A dictionary is a book that has been arranged in alphabetical order, the dictionary that we usually find is complete and good, but lately the use of book dictionaries has become a bit behind because people prefer an easy way to interpret a word, namely using an electronic dictionary. Nowadays, there are many Palembang language dictionary applications based on android, but this application has not changed too much from other similar applications. The author took the initiative to develop this electronic dictionary application so that it looks more attractive and user friendly, this application can later facilitate the communication process between tourists and the people of Palembang City, and can be a place to preserve the Palembang language. In the process of making this mobile application, the author uses an interpolation search algorithm to make it easier to search for sorted data tables or files that have a scalar key. Data collection techniques that will be used by conducting observations, interviews and using the Mobile-D development method. The result of this research is an android-based Indonesian-Palembang and Palembang-Indonesian translator dictionary application.

This paper talks about an innovative and rather an interesting manner of intimating the message to the people using the wireless electronic display on the screen. This will help us in passing any message almost immediately without any delay just by sending an SMS which is better and more reliable than the old traditional way of passing the message on a screen. Our aim is to reduce the amount of paper work and make use the possible technological resources.  In this paper, we are trying to implement our system in such a way that it can display message send from the authorized user to the various receiving ends. So spreading of important message or screen will take place within the very short span of time to respective mobile application. Means user or registered person will be able to send the message from anywhere and this message will be displayed on a screen at the respective place.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) for healthcare have emerged in the recent years. Wireless technology has been developed and used widely for different medical fields. This technology provides healthcare services for patients, especially who suffer from chronic diseases. Services such as catering continuous medical monitoring and get rid of disturbance caused by the sensor of instruments. Sensors are connected to a patient by wires and become bed-bound that less from the mobility of the patient. In this paper, proposed a real-time heart pulse monitoring system via conducted an electronic circuit architecture to measure Heart Pulse (HP) for patients and display heart pulse measuring via smartphone and computer over the network in real-time settings. In HP measuring application standpoint, using sensor technology to observe heart pulse by bringing the fingerprint to the sensor via used Arduino microcontroller with Ethernet shield to connect heart pulse circuit to the internet and send results to the web server and receive it anywhere. The proposed system provided the usability by the user (user-friendly) not only by the specialist. Also, it offered speed andresults accuracy, the highest availability with the user on an ongoing basis, and few cost.

<p><em>Procession mapajejiwan conducted by two people sulinggih by reading the text of sacred dialogue is a real form of application of transcendental communication. Mapajejwan held as the top of the mapaselang ceremony that has the meaning as a process of the creation of the universe performed by God tangible Sang Hyang Semara Ratih. The problems that will be discussed are: 1) How is the transcendental communication process of mapajejiwan in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 2) What is the function of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu ?, 3) What is the impact of transcendental mapajajianwan communication in mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu Temple?. Theories used to analyze problems are (1) S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response), 2) religious theory and 3) structural functional theory. The subject of this research is a transcendental mapajajiwan communication as rangakian from mapaselang ceremony in Pura Penataran Agung Pucak Mangu. This study contains the steps that researchers do in the process of collecting data in order to obtain the correct data. The steps are as follows: (1) interview technique, (2) observation technique, (3) literature study technique.</em></p><p><em>The results showed (1) Transcendental communication process mapajejiwan seen based on series of ceremony mapaselang covering verbal process and nonverbal process. A verbal process that includes all processes that use words and language both orally and in writing. While the nonverbal process includes all the symbols used in the implementation of mapaselang ceremony. (2) The functions of transcendental communication include religious functions, intrapersonal functions and interpersonal functions. Religious function that is to purify and to pay the debt, intrapersonal function is to awaken Pucak Mangu's enforcement krama that everything in this world is a loan that must be returned, while the interpersonal function of transcendental communication is to unify the perception and convince the people that the universe was created by God as well as knowledge of what God has created. (3) The impact of transcendental communication of maps in the mapaselang ceremony includes two effects of positiv and social impacts. Posistivnya impact is to build the concept of sincerity in self, build the spirit of mutual cooperation and foster loving attitude of the universe and its contents in order to obtain the peace.</em></p>

