A dictionary is a book that has been arranged in alphabetical order, the dictionary that we usually find is complete and good, but lately the use of book dictionaries has become a bit behind because people prefer an easy way to interpret a word, namely using an electronic dictionary. Nowadays, there are many Palembang language dictionary applications based on android, but this application has not changed too much from other similar applications. The author took the initiative to develop this electronic dictionary application so that it looks more attractive and user friendly, this application can later facilitate the communication process between tourists and the people of Palembang City, and can be a place to preserve the Palembang language. In the process of making this mobile application, the author uses an interpolation search algorithm to make it easier to search for sorted data tables or files that have a scalar key. Data collection techniques that will be used by conducting observations, interviews and using the Mobile-D development method. The result of this research is an android-based Indonesian-Palembang and Palembang-Indonesian translator dictionary application.

Research Chinese-Urdu Machine Translation Based on Deep Learning

Urdu is Pakistan 's national language. However, Chinese expertise is very negligible in Pakistan and the Asian nations. Yet fewer research has been undertaken in the area of computer translation on Chinese to Urdu. In order to solve the above problems, we designed of an electronic dictionary for Chinese-Urdu, and studied the sentence-level machine translation technology which is based on deep learning. The Design of an electronic dictionary Chinese-Urdu machine translation system we collected and constructed an electronic dictionary containing 24000 entries from Chinese to Urdu. For Sentence we used English as an intermediate language, and based on the existing parallel corpus of Chinese to English and English to Urdu, we constructed a bilingual parallel corpus containing 66000 sentences from Chinese to Urdu. The Corpus has trained by using two NMT Models (LSTM,Transformer Model) and the above two translation model were compared to the desired translation, with the help of bilingual valuation understudy (BLEU) score. On NMT, The LSTM Model is gain of 0.067 to 0.41 in BLEU score while on Transformer model, there is gain of 0.077 to 0.52 in BLEU which is better than from LSTM Model score. Furthermore, we compared the proposed model with Google and Microsoft translation.

The research highlights numerous approaches to creating electronic dictionaries model and design. Unquestionably, there is no single approach to electronic and explanatory dictionaries design. Nonetheless, there are several approaches proposed by the leading authorities. The article highlights the basics of electronic dictionary development, various dictionaries models (the model of systematic educational design, electronic dictionary functional modules, the system of Chinese dictionary design, the educational model structural scheme for word identification, the structural scheme for label learning system, the configuration for electronic dictionary automatic design, functional dictionary model, relationships model for English-Spanish explanatory dictionary). It presents the algorithms for their creation, outlines their functional features and analyzes existing electronic dictionaries. The prospects for further research lie in the analysis of explanatory dictionary characteristic features and the development of the algorithm for its design. Design and Implementation of Intelligent English Electronic Dictionary System Based on Internet of Things

In this paper, the intelligent English electronic dictionary system is studied to design and implement the electronic dictionary system according to the advantages of the Internet of Things. The software architecture, the design, and implementation of the client and server-side and related technologies in the development process of the dictionary application are used as the research content to comprehensively discuss the development process of the electronic dictionary. The client and server-side is based on C/S technology architecture, and the server-side is a standard Maven Web project, which is managed by Maven and does not cause conflicts; the model-view-controller framework is built using Spring MVC to achieve the separation of user interface and application logic. Spring MVC is used to build a model-view-controller framework to separate user interface and application logic. Spring dependency injection is used to build a loosely coupled project, which helps to separate project components; Spring Data JPA is used to build a persistence layer to facilitate data access and maximize the developer’s ability to automatically realize logical operations on data. After the overall performance test of the system, the performance is good under the platform, and the intelligence of trilingual word query is achieved, and the quickness and ease of use meet the requirements that can be applied.
