Seeing the potential for healthtech startups that continue to emerge in Indonesia, of course companies must continue to create innovations to be able to compete with existing and future competitors, one of which is by doing a revamp or a process to change the appearance and user journey. As was done by one of the healthtech startup companies, namely PT. Global Urban Essentials in one of its products, namely the Teman Bumil application. This research was conducted to redesign the display and user journey in the Teman pregnant woman application. The design method used was the Scrum framework. The Scrum stages carried out are the first meeting, sprint planning meeting, sprint, sprint review meeting and sprint retrospective meeting. Data collection was carried out by studying documentation, observation, and interviews. Then the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Through this research, it is known that the redesign was carried out to change the appearance and improve the experience by shortening the flow of application use, as well as the application design documentation process using the product requirements document guide which consists of three main parts, namely user requirements, interface pages, and flowcharts.

I see Y reading the comments her teacher left on her paper. She uses Google Translate to add perfectly spelled words clarifying a detail about her grandmother’s aspiration to become literate. At least this is how I imagine Y to have prepared her college essay. I have not met Y. But I am certain that she never expected her writing to be the focus of a teachers’ planning meeting.

Abstract Introduction NICE guidelines suggest that PSA, mp-MRI and targeted biopsies should be used for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. This audit looked at several aspects of prostate cancer assessment and diagnosis at our trust, however we will be focusing on the use of MRI. Method A retrospective cohort study was performed at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals and this included 49 patients. We compared the pre-operative MRI tumour location and tumour grading with post-operative histology tumour location and tumour grading of prostate cancer patients. The statistical analysis was performed using Chi-squared testing. Results Prostate tumour location mapping based on MRI was accurate in 70% of the cases, these results were statistically significant (p-value <0.01). However, the tumour grading according to the MRI was only accurate in 45% of the cases (p-value <0.05). Conclusions Tumour grading based on the MRI result should not be routinely used to stratify risk and plan treatment. However, a prostate planning meeting would be recommended prior to the surgery and this can use the MRI location of the tumour along with the patient’s baseline regarding urinary and erectile function to help plan nerve sparing and surgical margins, this would help improve outcomes for patient's post-operative quality of life.

This study aims to explain the stretching of the tourism village development in terms of the form of community participation. Research uses  qualitative descriptive approach, the analysis is carried out using the exchange theory. The research results show the form of participation by the community can be seen from the construction of tourist facilities. Pokdarwis involvement as a tourism manager is carried out by taking four stages of participation: namely, participation in planning through the activity of conveying ideas in the form of criticism and suggestions at the planning meeting for tourism village development activities. Furthermore, the implementation stage is manifested in the form of personnel participating in the form of mutual assistance activities to improve the condition of tourist facilities, environmental maintenance by cleaning up trash on the hiking trail and becoming parking guards. On the other hand, the form of skill participation carried out by the community is manifested through activities of making tourist souvenirs and promotion on social media. Meanwhile, the utilization stage is carried out through efforts to open business opportunities and opportunities for youth who do not have a job. Finally, the evaluation stage is carried out by taking a comparative study activity to other Tourism Villages as a comparison to see the success of the Bukit Kaba Tourism Village.

Abstract Objectives: Review meetings are critical activities aiding successful implementation of mass administration of medicines (MAM) for Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) control. The objective of this study was to assess the changes in practices amid COVID-19 pandemic during the review and planning meeting for 2020 MAM.Results: A total of 42 NTD implementers participated in this study [59.5% females and 40.5% males]. Majority of the participants were Local Government NTD (LNTD) coordinators (40.48%), State NTD officers (26.19%), LGA NTD data managers (23.81%) and NGDO partners (4.76%). Majority of the participants expressed their level of satisfaction on these modes of invitation (97.5%), admission (92.5%) and coordination (97.5%) during the meeting. Our findings have shown the importance of online platforms such as WhatsApp groups and email as communication channels between programmers involved in NTD control. Furthermore, compliance level to WHO guidelines were optimal for venue spacing (100%), usage of facemasks (85%) and physical distancing (72.5%), but sub-optimal for hand-washing (67.5%) and respiratory etiquette (52.5%). There were gaps in the provision of adequate handwashing facilities for the attendees. There is a need for more refined guidelines to steer investments in the provision of adequate hand-washing points in consideration of the population during subsequent meetings or mass gatherings.

PurposeThe authors developed a lesson study innovation for bridging pre-service teachers' experiences in an early methods course and clinical experiences focusing on the development of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). The authors analyze one planning meeting by a lesson study team comprised of four pre-service teachers and one cooperating teacher. The purpose of this research was to determine the nature of documentation during the online planning meeting and how the cooperating teacher facilitated the documentation process.Design/methodology/approachThe authors used Gueudet and Trouche's (2009) documentation framework to determine the way the lesson study team in our study used all the resources available to plan a lesson. They analyzed the video recordings of the meeting to examine the interplay between material, didactical and mathematical components during the discussions. The material components included the Teacher Desmos Activity Builder and the eTextbook. The didactical components included assessment, scaffolding, multiple representations and problem-solving activities. The mathematical components pertained to systems of linear equations and inequalities with two variables.FindingsThe authors’ findings show that the cooperating teacher performed an invariant set of actions for improving the research lesson and, also, gave recommendations about how to implement the lesson. In facilitating the planning discussions, the cooperating teacher made explicit the relationship between material, didactical and mathematical components. The authors’ work has implications for supporting the preparation of facilitators of online planning sessions during lesson study.Research limitations/implicationsThe authors did not have access to the planning meeting where the PSTs created the draft of the research lesson. In addition, they are reporting the observations of only one online meeting.Originality/valueThe authors’ work has implications for supporting the preparation of facilitators of online planning sessions during lesson study.

SCRUM framework is an agile technique that is widely used by development teams in order deliver incremental value to customers and dynamically react to project needs. SCRUM framework might be adapted to conform the development team specificities. In the context of an industry project, we have found that an inexperienced development team frequently faced difficulties with estimating the time needed to complete tasks, which led to missed deadlines in most of the projects. Such problem hampers the risk management and degrades the relationship with the customer. Upon closer analysis, it was identified that the main reason to this issue was the team's inability to breaking down a larger task into smaller sub-tasks and associate a realistic workload to each part. Then, based on traditional techniques, a structured approach to workload estimation was introduced in the SCRUM planning meeting to leverage the team's estimation skill. This approach was implemented in two development projects and increased the accuracy in the estimate defined by the team, yielding realistic schedules and increasing technical visibility.
