Abstract With the continuous acceleration of urban construction and development, ecological governance has become an important part of our green life. Therefore, how to select the appropriate governance company in the complex decision-making environment is very important. A double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic multi-attributive border approximation area method (DHHFL-MABAC) is proposed in this paper, which is based on distance measure and comprehensive weight. DHHFL-MABAC method not only considers the potential loss, but also has simple calculation and stable results. The double hierarchy hesitant fuzzy linguistic distance measure based on least common multiple (DHHFLDM-LCME) is proposed, which reduces the loss of original information and makes the result more accurate. Binary contrast method is proposed and combined with entropy weight to obtain comprehensive weight, which makes the determined weight more reasonable. Finally, this method is applied to the case selected by the sewage treatment company and proved its effectiveness.

Stray light, such as sunlight, moonlight, and earth-atmosphere light, can bring about light spots in backgrounds, and it affects the star detection of star sensors. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a star detection algorithm (CMLCM) with multidirectional local contrast based on curvature. It regards the star image as a spatial surface and analyzes the difference in the curvature between the star and the background. It uses a facet model to represent the curvature and calculate the second-order derivatives in four directions. According to the characteristic of the star and the complex background, it enhances the target and suppresses the complex background by a new calculation method of a local contrast map. Finally, it divides the local contrast map into multiple 256 × 256 sub-regions for a more effective threshold segmentation. The experimental results indicated that the CMLCM algorithm could effectively detect a large number of accurate stars under stray light interference, and the detection rate was higher than other compared algorithms with a lower false alarm rate.

Judgments of visual resemblance ('A looks like B'), unlike other judgments of resemblance, are often induced directly by visual experience. What is the nature of this experience? We argue that the visual experience that prompts a subject looking at A to judge that A looks like B is a visual experience of B. After elucidating this thesis, we defend it, using the 'phenomenal contrast' method. Comparing our account to competing accounts, we show that the phenomenal contrast between a visual experience that induces the judgment that A looks like B, and a visual experience that does not induce this judgment, is best explained by the fact that the former visually represents B, whereas the latter does not.

Recently, several theorists have proposed that we can perceive a range of high-level features, including natural kind features (e.g., being a lemur), artifactual features (e.g., being a mandolin), and the emotional features of others (e.g., being surprised). I clarify the claim that we perceive high-level features and suggest one overlooked reason this claim matters: it would dramatically expand the range of actions perception-based theories of action might explain. I then describe the influential phenomenal contrast method of arguing for high-level perception and discuss some of the objections that have been raised against this strategy. Finally, I describe two emerging defenses of high-level perception, one of which appeals to a certain class of perceptual deficits and one of which appeals to adaptation effects. I sketch a challenge for the latter approach.

In this paper, the feasibility of the depth feature extraction of surface-breaking defects based on laser pulsed thermography in transmission mode is proposed. This method is adopted to detect the depth of surface-breaking defects. First, a finite element model based on COMSOL is established to simulate structural steel specimens with different defect depths and the contrast method is used to detect these depths. In order to verify its feasibility, the model is simulated at different time nodes. A simulation analysis shows the practicability of this method. Then, through an artificial slot depth feature extraction experiment on structural steel specimens, an algorithm is used to denoise an infrared image and then the contrast method is used to extract the defect depth feature, which verifies the feasibility of the method. The experimental results show that as the depth of artificial slots increases, the temperature at the observation point also reduces. The best fitting equation of the defect depth and the temperature at the observation point at a certain heating time have an exponential relationship. This method can accurately detect defect depths.

Female patients suffer from the risk of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer removal surgery. At present, the detection and the adjuvant treatment of this disease are not convenient enough, leading to delay of the disease and increase in the burden of patients. This paper presents a portable monitoring and treatment device for upper extremity lymphedema, enabling patients to monitor the symptoms of upper limb lymphedema and auxiliary rehabilitation. This design utilizes the arm circumference measurement and contrast method to realize symptom monitoring. The device realizes auxiliary rehabilitation using the regional pressure method to imitate traditional manual lymphatic drainage technology. According to the MRI images of volunteers’ upper limbs, the upper arm and forearm’s finite element models are reconstructed in ANSYS. The static simulation experiment is completed. The working mode and parameter design of each rehabilitation module of the device are obtained. The experimental results show that the integrated design principle of monitoring and treatment proposed in this paper has good feasibility, has auxiliary rehabilitation effect, and meets the principle of human comfort. The device can help patients find lymphedema in time and implement auxiliary treatment, which can effectively avoid the further deterioration of lymphedema.
