Aim. To define the needs of patient in implantology dentistry help in depending of extent defect teeth rows beside populations living in different region of the Republic of Tajikistan.Material and methods. In the article are presents the results determination of needs patients to implantology dentistry help in depending of extent defect teeth rows beside populations living in different region of the Republic of Tajikistan. In examined group entered dentistry patients both sexual difference with defect of the teeth rows which were divided into 3 groups: 1st group formed the 372 patients with small defect of the teeth rows (absence 1–3 teeth); in 2nd group entered 783 examined patients with average extent (absence 4–6 teeth) of the defect of teeth row; 3rd group formed 109 patients with greater defect of the teeth rows (absence more than 6 teeth). For the reason studies of extent defect teeth rows organized clinical and epidemiological examination of the orthopedic status in different territorial-administrative zone.Results. Amongst examined persons in respect of defect of the teeth rows by small extent exists reliable reduction their prevalence on measure of the increase the age, then comparatively occlusion defects with average and big extent noted reliable increase of the factor of prevalence.Conclusions. Got material allow to improve rendering of implant’s prosthesis in depending of extent occlusion defects and hereinafter completely shorten the risk of invalidation chewing device.

The impact elastic wave method (IEW) has been applied to evaluate the thickness and internal defects of the target structure based on the dominant frequency of the response wave that is formed by the repeated reflections in the thickness direction. However, it is difficult to evaluate the size and position of the defect by IEW if the size and depth are relatively small and deep, respectively, and further, it is known that the technique is inapplicable if the target is not a plate-like structures. Therefore, the authors propose a new technique that uses Difference value as a new evaluation index to overcome the limitations of the conventional methods. Difference value shows the change of the response waveform in the time domain; it is computed by using a response waveform of the structures in sound condition as a reference. In this paper, the practicality of the Difference value is investigated by performing experiments using concrete specimens. The results of the experiments demonstrate that Difference value changes by the influence of internal defects, and Difference value evaluates the location of the relatively small defect that is difficult to evaluate by the conventional technique.

In view of the various types of fabric defects, and the problems of confusion, density unevenness and small target defects, which are difficult to detect, this paper builds a deep learning defect detection network incorporating an attention mechanism. The data augmentation strategy is used to enrich the number of samples of each defective type, and the enriched samples were extracted by the feature extraction network integrated with the attention mechanism, which can improve the feature extraction ability of confusable defect types and small defect types. Region proposal generation generates a proposal box for extracted features, and adds an online hard example mining strategy to re-learn hard examples to accelerate network convergence. Region feature aggregation maps the proposal box to the feature map to obtain the region of interest. Finally, the defect features are classified and the bounding boxes are regressed. The results show that this algorithm can effectively detect 39 categories of fabric defects with a detection speed of 0.085 s and a detection accuracy of 0.9338.

Background: Mandibular resection will cause mandibular stability disturbance due to loss of some part of the bone. Instability of the mandible can cause aesthetic, physiological, and psychological malfunction. Installment of mandibular reconstruction plat on the remaining mandibular using screws were suggested to restore its stability. However, it is not uncommon that plat exposure occurs following mandibular reconstruction, caused by inaccurate adaptation of the plats to the mandibular bone. The aims of this report are to describe the various complications and managements after jaw resection and reconstruction with plates. Case Report: A 44 years old male patient complained the small defect in the chin, painless, and no fluid emited, accompanied by dermatitis. Intra oral examination showed no abnormalities. About 1 year ago the patient performed segmental resection of the mandible on the indication of ameloblastoma. The radiological x-ray showed all screw detached from the plat and radiolucent images appeared around the plat that attached to the mandible. The diagnosis was fistula at regio mentale, post resection and reconstruction surgery, suspected caused by titanium plate allergies. The provided therapies were fistulectomy, screw removal, and plate reconstruction. Post therapy conditions showed improvement and no patients complaints of pain. Conclusion: Plate exposure is a complication that can occur after the installation of the reconstruction plate, but besides that it can also cause an allergic reaction from the material used. Keywords: Complication, Mandibular Resection, Plate Reconstruction, Titanium Plate Allergies

The Richter hernia is a rare condition characterized by the incarceration or strangulation of the intestinal antimesenteric border through a small defect of the abdominal wall, being able to progress rapidly for necrosis and perforation. The Richter hernia is more frequent between the sixth and seventh decades of life, representing 5-20% of all hernia strangles and occurs mainly associated with femoral hernias. We report a case of imprisoned Richter's femoral hernia with signs of distress in the elderly male patient.

AbstractExtending the main result of Lorscheid and Weist (2015), in the first part of this paper we show that every quiver Grassmannian of an indecomposable representation of a quiver of type $\tilde D_{n}$ D ~ n has a decomposition into affine spaces. In the case of real root representations of small defect, the non-empty cells are in one-to-one correspondence to certain, so called non-contradictory, subsets of the vertex set of a fixed tree-shaped coefficient quiver. In the second part, we use this characterization to determine the generating functions of the Euler characteristics of the quiver Grassmannians (resp. F-polynomials). Along these lines, we obtain explicit formulae for all cluster variables of cluster algebras coming from quivers of type $\tilde D_{n}$ D ~ n .

Abstract This paper investigates the interaction behaviour between the fundamental shear horizontal guided wave mode and small defects, in order to understand and develop an improved inspection system for titanium samples. In this work, an extensive range of defect sizes have been simulated using finite element software. The SH0 reflection from a defect has been shown previously to depend on its length as the total reflection consists of reflections from both the front and back face. However, for small defect widths, this work has found that the width also affects this interference, changing the length at which the reflection is largest. In addition, the paper looks at how the size of the defect affects the mode converted S0 reflection and SH0 diffraction. The relationship between the SH0 diffraction and defect size is shown to be more complex compared to the reflections. The mode converted S0 reflection occurs at an angle to the incident wave direction; therefore, the most suitable angle for the detection has been found. Simultaneous measurement of multiple waves would bring benefits to inspection.

Background: Covering a small defect on the anterior lower leg is challenging because less soft tissue is available. This study presents the application of a keystone flap (KF) with omega variation (OV) and Sydney melanoma unit modification (SMUM) for small- and moderatesized pretibial defects. Methods: This study included a series of six cases of anterior lower leg defect reconstruction with OV and SMUM KF technique by a single surgeon between December 2017 and June 2020. Records and photographs of the patients were collected and analyzed. Results: The defects’ sizes ranged from 1.5×2.5 to 6×8 cm. All defects were covered with OV KF, SMUM KF, or OV SMUM KF based on the hotspots of surrounding perforators. The flap sizes varied from 3×6 to 8×17 cm. Moreover, all flaps were completely viable. A marginal maceration developed in one case, which was mended with conservative dressing. Outcomes were favorable in all patients during the average follow-up period of 4.83±1.17 months. Conclusion: This study successfully covered small- and moderate-sized anterior lower leg defects with OV and SMUM KF. We therefore suggest the OV and SMUM KF techniques as good alternative modalities for anterior lower leg reconstruction.
