Ho Chi Minh  University of Food Industry (HUFI) is gradually reforming and updating English teaching methods to enhance the learners’ quality. Within this context, foreign teachers are required to teach in English speaking classes with the assistance and observation of native teachers. This study developed factors that foreign teacher influencing the learner’s favour with English. An online google form questionnaire was conducted on participants called students at HUFI. The respondents answer an open-ended questionnaire. The results will benefit English-speaking-foreign teachers (ESFTs) in terms of realizing their strengths and weaknesses. This study aimed to develop solutions to minimize disadvantageous factors and maximize benefits to motivate students toward learning English in classes with foreign teachers.

Private Supplementary Tutoring (PST) have attracted enormous attention in recent days. Bangladesh experiences both forms of PST – formal and informal. There is a considerable amount of research based on the demand-side of PST. The tutors, who are the suppliers of PST in the market, are the center of attention in this paper. The forces that affect the satisfaction of a tutor from providing tuition have been investigated here through factor analysis and stepwise regression. Analyzing a set of tutors from University of Dhaka, tutoring environment and financial independence are found to have a positive relationship with the satisfaction level of a tutor.  Transportation costs as well as disadvantageous factors of tutoring as in wasting productive time, hampering academic results, lack of recreation pull the level of satisfaction down. Tutors are thought to be self-concentrated since result and improvement of the tutees are absent from the formulation of their satisfaction. Driving a wedge of fellow feeling between tutors and tutees will enhance the quality of education.

Abstract The field production of eggplant in moderate climates is difficult as it depends heavily on thermal conditions. Eggplant is a species that is sensitive to low temperatures, and temperatures below 16°C constrain the growth of young plants. Other disadvantageous factors include: temperatures that are too high, water shortage and excessive soil humidity. The growth conditions for eggplant can be improved by using mulches. The purpose of the experiment was the assessment of eggplant cropping while using synthetic mulches of polyethylene foil and polypropylene textile. The research took five years (2008-2012) and on the basis of the obtained results it was possible to determine the influence of weather conditions on the yielding of this species. It was proven that eggplant cropping significantly depended on the air temperature and the amount of rainfall during the vegetation period. The highest yield was observed when the average air temperature was high and at the same time rainfall was evenly distributed throughout the vegetation season. It also turned out that the agro-technical procedure which significantly increased eggplant fruit cropping was mulching the soil with polyethylene black foil, or transparent foil, previously having applied a herbicide.

As a major part of higher education, higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility to cultivate skilled and qualified talents. However, due to some disadvantageous factors, higher vocation education encounters problems. In this paper we focused on exploring its new development. We suggest higher vocational colleges should establish related department to offer technology services for the society, thus to improve and perfect its teaching method and management concept, at the same time, to provide more opportunities for teachers to participate in research and practice.

The preliminary experimental studies on the effects of two kinds of industrial waste slag of iron tailings and fly ash which have different characteristics on the scumming degree of sea mud sintered perforated brick were carried out in this paper. And the influence mechanism of two kinds of industrial waste slag on the scumming degree of sea mud sintered perforated brick were analyzed combinated with interrelated references. The test and theory analyzed demonstrated that iron tailings have more advantageous factors to alleviate the scumming degree of sea mud sintered brick and fly ash has more disadvantageous factors to enhance the scumming degree of sea mud sintered brick. A vast development world would be provide for the resources reuse of huge dredging sludge come from sea engineering by strengthening the basic study on the scumming resistance technique of sea mud sintered brick.

Based on the appearance of crack of enclosure piles on a foundation pit, Midas GTS is adopted to establish the finite element model. Through the numerical simulation, the influence of the direction of wind load, wind scale and prestress of anchor are analyzed, the worst wind load direction, unfavorable construction condition, maximum moment of enclosure piles are ensured, crack width in different disadvantageous factors are calculated, which provides a guide for continuous construction.

This paper presents a series of methods based on data mining theory for information fusion system in order to avoid the ubiquitous problems of comprehensive evaluation in the process of information fusion. The methodology is developed by analyzing the significance factor that has impact on fusion performance based on gradual regression method and by analyzing the performance testing results of fusion by group using hierarchy clustering method. Through the analysis of performance testing results for distributed information fusion system, the factors that have effects on fusion performance and the correlation between various influencing factors have been discovered. Moreover, the performance of information fusion system is enhanced by adjusting the disadvantageous factors and improving the design methods.
