The implementation of calculation architectures, data acquisition and processing systems, VLSI type integrated circuits within driving systems shows and increased trend in the industry, due to the advantages of such circuits compared to microcontrollers and ASIC’s. In the first part of the paper is presented functional aspects of reconfigurable integrated circuits for monitoring, controlling and managing industrial processes. Compact RIO is a device developed by National Instruments and which is intended for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. This is also an “embedded” type system, which comprises a FPGA device, a processor with real-time operating system (RTOS) and various input-output modules which have to be attached by the user. Applications using such devices, usually also use an HMI (human machine interface) for creating a graphical interface with the user. The second part of the paper is allocated for establishing the requirements for using of such system in the explosive atmospheres. The practical achievement consists in the construction of a wirelessly PC-controlled robot and the analysis of measurements achieved, respectively data acquired from sensors and video recordings. Among conclusions is highlighted the opportunities brought by the use of the intrinsic safety and flame proof types of protection.

We propose a novel contactless ultrasonic method for monitoring the hardening behavior of cementitious materials. The goal of this method is to obtain high-quality data to compare the unique hardening process between rapid setting cement (RSC) and ordinary Portland cement (OPC) mortars without physical coupling to the surface of the specimens. To monitor the hardening behavior of cementitious materials, conventional approaches use contact or embedded-type sensors, which limit field application. Our solution is to measure leaky Rayleigh waves at the interface between air and cementitious materials, which allows for the estimation of the physical state of the medium in real time. The modulus development was back-calculated based on the increment of wave velocity using the developed sensor array and transform-based signal processing. We experimentally demonstrated that the proposed method possibly exhibits unique hardening information about flash setting, effects of a retarder, and modulus increments from RSC specimens.

The paper deals with peculiarities of location and evolution features of Koshkarchay copper-porphyritic field of Murovdagh ore province. Major factors of concentration of copper-porphyritic mineralization in rocks of gabbro-diorite-granodiorite formation has been revealed. It has been established that the structure of this ore region was formed as a result of successive alteration of some deformation stages accompanied by development of fractures in intrusive massive, by dike intrusions, blocks displacements along faults and the fractures composed of various mineral associations. It has been made clear that the copper-porphyritic mineralization is related to the wide halo of hydro-thermal-deformed rocks, frequently observed with clearly outlined ore-metasomatic zones. The general column of metasomatic zonation within the limits of ore region and fields are expressed by successive alteration of the following metasomatic zones: quartz → kalifeldspath → quartz-sericite → argillizated → propylitic. Based on structural-morphological features it can be stated that mineralization in Koshkarchay field is stockwork-vein deposit of embedded type in which the impregnations dominate over veins. The major useful component is copper. Its percentage within stockwork body varies within the broad range – from 0.2 to 2.5 %, with average 0.41 %. Among the mineral resources significantly impacting the importance of the field the molybdenum and precious metals can be indicated. In some intervals the average gold content is 2.0 grams/ton and higher. High silver content was also identified and its value reaches 30-45 grams/ton and this may positively impact the whole value of the field. Results of factor analysis of well data allowed identifying geochemical associations for localization of the areas of mineralization at various stages of evolution of porphyritic-epithermal system. Values of Ф1 factor correlate with quantity of chalcopyrite, bornite and pyrite and from this it can be inferred the tie of geochemical association of Cu (Mo, Pb, Sb) to the early chalcopyrite-bornite-pyrite mineralization of porthyric stage of structure evolution. Values of Ф2 factor referring to the association Mo (Cu, Pb, Co), statistically are related to the content of chalcopyrite and molybdenite, which are the main mineral paragenesis of copper-molybdeneporphyritic mineralization. Thermal-pressure and chemical methods applied for researches on impregnations of ore of pyrite-chalcopyrite, galenitesphalerite-chalcopyrite stages in quartz made it possible to describe the fluid mode of ore formation in this field. Ore-forming hydrothermal solutions by the data of researches on fluid impregnations were the chloride-sodium type, salt concentrations varied from 20 to 30 mass % – eqv. NaCl. Ore components were transferring by these solutions in a form of complex ions containing chlorides of Na and K, rarely sulfates and carbonates. Ore forming process was going under temperatures of 350-2000 С. The certain range of physical and chemical parameters and chemical composition of ore forming fluid corresponds to each type of mineralization. The study results enabled us to define temperatures of homogenization of impregnations and evaluate temperatures of fluids during mineralization at each stage, as well as to define concentrations of major salt components. Complexity of targets evidence high perspectives of copper-porphyritic areas and areas outlined in a range of perspective ore fields.

This research is motivated by the lack of critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively mathematical mathematical students. This study reviews, Upgrades Critical Thinking Mathematical and Thinking Skills Creative Mathematical and differences between students who apply Learning Strategies Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring (REACT) with students who received conventional learning models, and relationships critical thinking skills and mathematical creative thinking ability of students. The method used in this study is a mixed methods embedded type. The study population were students of class X SMK Pasundan I Cianjur enrolled in the academic year 2015/2016. The samples used were two classes of 14 existing classes. The instrument used to collect data in the form of instrument test critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively mathematically, attitude scale, observation and interview sheet. Data were analyzed using mean difference test ie t-test (quantitative) and descriptions (qualitative). The results showed that Improvement of critical thinking skills of students who apply strategies Learning Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring (REACT) better than students who use learning models conventional.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk  menjelaskan, menganalisa dan menginterpretasi tentang (1) dimensi dimensi pendidikan diversitas yang berhubungan dengan pembentukan kepribadian multikultural santri di SMP Plus dan MA Plus Pesantren Al Mashduqiah (2) Cara atau strategi yang digunakan dalam pembentukan kepribadian melalui  pendidikan diversitas di SMP Plus dan MA Plus Pesantren Al Mashduqiah, dan (3) Model pendekatan pendidikan diversitas dalam pembentukan kepribadian multikultural di SMP Plus dan MA Plus Pesantren Al Mashduqiah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis single case embedded. Pendekatan dengan jenis single case embedded dipilih karena kasus dalam penelitian yang ada  adalah kasus yang unik dibanding lembaga yang ada di Kabupaten Probolinggo.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi diversitas yang ada di SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah adalah (a) gender (jenis kelamin) (b) sosio ekonomi (c) bahasa (d) asal daerah. The results showed that the dimensions of diversity in SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah were (a) gender (sex) (b) socio-economic (c) language (d) of regional origin.
