer. It is proved that the uniqueness of the pianist’s pedagogy influenced the number of her followers who represent Kharkiv Piano School around the world. The topicality. The materials, highlighted in the article, from the funds of the State archive of the Kharkiv region allowed to reveal the unknown facts from the biography of R. P. Popkova. The practical significance. The information contained in the article can be used in lessons of piano, as well as in courses of lectures “History of Music” and “Musical Interpretation”, “History of piano performance”.

Philosophy in this text is considered under the model of mise en abyme, which is used in particular in the art of fiction narration. A novel about the process of novel writing is an example of mise en abyme. A film about movie directing is also an example of mise en abyme. A painting showing the artist working on the work of art also has features of mise en abyme. Likewise, mise en abyme philosophy is philosophy that discusses how philosophy is created. Philosophy in such a shape is no longer understood as an endless space “inhabited” by situations, concepts, assertions, philosophical theses which are, however, perceived as if from the inside of that space; by contrast, it starts to be perceived from the outside, from the perspective of activities that form its frame, that frame it. For example, two such framing activities are considered – refining situations which is responsible for the “splendor of truth” that shines forth in them and defying the passage of time when constructing situations which is decisive for their isolation from the stream of life. Philosophy that notices its own frame is anchored in the foundations of everyday life which is something irrefutable in relation to the very inside of philosophy; as a consequence, the idea of epistemological foundationalism may be renewed and recovered for philosophy.

The most important components in the company are human resources. The use of human resources is not optimal it may cause losses by companies and labor. If the amount of labor is too little, it will cause the buildup at the work station. If the labor too much, it will cause losses due to waste. In this company, the process of producing cigarette paper is divided into three main phases, namely preparation stage , the process of making paper and the finishing stages. The process of producing activities cigarette paper needs human resources optimally. The problems that arise during production process activities are the use of human resources that are not optimal, resulting in the shortage of labor and labor surplus work that is working on the work that is stacking. This study was conducted to determine when the standard work and can provide a good decision in the optimal amount of labor on the packaging of ream paper products form. Results resulting from the standard time of each element ie the element wrapping cigarette paper sheet with a standard time of 177.79 seconds, enter the box packaging packaging with the standard time, 119.20 seconds, full box with a standard price of 231.15 seconds and wrap the packaging using plastic with a standard time of 55.31 seconds. The total labor standard packaging process with the method of data as much as 15 people / shift seconds actual workforce of 13 people. Enough amount of labor as much as 2 people.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Penelitian ini berjudul, </strong><strong>Belajar Kemahiran Berbahasa Asing  Mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra Melalui Aktifitas dan Program Kerja Organisasi Kemahasiswaan </strong><strong>(Studi Analisis Program Kerja Organisasi Mahasiswa). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauhmana tingkat partisipasi dan keikutsertaan mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra yang tergabung dalam organisasi mahasiswa dalam menjalankan program kerja organisasi mereka berbasis kemahiran berbahasa yang diopelajari di Fakultas Sastra. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dari hasil yang diperoleh, peneliti menganalisa dan menarasikan data-data yang didapatkan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, Fakultas Sastra UAI dalam membina organisasi kemahasiswaan mahasiswa sudah melakukan pembinaan dengan baik, walaupun masih perlu ditingkatkan kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Konsep kekeluargaan menjadi dasar pengelolaan organisasi di FS. Program kerja yang dibuat dan dilaksakan oleh organisasi kemahasiswaan ada yang sudah menunjang proses pembelajaran kemahiran berbahasa, ada juga yang tidak.  Masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi bentuk dan pengelolaan program kerjanya. Untuk partisipasi, keaktifan dan keikutsertaan mahasiswa Fakultas Sastra yang tergabung dalam organisasi dalam mengelola organisasi mereka masih beragam. Tingkat partisipasi mereka dimasing-masing organisasi berbeda, ada yang kecil ada juga yang sudah masuk kategori baik.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em> - Kemahiran Berbahasa, Aktifitas, Program Kerja, Organisasi Kemahasiswaan</em></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>This study entitled, Learning Proficiency in Foreign Language for Students Faculty of Letters through Activities and Student organization’s Work Program (the Analyzation within the Student Organization’s work program). This research was conducted to see how far the participation and involvement of students in Faculty of Letters, those who joined in the student’s organization, in running their organization work program based on the language proficiency studied in the Faculty of Letters. This research is qualitative. It has conducted by the researcher’s analyzation and narration from the data obtained. The results of the research shows that, UAI Faculty of Letters have done good coaching in fostering it student organizations, although it still needs improvement in its quality and quantity.The concept of kinship becomes the basis of organizational management in FS. The student organization has created work programs. Some of the work program that has been implemented by the student organizations supported the learning process language skills, yet some others are not. The student organization still needs to improve the form and management of the work program. The students in Faculty of Letters conduct their participation (in term of being active and cooperative within working on the work program) diversely. Some shows very little effort of participation in the work program, and others shows very good effort of participation.</strong></p><p> </p><strong><em>Keywords</em> - </strong><em>Language Skills, Activities, Work Program, Student Organization</em>
