The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover to Return on Assets property and real estate sector companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are supporting property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2020. By using a sampling technique (purposive sampling) gained 49 (forty-nine) companies that will serve as the object of research. The testing method used to see the effect of indenpent variables on the dependent variabel is the data panel regression analyze method. Based on this research stimultaneously the effectiveness of Sales Growth not significantly to Return on Asset but Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover on Return on Assets significantly influence Return on Assets. Partial test shows that the effectiveness of Sales Growth has a positive effect but not significant Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant on Return on Assets. Total Assets Turnover has a positive and significant.

The research was conducted in order to add insight and to find out whether Earning per Share, Dividend Payout Ratio, Cash Flow, Leverage, Return on Assets affect the value of company in property and real estate sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013 – 2017 period. There are 75 companies and 15 sample companies that we obtained from this study using purposive sampling techniques. Descriptive quantitative is used in this type of research. The results showed that Earning Per Share, Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets partially had a positive effect on firm value in property and real estate companies. While Cash Flow has no effect and is not significant.

This study aims to determinethe effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, and Economic Value Added on Stock Returns on Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Samples were obtained from 11 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. Based on the results of data analysis shows that Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets have a positive and significant effect on Stock Return, Price Earning Ratio and Economic Value Added have a negative and no significant effect on Stock Return. Together Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, and Economic Value Added have a positive and significant effect on Stock Return.

This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

Purpose- The study was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure on profitability. Variables of the capital structure are Long-term Debt to total assets (LTD), Short-term Debt to total assets (STD) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) while profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA. Research is conducted on all Non-Financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2016. Methods- Use the Purposive Random Sampling technique to take samples. Samples taken from Bloomberg. The sample used amounted to 175 companies using multiple regression analysis SPSS program assistance. Finding- The results of the study note that LTD and STD have a significant negative effect on ROA. DER has not a significant positive effect on ROA.

This study aims to determine and test the factors that influence financial distress. The factors in this study are liquidity, profitability, activity, and sales growth. Financial distress is measured using the Springate method. Liquidity is measured using the formula Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA) is used to measure profitability, Total Asset Turnover (TAT) is used to measure activity and Sales Growth is measured by sales per year. The population in this study was 73 property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. Based on purposive sampling technique, 18 company samples were obtained that met the criteria for five years of observation with a total of 90 observational data. Data analysis techniques in this study used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity, profitability, and activities had a significant effect on financial distress, while sales growth had no effect on financial distress in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of free cash flow, institutional ownership, profitability and Leverage on dividend policy by using an approach multiple regression model. The proxies used to measure the financial elements are free cash flow, institutional ownership, Return on Assets and debt to equity ratio. The population in this research is property and real estate  companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for six years (2014-2019). Election sample procedure uses purposive sampling and the result are existed 5 companies that fulfill criteria so that amount of data studied by 30 data. The results of this research show that free cash flow, institutional ownership and profitability have a significant effect on dividend policy proxied by Dividend payout ratio. Leverage which is measured by debt to equity ratio hasn’t a significant effect on dividend policy. Free cash flow has a positive effect on dividend policy. Institutional ownership has a positive effect on dividend policy. Profitability which is measured by Return on Assets has a negative effect on dividend policy. The predictive ability of these variabel on dividend policy is 49,6% as shown by the amount of R square, while 50,4% is affected by the other factor which is not included in the research model.

This research aimed to test the effects of size, liquidity, profitability, business risk, and sales growth to capital structure. The objects of this research were companies in property and real estate sector listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. This research used period from 2010 to 2014 and used panel dataanalysis. The result showed size had positive effect on capital structure. Furthermore, liquidity, profitability, business risk, and growth of sales had negative effect on capital structure. This research could be concluded to support the Pecking Order Theory.Keywords: Capital Structure, Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Business Risks , and Sales GrowthPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal. Adapun objek dalam penelitian iniadalah perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2014 dengan menggunakan analisis data Panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal. Selanjutnya, tingkat likuiditas, pertumbuhan profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal. This study aims to examine the effect of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and Leverage on Company Value in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a type of explanatory research. From 48 existing companies, acquired as many as 23 companies that meet criteria specified sampling. The sample method in this study using nonprobability sampling method with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results in this study indicate that institutional ownership is proven to have a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies in 2016-2018. Managerial Ownership has a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate subsector companies in 2016-2018. Leverage is proven to have a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate subsector companies in 2016-2018.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and salesgrowth on partial financial distress on property, real estate and buildingconstruction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The research period is 3 years in 2015-2017. The population of thisstudy covers all sectors of property, real estate and building constructioncompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017.The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based onpredetermined criteria obtained 50 samples of the company. Type ofdata which is secondary data obtained from the site Burssa EfekIndonesia. Data analysis used is regression data panel. The resultsshowed that liquidity had a positive effect on financial distress andnegative leverage on financial distress while sales growth did not affectfinancial distress.

The purpose of this research is to examinethe effect of the return on assets, free cash flow, debt to equity ratio, sales growth to dividen policy on property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2016. The population in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange active from 2014 to 2016 with a sample of 18 companies. Based on analysis, it can be concluded that free cash flow positive and significant effect on dividen policy. Return on assets, debt to equity ratio and sales growth does not effect on dividen policy.
