In this paper, the stable analytical solutions’ accuracy of the nonlinear fractional nonlinear time–space telegraph (FNLTST) equation is investigated along with applying the trigonometric-quantic-B-spline (TQBS) method. This investigation depends on using the obtained analytical solutions to get the initial and boundary conditions that allow applying the numerical scheme in an easy and smooth way. Additionally, this paper aims to investigate the accuracy of the obtained analytical solutions after checking their stable property through using the properties of the Hamiltonian system. The considered model for this study is formulated by Oliver Heaviside in 1880 to define the advanced or voltage spectrum of electrified transmission, with day-to-day distances from the electrified communication or the application of electromagnetic waves. The matching between the analytical and numerical solutions is explained by some distinct sketches such as two-dimensional, scatter matrix, distribution, spline connected, bar normal, filling with two colors plots.

Abstract Background Elasticity prevents fatigue of tissues that are extensively and repeatedly deformed. Resilin is a resilient and elastic extracellular protein matrix in joints and hinges of insects. For its mechanical properties, Resilin is extensively analysed and applied in biomaterial and biomedical sciences. However, there is only indirect evidence for Resilin distribution and function in an insect. Commonly, the presence of dityrosines that covalently link Resilin protein monomers (Pro-Resilin), which are responsible for its mechanical properties and fluoresce upon UV excitation, has been considered to reflect Resilin incidence. Results Using a GFP-tagged Resilin version, we directly identify Resilin in pliable regions of the Drosophila body, some of which were not described before. Interestingly, the amounts of dityrosines are not proportional to the amounts of Resilin in different areas of the fly body, arguing that the mechanical properties of Resilin matrices vary according to their need. For a functional analysis of Resilin matrices, applying the RNA interference and Crispr/Cas9 techniques, we generated flies with reduced or eliminated Resilin function, respectively. We find that these flies are flightless but capable of locomotion and viable suggesting that other proteins may partially compensate for Resilin function. Indeed, localizations of the potentially elastic protein Cpr56F and Resilin occasionally coincide. Conclusions Thus, Resilin-matrices are composite in the way that varying amounts of different elastic proteins and dityrosinylation define material properties. Understanding the biology of Resilin will have an impact on Resilin-based biomaterial and biomedical sciences.

Data visualization is the technique for analyzing the data from the collected dataset. Different plots can be drawn for the data visualization. Microscopic images of the liver are being collected as a dataset from the authorized laboratory and the Joint plot, Violin plot and distribution plot are applied on them for the analysis which helps to extract the specific features and for the classification. Joint plot uses the scatter plot and Histogram technique in order to visualize the data. Violin plot technique is used for plotting the numeric data which helps in gray level co-occurrence matrix. Distribution graph is plotted to check the distribution of tones captured in the image so that we can differentiate based on the tones. All three graphs plotted extract the different features which help in efficient analysis.

OCCURRENCE OF Vouacapoua americana Aubl. and Virola surinamensis Warb. IN AREAS IMPACTED BY UHE BELO MONTEPRESENCIA DE Vouacapoua americana Aubl. y Virola surinamensis Warb. Palavras-chave: Floresta Amazônica; Espécie Florestal; Impactos Ambientais; Geoprocessamento.ABSTRACTGeoreferencing of threatened species is of great importance in determining more effective conservation plans and defining priority areas. The objective of this work was to georeference areas of occurrence and geographic distribution of Vouacapoua americana and Virola surinamensis matrices located in areas impacted by the Belo Monte HPP. Coordinates were collected from the areas of occurrence and distribution of acapu matrices in areas impacted by Belo Monte, from two sources: (1) Forest Inventory Reports (suppressed and non-suppressed matrices) and (2) Field surveys. The number of matrices obtained in the report and in the field was counted. Based on the coordinates, georeferenced maps of the area of occurrence and geographical distribution of the two species were produced. For acapu, 75 coordinates were obtained, 22 collected in the field and 53 taken from the Reports (25 suppressed and 28 non-suppressed matrices). It was observed the occurrence of acapu in a distributed way in the study area, its occurrence in the study region due to the favorable environmental conditions for its biocycle. Matrix distribution in clusters was noted, with approximately 4 matrices per cluster. For Virola surinamensis, geographic distribution follows a pattern of distribution in clusters. We obtained 2 clusters in the current data with total occupational area of 3.52 ha with 14 matrices and 3 clusters with the 2011 data, presenting the area of 1010.46 ha with 40 individuals. Because they are threatened with extinction, the use of geotechnologies is necessary to support public policies for biodiversity conservation.