The objective of this research is to give the understanding about the simple sentence structure Sindang Language ini Lubuklinggau and describe the effect in Indonesian language learning process. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research shows that the simple sentence structure of Bahasa Sindang in Lubuklinggau in the form of verbal-verbed simple sentence which consists of intransitive sentence and single-transitive sentence; adjectival-verbed simple sentence, nominal-verbed simple sentence, numeral-verbed simple sentence, preposisional-verbed simple sentence, and adverbial-verbed simple sentence. Majority of the data finding is the verbal-verbed simple sentence on Sindang language and it is more used by the people who use Sindang language. Intransitive sentence has 62 sentences or 79.5%. Sentence of Sindang Language seen from the aspect of function for the type of intransitive sentence has the function structure: 1) S,P; 2) K,S,P; 3) S,P,Vokatif; 4) S,P,K; 5) P,K; 6) P,S; 7) P; 8) S,P,S, and 9) S,P,Pel. The type of single-transitive sentence has the structure function: 1) K,S,P,O,K; 2) S,P,O,Vokatif; 3) P,O,K; 4) P,O; 5) P,O,K,S; 6) S,P,O; dan 7) P,O,S.  Adjectival-verbed sentence has the structure function of structure K,S,P and P,S. Nominal-verbed simple sentence has the function structure S,P. Numeral-verbed simple sentence has the function structure P,S and S,P. Prepositional Frase-verbed simple sentence has the function structure S,P,Vocative. Then, adverbial-verbed simple sentence has the function structure S,P. The single sentence structure of the Sindang language positively influences the learning of the native speakers of the language. Keywords: simple sentence structure, Sindang language, Lubuklinggau   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang struktur kalimat tunggal bahasa Sindang di Kota Lubuklinggau dan mendeskripsikan pengaruhnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kota tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur kalimat tunggal bahasa Sindang di Kota Lubuklinggau berbentuk kalimat tunggal berpredikat verbal  yang terdiri atas kalimat intransitif dan kalimat tungggal ekatransitif; kalimat tunggal berpredikat adjektival, kalimat tunggal berpredikat nominal, kalimat tunggal berpredikat numeral, kalimat tunggal berpredikat preposisional, dan kalimat tunggal berpredikat adverbial. Sebagian besar kalimat tunggal berpredikat verbal pada bahasa Sindang lebih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat penuturnya yaitu kalimat intransitif dengan 62 kalimat atau 79,5%. Kalimat bahasa Sindang ditinjau dari segi fungsi untuk jenis kalimat intransitif memiliki struktur fungsi: 1) S,P; 2) K,S,P; 3) S,P,Vokatif; 4) S,P,K; 5) P,K; 6) P,S; 7) P; 8) S,P,S, dan 9) S,P,Pel. Jenis kalimat ekatransitif memiliki struktur fungsi: 1) K,S,P,O,K; 2) S,P,O,Vokatif; 3) P,O,K; 4) P,O; 5) P,O,K,S; 6) S,P,O; dan 7) P,O,S. Kalimat tunggal berpredikat adjektival memiliki struktur fungsi yaitu berstruktur K,S,P dan P,S. Kalimat tunggal berpredikat nominal memiliki struktur fungsi S,P. Kalimat tunggal berpredikat numeral memiliki struktur fungsi P,S dan S,P. Kalimat tunggal berpredikat frase preposisional memiliki struktur fungsi S,P,Vokatif. Kemudian, kalimat tunggal berpredikat adverbia memiliki struktur fungsi S,P. Struktur kalimat tunggal bahasa Sindang memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia penutur asli bahasa tersebut. Kecanggihan  teknologi  device  yang  semakin  merambah  di  dunia  pengetahuan  dan  teknologi membuat pengembangan sistem pemanfaatan baru seperti aplikasi Pen+ berbasis mobile yang dimanfaatkan oleh dosen dalam menginput hasil nilai ujian mahasiswa. Seluruh orang di dunia pasti  memiliki  handphone.  Teknologi  yang  digunakan  pada  handphone  kini  telah  menjadi smartphone yang lebih banyak fitur-fitur aplikasi yang canggih menggunakan jaringan internet. Oleh  karena  itu  dengan  mengembangkan  suatu  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  dapat  di akses  secara  online  untuk  dosen  bisa  melakukan  penginputan  nilai  lebih  cepat  dan  efektif. Aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  yang  digunakan  juga  mempermudah  pelayanan  dengan  lebih dahulu   login   dengan   email   secara   pribadi   dan   lebih   nyaman   dibutuhkan   kapan   saja. Pengembangan  aplikasi  Pen+  juga  melalui  perencanaan,  desain,  dan  pengujian.  Maka  hasil dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  dimana  aplikasi  Pen+  berbasis  mobile  dapat di download  dengan mudah dan kapan saja untuk memudahkan penilaian secara online. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Pen+, Mobile, Dosen The sophistication of device technology is increasingly pervasive in the world of knowledge and technology makes the development of new systems such as the utilization of Pen + based mobile application  that  is  used by lecturer in entering the results of student test scores. All the people in  the  world  would  have  a  mobile.  The  technology  used  in  mobile  phones  have  now  become more  smartphone  features  advanced  application  uses  the  internet.  Therefore, by developing a Pen + based mobile application that can be accessed online to the lecturer can make inputting values more quickly and effectively. Pen + based mobile application that is used also facilitate service  with  advance  login  with  your  email  private  and  more  comfortable  whenever  needed. Pen + application development also through planning, design, and testing. So the results of this analysis,  which  Pen  +  based  mobile  application  can  be  downloaded  easily and at any time to facilitate the online assessment. This research is being conducted to provide requirements analysts with a supportive tool to use during elicitation interviews. In these interviews that were conducted as part of the overall project, stakeholders were asked a series of questions while wearing the Empatica E4 wristband and being recorded through various voice recording platforms. As a part of an ongoing research project, stakeholders have been interviewed using voice recordings and the Empatica E4 wristband to gather biofeedback data. Requirements analyst need support during elicitation interviews because of the ambiguity that arises during communication making it harder to collect proper requirements. In order to provide features such as visualizing the biofeedback collected from the Empatica E4 wristband and the voice waves, questions such as how to create a user-friendly application and how to synchronize the biofeedback and voice data must be researched. In conclusion, creating this mobile application would to assist requirements analysts in carrying out assessments during elicitation interviews.

