The article describes the technology of professional training of future primary school teachers for the organization of exhibition expositions of creative works of younger schoolchildren. The conclusion is made about the importance of involving primary school students in exhibition activities. The characteristics of the types of exhibitions, which are most expedient to use in school practice, are given, since in different situations of the educational process they allow solving the problems of the educational plan: to consider the work of other children and get new impressions; show your work and listen to feedback about them; talk about your own idea and talk about the work of other children. The substantiation of the exhibition is given as a condition for the development of a culture of perception, aesthetic taste, the ability to empathize and enjoy the success of classmates in younger schoolchildren, to increase their own self-esteem and the desire for creative search.

Good coordination among school staff and families leads to increased learning quality and academic success for students with special education needs and disabilities (SEND). This pilot study aims to investigate the use of mobile technology for the coordination of therapy and learning for students with SEND. This study first follows a participatory design methodology to identify the key design principles required to inform the design of a coordination mobile app for special education. Then, a mobile app (IEP-Connect) is designed and implemented with the aim of facilitating information sharing between different parties involved in the intervention of students with SEND. The proposed app uses the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) as the focal point of coordination. The evaluation of the app focused on students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as their learning requires sharing information from different distributed sources. Results from the usability study revealed that the app has “good” usability and that participants were satisfied with the use of the app for recording and sharing IEP information. The results of this study provide an understanding of the ways in which a coordination app for special education could be made easy and rewarding to use.

The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. The data of a sociological survey conducted before and after studying the discipline "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education" among students of the training direction "Folk Art Culture" of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts are presented in the article. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

Pedagogical Competence is one kind of competencies that completely need to be mastered by teachers. Pedagogical competence refers to educational and teaching qualifications. One of the qualifications, the teachers should have the ability to manage and run the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. The aims of study are to know how the teacher’s pedagogical competence in teaching English. This study used Descriptive approach using mix method and the data were structured observation, questionnaire, and interview. The subjects of this study are an English teacher and 36 students of SMPN 16 Bengkulu Selatan. The findings of this study showed that the pedagogical competence of student is enough in medium category in can be seen at data interview and observation, and supported with the score of students’ perception on teachers’ pedagogical competence in teaching English were 27.2. The forms include: comprehend the qualities of understudies, this is finished utilizing an individual methodology, learning procedures, learning techniques, and learning materials that suit with students need. For aspects of teacher understanding of learning theory and learning principles which emphasizes very much on manuals, for the parts of educational program advancement educators just comprehend a little about the standards of educational plan improvement. Based on the results of this study, the researcher suggested to the teachers that they should try to improve their strategy and competence when teaching in the class.
