With the widespread of the vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET), a huge number of vehicles are connecting to networks. To provide the position of these vehicles, the global position system (GPS) is required. Usually, the GPS is commoned with internal sensors mounted inside the vehicle. Thus, the communication with this sensor is needed when we need to specify the position of vehicle through the satellite. This communication is done by using a secure channels. However, the authentication and privacy are deemed as the main goal of the network communication. Therefore, an efficient signcryption scheme for vehicular satellite-based network (SVSN) is proposed in this paper. The proposed scheme meets the security demands for VANETs, for instance authentication, unforgeability, confidentiality, and integrity. Based on the Discrete Logarithm (DL) problem, the presented scheme is secure. Compared with the existing signcryption schemes, the performance analysis show that our proposed scheme is more suitable for vehicular satellite networks.

Salah satu indikator kualitas tanah adalah  kandungan bahan organik tanah, selain indikator yang lain seperti sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah.  Diambilnya bahan organik sebagai salah satu indikator yang perlu diperhatikan karena sifatnya yang sangat labil dan kandungannya berubah sangat cepat tergantung manajemen pengelolaan tanah.  Walaupun kandungan bahan organik tanah sangat sedikit yaitu 1 – 5% dari berat total tanah mineral, namun pengaruhnya terhadap sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah sangat besar. Manfaat bahan organik sudah teruji kehandalannya dalam memperbaiki kualitas tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (i) menetapkan letak pengambilan contoh tanah sawah untuk analisa kandungan bahan organik tanah sawah; (2) melakukan analisa kandungan bahan organik tanah dari sampel tanah sawah; (3) menginterpretasi hasil analisa kandungan bahan organik tanah tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan penambahan bahan organik di tanah sawah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lima kecamatan Kabupaten Bondowoso selama enam bulan mulai bulan Juni 2020 sampai dengan Desember 2020. Jumlah sampel atau contoh yang akan dikerjakan pada kegiatan ini adalah sebanyak 75 buah yang tersebar di 5 kecamatan masing-masing tiga desa dan pada setiap desa diambil sebanyak 5 buah sampel tanah. Setiap lokasi pengambilan sampel tanah akan ditentukan posisi geografisnya dengan alat GPS (Global Position System). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rekomendasi penambahan bahan organik tanah sawah sebagai berikut : (i) Tingkat kesuburan tanah sawah kecamatan Tenggarang, Bondowoso, Pakem dari rendah sampai sedang dengan kebutuhan penambahan bahan organik sebanyak 20 – 50 ton / ha; (ii) Tingkat kesuburan tanah sawah kecamatan Curahdami dan Binakal sedang dengan kebutuhan penambahan bahan organik sebanyak 16 – 40 ton / ha.

Fish Aggregating Devices (FAD's) have long been used by fishermen in South Buton Regency. This study aims to determine the utilization of FAD distribution as a fishing aid by purse sein vessels in the waters of Kadatua District, South Buton Regency. This study aims to determine the utilization of FAD distribution as a fishing tool by purse sein vessels in Kadatua District, South Buton Regency. Data collection methods include FAD point data taken from GPS (Global Position System) fishermen and dominant catch data from purse sein fishermen. The results of the study obtained data on the distribution of FADs in Kadatua District spread between a distance of 0-12 miles, during the study the coordinates of FADs were obtained as many as 79 coordinate points owned by fishermen in Kadatua District. FADs used by purse sein fishermen to carry out fishing operations have 24 FAD points, which are spread over a distance of 0 – 12 miles. In April the distribution of FADs used as fishing aids by purse sein vessels was at a distance of ± 0 – 12 miles, while in May and June FADs used as fishing aids were at a distance of ± 2 – 12 miles. The dominant fish catch data for purse sein fishermen is 690 kg in April, 525 kg in May and 735 kg in June. The dominant catch during the study was dominated by scad fish (Decapterus spp). The level of effectiveness of the dominant catch of purse sein fishermen is highest at a distance of 4-12 miles with a total catch of 1,070 kg of the total catch of 1,950 kg.

