Introduction eHealth interventions have the potential to improve the quality of healthcare and reduce costs. However, to implement eHealth interventions successfully instruments are needed to facilitate this process. This study aims to develop an eHealth implementation guideline for implementation of eHealth interventions in daily practice. Methods In June and July 2019 a literature research was conducted and, subsequently, a two-round Delphi study including 13 international eHealth experts in the field of healthcare, ICT & technology, and research was performed. Within the Delphi study, experts scored specific determinants using an online survey. Based on mean scores and interquartile ranges (IQRs) in the online survey, consensus between the experts was assessed. Results A total of five domains (i.e., Technology, Acceptance, Financing, Organizational, and Legislation & Policy) with 24 corresponding determinants were assessed by the experts. After the second Delphi round, consensus was achieved on the five domains and 23 determinants (mean scores ≥ 8; IQR ≤ 2). Only for the determinant ‘Evidence-Based Medicine’ was no consensus reached (mean score < 8; IQR = 2). Based on the 23 determinants, the eHealth implementation guideline is developed for eHealth implementations in healthcare in order to increase their effectiveness. Conclusion The eHealth implementation guideline developed in this study may help healthcare providers/researchers assess the determinants of successful eHealth intervention prior to the implementation of the eHealth program

The implementation of internships for Notaries is very important, however, in reality the awareness of the Notary candidates has not been carried out effectively, this is due to the practicality of prospective Notaries who want to practice immediately so that not infrequently, the internships are not carried out according to the time set by the existing regulations. The method in this writing is descriptive analytical. Based on the available data, it is found that in fact the effectiveness of the extension of the internship period is 12 (twelve) months to 24 (twenty four) months depending on the intention of the prospective notary who interned himself. Some notaries experience difficulties and experience confusion when opening an office even though they have undergone an internship period of 24 (twenty four) months. This is because they do not take advantage of time and do not undergo apprenticeship activities properly. The absence of an internship implementation guideline and the absence of programs that must be undertaken during the apprenticeship makes the effectiveness of the internships back to each prospective notary who interns. So can be said that the ineffective implementation of the Notary's apprenticeship has resulted in a lack of experience and at the same time resulted in a lack of quality of Notaries in carrying out their functions and duties in the community, especially in the Jepara Regency area.

Objective: The main aim of this study is to investigate the possible challenges and prospects in developing the future community-oriented tourism at Sof-Umar cave and its environs after examining the contemporary benefits of traditional tourism to the local community.                                                   Methodology: The paper opted for a household survey method employing a mixed research approach. The questionnaire, interview and field observation were used as data gathering instruments whereas samples were systematically selected from Sof-Umar kebele. Descriptive and inferential statistics used to analyze the quantitative data. Findings: The findings showed that the study area has enabling factors for the future-proof of tourism to be community-focused despite the challenges that are most commonly experienced in other parts of the country where this type of tourism has been virtually established. Research limitations/implication: Because of the confinement of the objective to the possibility of making the future tourism community-focused, the study does not happen to show the contextual procedure for the development of this niche tourism. Thus, it’s recommended that a straightforward implementation guideline has to be prepared well in advance. Originality/value: This study gives stakeholders fascinating insights into the problems related to the conventional tourism and the need to make the future tourism a community-focused so as to maximize the benefits of the sector and resolve the contemporary conflict.
