Abstract Incoloy alloy 25-6Mo is superaustenitic, contains 6% Mo, and offers excellent corrosion resistance to neutral and acidic environments containing chlorides or other halides such as are found in air pollution control and flue gas desulfurization systems. The alloy is especially suited for service in high chloride environments such as brackish water, seawater, caustic chloride, and pulp mill bleach systems. This alloy is similar to Inco Alloy 25-6Mo (See Alloy Digest Ni-401, April 1992) and supersedes it. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and shear strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-962. Producer or source: Special Metals Corporation.

Abstract INCO alloy 020 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy. Its relatively high nickel content provides resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. Molybdenum gives the alloy good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion; chromium makes it resistant to oxidation and niobium confers resistance to intergranular attack. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SS-498. Producer or source: Inco Alloys International Inc..

Abstract INCO Alloy MS 250 is a cobalt-free managing steel with nominal yield strength of 250,000 psi, fully heat-treated. Strengthening results from intermetallic-compound precipitation in a low-carbon martensitic matrix. It has excellent weldability. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SA-426. Producer or source: Inco Alloys International Inc..
