This study aims to design and build a VoIP billing server that is used for calculating the cost of telephone conversations and designing a VoIP practicum module for students. The research method was carried out by conducting literature studies, network design planning, device configuration, determination of billing parameters and VoIP call testing to determine call quality and VoIP billing function. The result of this thesis is a telephone billing system application that is used to calculate VoIP-based telephone costs and the softphone application as a telecommunications medium. Where the billing server is well configured with the softphone application, the softphone application uses the simcard as data verification provided by the admin. The results of testing the success of telephone charges when 2 clients make calls with an initial pulse of 100 Rupiah, the result is a calculation of 100% between manual calculations and program calculations. And when the test was carried out, making calls more than 2 clients produced different data between manual and program calculations with an average of 101.75, the program calculation was on manual calculation of 100.The results of this difference were only for the first and second callers, the next caller had the results which is the same as manual calculation.

In the present scenario, it is essential to have an automatic billing system for shopping malls, supermarket and other wholesale & retail stores. Numerous billing systems like barcode scanning mechanism-based systems or tag-based systems are available in the market. It is important to replace such existing system with better and robust systems so hereby we proposed “Smart Goods Billing Management and Payment System for Shopping Malls”. In this system, the basic fundamental is barcode scanning for products, but we replace the conventional barcode scanner for faster and better results. In our prototype, the android phone is being used as a barcode scanner for simple, better and portable barcode scanner. This scanner is connected wirelessly to MCU via Bluetooth module. MCU is also connected to PC/Laptop for creating the database of all customers, their products, and bills. This database also tracks the total sale and number of goods sold per day. In addition, RFID technology is implemented in this system for payment through card-based system. Simulation and hardware-based results are proposed in this paper.

Information and communication technology (ICT) including broadband networks, cloud computing, a variety of mobile devices, point-card systems, and “virtual coins” can induce complicated situations concerning customer management. In particular, billing management is very critical, and it is thus necessary to establish a billing-management method that can quickly adjust to changes in the environment. The first requirement is managing the relationships between services, payments, and settlements so as to assure the payment method and service provision and payment routes. Therefore, a business model design method, established from the viewpoint of service, cash flow, and settlement to strategically adjust to changes in the environment, is described herein. In addition, a procedure for managing the connection paths is proposed to efficiently construct the relationship between services, payments, and settlements.

All preteens should receive tetanus–diphtheria–pertussis vaccine (Tdap), quadrivalent meningococcal vaccine (Men-ACWY), and the human papillomavirus (HPV) cancer vaccine series. In Tennessee, HPV vaccination rates have stagnated at low levels for a decade. Three fundamental strategies to reduce missed opportunities for immunization include administering all recommended vaccines at the same visit, making strong recommendations for vaccines, and auditing and feedback. In Tennessee, during each summer, a surge of preteens visit local health departments (LHDs) to receive a required Tdap vaccine before entering seventh grade, presenting an opportunity to administer Men-ACWY and HPV. The Tennessee Immunization Program (TIP) coined the term “3-Star visit” for such encounters and developed a monthly report to track them using data from the Patient Tracking Billing Management Information System (PTBMIS) used by LHDs across Tennessee. Implementation of this quality improvement report has correlated with a substantial increase in 3-Star visits from 2013 to 2016, particularly during the summer months.