Os recursos hídricos são uma das principais preocupações com relação às problemáticas ambientais no Brasil. A região Nordeste possui fatores como o crescimento populacional, poluição, desmatamento e a escassez de chuvas, que têm comprometido a qualidade e a quantidade de água disponíveis na região. Dessa forma, o presente estudo objetivou identificar as principais nascentes existentes nos municípios potiguares de Coronel João Pessoa e Doutor Severiano (RN) e quais as suas influências antrópicas. Inicialmente, foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico e cartográfico para subsidiar o georreferenciamento e a coleta dos dados primários. Foram realizadas visitas nos municípios, entre os meses de junho a julho de 2018, suficientes para identificação e delimitação das áreas das nascentes com Global Position System, já que os dois municípios tinham poucas nascentes perenes para investigar. As nascentes foram sistematizadas cartograficamente e tiveram suas APP mapeadas e por fim, foram realizadas duas oficinas temáticas, uma em cada município, com duração média de 4 horas. Na maioria das APP não há cerca de proteção ou placa informativa ao redor das nascentes. Encontrou-se evidências do uso das águas de afloramento para dessedentação de animais, abastecimento rural, atividades agropecuárias e perfuração de poços. Os regimes de água das nascentes são perenes. Vale ressaltar que tanto a preservação quanto a recuperação dos olhos d’água necessitam do envolvimento das comunidades locais, por isso, a importância da conscientização ambiental, por meio de campanhas e ações educacionais, no intuito de promover o cuidado, o manejo adequado e a conservação no entorno das nascentes. Environmental problems in potiguares springs: subsidies and environmental education projects for the recovery of degraded areas A B S T R A C TWater resources have been one of the main concerns regarding environmental problems in Brazil. The Northeast region has characteristics such as population growth, pollution, deforestation and the scarcity of rainfall, which at times have compromised the quality and quantity of water available to municipalities in the region. Thus, the present study seeks to (i) identify the main springs existing in the municipalities of Coronel João Pessoa and Doutor Severiano (RN) and what are their anthropic influences; (ii) as well as map and georeference the springs APPs; (iii) elaborate and carry out data presentation workshops and contribute to the awareness and sensitization process of the local community. Initially, a bibliographic and cartographic survey was carried out to support georeferencing and the collection of primary data. A  was carried out in the municipalities, from June to July 2018, to identify and delimit the areas of the springs with the Global Position System. The diagnosed springs were systematized cartographically and had their APP mapped and, finally, 02 (two) thematic workshops were held, one in each municipality, with an average duration of 4 hours. The results of the Permanent Preservation Areas, most have no protection fence or information sign around the springs. There is evidence of the use of outcrop waters for animal feed, rural supply, agricultural activities and well drilling. The spring water regimes are perennial. It is worth mentioning that both the preservation and the recovery of water eyes, require the involvement of local communities, therefore, it is important to raise the population's environmental awareness, through educational campaigns and actions, in order to promote care, management and conservation around the springs.Keywords: Permanent preservation area, Anthropic actions, Environmental degradation.

This study aimed to compare the match running performance between bottom- and top-ranked teams in professional soccer players. In addition, this study verified the independent and interactive effects of playing position and contextual factors on running outputs between these teams. Forty-eight professional male outfield soccer players participated in this study (top-ranked team, n=24; bottom-ranked team, n=24). The distance- and accelerometry-based measures were recorded during 69 matches using a global position system (10 Hz) integrated with an accelerometer (400 Hz). The top-ranked team covered greater total distance and high-acceleration than the bottom-ranked team in home and away matches, mainly for external defenders and midfielders (p < 0.05, effect size [ES]=moderate). The matches against top-level opponents required high values of running outputs only for the top-ranked team (p < 0.05, ES=small). In general, the match outcome (loss vs. draw vs. win) was not influenced by running performance for both bottom- and top-ranked teams (p > 0.05; ES=small), with exception for Player Load (bottom-ranked team: win > draw = loss; p < 0.05, ES=small). These findings should be taken into account when the coaches and practitioners interpret the match running outputs and when evaluating the effects of training intervention on these performance indicators.

