Supply chain management (SCM) governance is the streamline of the IoT product life cycle from its production to delivery. Integrating blockchain with supply chain management is essential to ensure end-to-end tracking, trustiness between manufacturers and customers, fraud and counterfeit elimination, and customizing administrative costs and paperwork. This paper proposes an RFID ownership transfer protocol with the help of zk-SNARKs (Zero Knowledge-Succinct Noninteractive Arguments of Knowledge) using Ethereum blockchain. When the owner performs RFID transfer, the transferred information will be recorded on the blockchain using smart contracts. When using a smart contract to transfer ownership on the Ethereum blockchain, because the content on the blockchain will not be tampered with, all accounts in the Ethereum can view the transfer results and verify them. The privacy of the supply chain is attained by generating the proof of product code via zk-SNARKs algorithm. This algorithm also enhances the scalability of the supply chain system by creating a trusted setup in off-chain mode.

Ownership type systems, based on the idea of enforcing unique access paths, have been primarily focused on objects and top-level classes. However, existing models do not as readily reflect the finer aspects of nested lexical scopes, capturing, or escaping closures in higher-order functional programming patterns, which are increasingly adopted even in mainstream object-oriented languages. We present a new type system, λ * , which enables expressive ownership-style reasoning across higher-order functions. It tracks sharing and separation through reachability sets, and layers additional mechanisms for selectively enforcing uniqueness on top of it. Based on reachability sets, we extend the type system with an expressive flow-sensitive effect system, which enables flavors of move semantics and ownership transfer. In addition, we present several case studies and extensions, including applications to capabilities for algebraic effects, one-shot continuations, and safe parallelization.

Blockchain technology has garnered attention from stakeholders in many domains, including healthcare, governance and supply chain management. In the context of healthcare, traceability of pharmaceutical drugs in a transparent yet secure manner can be made faster and efficient with blockchain. This paper presents a blockchain based solution for traceability known as PharmaChain. The traceability is achieved with application design and algorithms which are proposed in the work. The proposed application can be developed using hyperledger fabric deployed on dockers. The chain codes are written in javascript. The pharmaceutical blockchain proposed in this work consists of manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer and consumer. The right for registering a drug into the blockchain is granted to the manufacturers only and the ownership transfer of the drug is stored. This paper highlights the traceability of ownership transfer of the drug and validates its origin.

It is the legal regulations related to civil turnover specified in the Act of 25 May 2017 on the Restitution of Polish Heritage Assets (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2019, Item 1591) in the context of the activity of museums and other institutions running a museum activity that is the topic of the paper. They speak of legal activities including ownership transfer or charge on Poland’s heritage assets pertaining to public collections, or the ban on acquiring assets from a person unauthorized to dispose of them or manage them by prescription, as well as of the non-limitation of claims for their release. The Author analyses the central concept of the quoted Act: that of the <u>national heritage assets of the Polish Republic</u> pertaining to public collections, while discussing in detail both criteria that are related to it: subject- and ownership-related ones. He points to the fact that the definition of public collections it contains is extremely broad, covering not only public collections in the colloquial meaning of the term, but also the collections of the majority of private museums, as well as non-museum collections of private entities and persons, as long as they have applied public financing. In the further part of the paper, the civil-law regulations specified in the Act are discussed, with special emphasis on the requested form of the legal actions including the transfer of ownership or burden (in writing with a certified date) suggesting that this can apply also to deposit or lending contracts. He also discusses the praxis and judicature with respect to the in writing with a certified date pointing to the possible lack of the awareness of the contract parties that the object of the contract pertains to a public collection in compliance with the provisions of the Act, and that the special contract format should be kept. In this context the Author presents some practical solutions allowing to avoid certain negative consequences. In the conclusion it is emphasized that the regulation contains certain concepts which might inspire essential interpretative doubts having impact on the application of the discussed regulations.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is widely used in several contexts, such as logistics, supply chains, asset tracking, and health, among others, therefore drawing the attention of many researchers. This paper presents a review of the most cited topics regarding RFID focused on applications, security, and privacy. A total of 62,685 records were downloaded from the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus core databases and processed, reconciling the datasets to remove duplicates, resulting in 40,677 unique elements. Fundamental indicators were extracted and are presented, such as the citation number, average growth rate, and average number of documents per year. We extracted the top topics and reviewed the relevant indicators using a free Python tool, ScientoPy. The results are discussed in the following sections: the first is the Applications Section, whose subsections are the Internet of Things (IoT), Supply Chain Management, Localization, Traceability, Logistics, Ubiquitous Computing, Healthcare, and Access Control; the second is the Security and Privacy section, whose subsections are Authentication, Privacy, and Ownership Transfer; finally, we present the Discussion section. This paper intends to provide the reader with a global view of the current status of trending RFID topics and present different analyses from different perspectives depending on motivations or background.

This study aims to determine and understand the law of marriage with lafaz grants according to the jumhur of scholars and Imam Abu Hanifah. In this study, the authors used a library research type using a normative juridical approach and comparative analysis. The research results found are as follows; First, a grant-based marriage is not recommended according to the jumhur of scholars because the number of scholars only allows lafaz of marriage with lafaz al-nikah and al-tazwij as usual. Second, a marriage with a grant name may be in the Imam Abu Hanifah mazhab because while it is still in the form of ownership transfer, the name may be used in the implementation of the marriage contract. So the use of lafaz grants in a marriage contract is not allowed in the view of the jumhur of scholars, but it is okay for anyone who wants to use Imam Abu Hanifah's opinion about permitting to use the lafaz grant in a marriage contract, because this is just a difference in fiqh issues that sometimes the scholars differ in interpreting or understanding an argument.

Even though almost half a million companies in Europe are transferred every year, only 30% of family-owned businesses manage to complete this process successfully. Therefore, a matchmaking platform to facilitate national and transnational business succession was developed as a part of the Interreg ENTER-transfer project (Interreg Central Europe, CE 1158). In this article, the authors present the platform, its planned functionalities, as well as feedback which was collected from future users and public authorities (i.e. future “customers”). To ensure maximal functionality of the platform and the fulfillment of stakeholder needs, which are prerequisites of a successful go-to-market and high future user frequency, qualitative interviews with public authorities and an additional 23 interviews with potential users from Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland were conducted. Based on the data collected, the authors identified the prerequisites, motivations, essential infrastructure, cooperation possibilities, problematic elements, and specific consulting requirements necessary to develop and implement successful business ownership transfer. The analysis of the information gathered during the interviews as well as practical implications stemming from the data and its effect on the platform development and marketing will be presented in this article.
