Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process supported by technologies involving the development and management of 3D digital information model representations of functional and physical of the design. To implement BIM in a project, BIM Implementation Plan or BIM Execution Plan (BEP) needs to be developed as a planning and monitoring strategy document. Several BEPs have been developed around the world since 2010. However, a BEP should be tailored to the type of project, stakeholder requirement, and project objectives because a comprehensive BEP is a key factor for BIM implementation success. Also, a proper BEP helps stakeholders understand and achieve the underlying objectives in using BIM. In other words, understanding the strategic framework of BEPs is important. Hence, this study identifies and compares the key elements in existing BEPs. To accomplish that aim, twenty BEPs were identified and analysed. This study provides a benchmarked reference for industry players on existing BEPs. Through a clear description, all parties can understand the project objectives, work process, roles and responsibilities, information need and deliverables requirements in a BEP. Researchers can use the findings for further development and improvement of existing BEPs. Understanding BEPs will ensure better BIM implementation in practice.

The increase in car market 17% in 2020, and ASEAN Free Trade policy only 5% for imported products, cause tightened competition in the automotive market. Car manufacturing companies face problems in selecting their performance indicators related to competitive challenges. The purpose of this research is to develop productivity key performance indicators in car manufacturing that conform to stakeholder requirements as a strategy to win the market. The conditions are manifested in a mapping of manufacturing symbols using the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) method. That manufacturing productivity indicators will become the focus of the top management to be controlled. There are four stages to go through, starting with the identification of stakeholder requirement, which produces six criteria and 12 stakeholder requirements and mapped into 16 goals and 24 key performance indicator (KPI). The second stage is benchmarking, and preparation of KPI hierarchy and the third stage is the description of each KPI in the form of KPI specification table. The fourth stage is the weighting of the six main criteria that result in 3 priority criteria which must be reported monthly between the manufacturing division (painting), finance and administration. Those are employee safety, manufacturing process effectiveness (painting) and waste elimination activities. The priority is obtained based on questionnaires answered by ten stakeholders (experts) processed with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach and has been tested consistency in the number 0.09. These three criteria are described in 15 KPIs: performance rate, availability rate, quality rate, trained operator ratio, training value ratio> 80, delay ratio, attendance ratio, downtime losses, setup and adjustment losses, idle time, defect losses, yield losses, manpower efficiency, environmental impact and work accident ratio.

In transportation activity, human need a transportation equipment such as car, motorcycle, plane, train, etc. As the number of urban population increase, the number of vehicle increase also, especially for country which has a big number of urban population like Indonesia. The more vehicle and private vehicle owned by urban population cause some effects. The first effect is air pollution that is caused by internal combustion engine gas emission that can give bad effect to human’s health. Second, the increasing consumption of fossil fuel which is one of unrenewable natural resources that we must keep the level of consumption so that we are not run out of fuel before it can be produced again. Third is the increasing of traffic accident which are caused by human error. Therefore, it is important to make a concept about future vehicle which is not use fossil fuel, environmentally friendly and equipped with smart system to prevent accidents. This research aim is to develop a car system concept which can help to solve this problem in Indonesia in 2025 using system engineering methodology from INCOSE which begin with need identification, stakeholder identification (context diagram), concept of operations (ConOps), stakeholder requirement (core functional matrix and QFD) and system architecting. The result of this research is a smart green car system masterplan in Indonesia in 2025.

Agile software development is a conceptual framework that promotes development using iterations throughout the project development. In software development Agile means quick moving. For the satisfaction of customer and to cope up customer frequent changed requirements, heavyweight methodology is being kicked. Two major challenges in software development are high quality software production and stakeholder requirement meeting. An independent online web based survey; interview survey and questionnaire survey were conducted. Motive was to find the total percentage of users in India, who are using Agile and it was tried to find out “does it increase the productivity, quality and cost of software?” Hypothesis has been proved using statistical one way ANOVA method. Different Hypothesis that are designed

In several analysis about the roles and function of a program study in the future that a main roles of education is quality. Program Study that can not keep their quality will be lose in the competition, and make the community not survive in the 21st era.The Program Study has responsibility in quality of realization "tridharma" (Learning, Research and Public Service). That is the reason why the program study should has Quality Management System (QMS) to meet and exceed the stakeholder requirement. The successfully of Manufacturing industry and Service industry get standard ISO 9000 as a Management System can be adopted by program study to improve education quality. This paper describes the important of Quality Management System and the implementation on the program study in order to increase the performance of program study.