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar masalah yang sering terjadi dikampus atau perguruan tinggi, yaitu sulitnya mahasiswa dalam mengetahui lokasi dosen. Jadwal kelas yang berbeda serta sibuknya dosen membuat mahasiswa memilih menunggu, banyak mahasiswa yang sudah lama menunggu tetapi tidak kunjung dapat menemui dosen, sehingga terbuangnya waktu dan tidak selesainya urusan yang ada. Melihat kondisi tersebut penulis akan mencoba untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memantau atau melacak keberadaan dosen. Handphone saat ini memiliki berbagai macam fitur dengan dukungan teknologi terkini yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat. Untuk mempermudah mengetahui posisi dan keberadaan seseorang, sekarang ini dapat dilakukan melalui handphone. Oleh sebab itu penulis akan membahas tentang pembuatan aplikasi MANDOSE, MANDOSE merupakan sebuah aplikasi native yang dijalankan di handphone dengan dukungan operating sistem android, memanfaatkan teknologi A-GPS serta Google Maps. Aplikasi ini berbasis client-server dimana aplikasi client dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman android, sedangkan sisi backend server dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Data berupa koordinat lokasi dan infromasi dosen yang didapat pada sisi client (dosen) akan dikirimkan kedalam database pada sisi server, kemudian akan dikirm kembali ke-sisi client (mahasiswa) yang selanjutnya ditampilkan dalambentuk map digital. Aplikasi lolos dalam uji fungsional black box dengan menggunakan metode equivalence partitioning, fungsi dapat berjalan 100% dengan minimal versi operating sistem android 5.0 (Lollipop). Aplikasi lolos dalam uji kualitas standar ISO 9126 dengan nilai aspek reliability (89.3%), aspek usability (90%), aspek efficiency (87.3%), dan aspek portability aplikasi dapat berjalan secara optimal diberbagai macam perangkat serta lolos dalam uji keakuratan GPS dengan hasil koordinat yang dihasilkan mendekati koordinat yang diharapkan.

Purpose To develop an equation to provide the peak power (PP) through a specific stimulus performed in an aquatic environment, as well as to correlate morphological, anthropometric and strength variables with rowing performance. Methods The sample consisted of 16 elite young rowing athletes of both sexes (15.7 ± 1.21 years). The strength of upper limbs and lower limbs was verified. To analyze the PP, a 100-m Sprint test was performed on an indoor rowing type ergometer, and after a 72-hour wash-out, the test was repeated in an aquatic environment on a vessel equipped with a global position system. Body composition was analyzed by examining bone densitometry with an X-ray source and maturation was verified by anthropometry. Results The tests for water sprint and indoor rowing showed significant reliability (ICC = 0.695; p = 0.0007). The PP aquatic showed reliability with that acquired in indoor rowing (ICC = 0.897; p<0.0001) and was related to maturation (p<0.05). The morphology, anthropometry and strength of the upper limbs were related to the sprint and peak strength in both tests (p<0.05). Conclusion The equation for the PP in aquatic environment presented by the present study is highly reliable with an indoor ergometer digital ergometer.

Perairan Manganitu di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe merupakan daerah yang banyak terdapat alat pengumpul ikan. Alat pengumpul ikan jenis ini dikenal oleh masyarakat dengan nama bui dengan fungsi yang sama dengan rumpon atau ponton Keberadaan bui tersebut sangat penting untuk diketahui. Selain itu pemetaan bui dengan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS) di daerah tersebut sangat minim informasinya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kepada nelayan-nelayan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu memetakan daerah penangkapan ikan berdasarkan GPS (Global Position System) di Perairan Manganitu sedangkan tujuannya untuk memetakan daerah penangkapan ikan berdasarkan data pemetaan GPS Map580/585, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode observasi dan partisipasi aktif. Hasil pemetaan berdasarkan data pengoperasian GPS, didapatkan hasil sebanyak 22 posisi geografis bui beserta kedalamnnya. Penelitian lanjutan perlu dilakukan untuk mendata semua bui yang ada di perairan Manganitu, karena belum semua bui terdata posisi geografisnya. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada pemilik bui, berupa penyampaian informasi tentang aturan penempatan bui yang harus mengikuti peraturan berlaku, dimana jarak antar bui harus lebih dari 10 mil laut.   The waters of Manganitu in Sangihe Islands Regency are an area with many fishing buoy. The existence of this buoy is very important to know. In addition, buoy mapping using the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the area has very limited information. The results of this study are expected to provide information to fishermen. The formulation of the problem of this research is mapping the fishing area based on the GPS (Global Position System) in Manganitu waters while the aim is to map the fishing area based on the GPS Map580/585 mapping data, to achieve this goal the observation and active participation methods are used. Mapping results based on GPS operating data, obtained 22 geographic positions of the prison and their depths. Further research needs to be carried out to record all fihing buoy in Manganitu waters, because not all buoy have recorded their geographic position. In addition, it is necessary to conduct outreach to buoy owners, in the form of submitting information about the rules for placing buoy that must comply with applicable regulations, where the distance between prisoners must be more than 10 nautical miles.