This paper proposes a prototype for real-time epilepsy seizures detection using skin conductance, temperature and sense movement. This proposed work is expected to help epilepsy patients to receive immediate help from the people around when seizures happen. This prototype is wearable and developed using Arduino Nano, Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor, accelerometer, temperature sensor and pulse sensor. Epilepsy patients can wear this prototype just like a watch. The prototype is connected to the mobile application via Bluetooth and can alert the people around by buzzing alarm as well as sending text message to the doctor or family member. Details development and results are discussed in this paper.

The development of cloud services improving the interaction of banks, stores and customers becomes high-demanded by digitalized society, that is ready to use innovative software products. The Receipts & Promotions cloud service, developed at the concept level, allows to realize the idea of providing complete information of a receipt in electronic form along with printed receipt for the Mir plastic card holders through the "Privet, Mir!" mobile application. Information from electronic receipts accumulated in the Mir cloud will allow the customer to receive personalized bonus offers from the stores — partners of the program, as well as manage the family budget. The introduction of the service opens up the wide opportunities to the stores for communication with customers. The Receipts & Promotions service is able to become the first software product based on the collection and analysis of information from electronic receipts linked to a specific user. The system of flexible personalization of bonus offers and their assessment by customers is unique and not implemented in other software products. It will be possible to consider the display of electronic receipts in the "Privet, Mir!" mobile application in a user-friendly interface as the first fully automated option of providing electronic receipts to a wide range of users.
