Most of the heavy equipment units use a hydraulic system, even including systems that are essential for working with a heavy equipment unit. The hydraulic system is a system that utilizes a liquid medium in the form of fluid or oil to generate pressure, which is used to implement, the power train system, the disconnection system, the steering system. The working principle of hydraulics is to utilize the pressure exerted on the tool (which is used for this actuator / cylinder / tube) so that the pressure pushes the piston which is connected to the rod. The hydraulic system in this study is an arm excavator. This simulator is like a hydraulic system in general which consists of a power unit, in this simulator the power unit used is a type of electric motor that is connected to a hydraulic pump. The control unit is in the form of a control valve. The drive unit is an actuator / cylinder / tube. This simulator has been disabled for a long time due to a malfunction. Then the authors performed a simple analysis and improvements to the excavator arm simulator. So the research that is done is to do the 8 step troubleshooting method on the simulator. This step aims to facilitate the repair process in the simulator.

In the process of construction work, operators need accuracy in the process of finishing land leveling works such as road highway building, land reclamation, large commercial, landfill installation, so as to increase productivity. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to manufacture and implement a ground leveling finishing tool using Arduino IDE software and Atmega 328 microcontroller on the Dozer D3K Caterpillar heavy equipment unit. The placement of a series of components from the Grade Monitoring Assist includes the ultrasonic sensor on the lift cylinder, gyro and accelerometer at the top center of the blade, as well as a display that displays the results of parameter readings. Connections between components in Grade Monitoring Assist are cables that integrate all installed components. The results of testing the movement of the blade up and down position to get an accuracy value of 97.30% and an error of 2.70%. While the movement of the blade down position has an accuracy value of 96.50% and an error of 2.50%. And Tests by moving the blade according to the implement movement angle at the maximum blade angle position (either side) with an average error value of 1.48o, cutting ditches (angle V) an average error value of 0.676o

This paper is concerned with the development of an embedded system for detecting the vehicle condition by monitoring the internal parameters used in evaluating the vehicle's current health condition. An in-vehicle embedded system is being developed in this project to generate a vehicle health report (VHR) whenever the user requires it. It predicts future errors, allowing the driver to travel without interruption and avoid accidents. As a result, it warns the driver of potential errors and assists him in driving safely. The data needed to generate the health report is made up of parameter values (outputs of in-built sensors) from various systems inside the vehicle. Our framework is based on the Arduino and IoT stages, which are used to separate various parameters, for example, motor warming and fuel pipe blockage, for safe and cautious driving. The data is sent to IoT, where it can be checked by both the vehicle manufacturer via distributed computing and the vehicle owner via the Android application. The equipment unit consists of an Arduino, a WI-FI module, a portable Androidbased device, and a unique parameter checking sensors module. The ESP8266 WiFi Module is a self-contained SOC with integrated TCP/IP protocol stack that can give any microcontroller access to your WiFi network, which is used in current generation automotive.

Training "PREPARATION OF SPENDING STANDARD ANALYSIS MODEL (ASB) IN WAROPENDISTRICT", which aims to know the fairness of financial budget and determine the model ofanalysis of spending standards that meet the fairness of education and training activities in theWaropen District Device Organization. The method used in this study is by approaching the costperformance of activities (ABC) and simple regression approach. While the data used is secondarydata, in the form of existing activities of local government in the current year (in the form of DraftBudget Work or Budget Implementation Document - Regional Work Equipment Unit) and alsosecondary data in the form of unit price standards.Proposed budgets that do not comply with the ASB will be analyzed or revised according to theestablished standards. The draft APBD is prepared based on the results of an assessment of theproposed budget of SKPD which is prepared based on ASB. For local governments, the Analysis ofSpending Standards is expected to hold effective and efficient budget management andaccountability of local governments that will later materialize good governance. Based on theexplanation above, it appears that the existence of a standard analysis of shopping is a must.Without the analysis of spending standards, the APBD proposed by each SKPD will tend not tocomply with the budget standards. As a result, the preparation of performance-based budgets thatare expected to be able to improve the performance, efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability oflocal governments.

The article deals with the methodology of modeling and factor analysis of a production equipment unit productivity. It is emphasized that the productivity is an important generalizing indicator, that reflects the efficiency of the production equipment use. The final results of any enterprise’s activity directly depend on its absolute value and growth rates. The change of this indicator is influenced by various factors, that characterize the availability, structure and use of the production equipment in terms of time and capacity. In this regard, the factor analysis of the given indicator, i.e. the study of the influence of any individual factors on its change, has a relevant importance. The article emphasizes that the mathematical modeling of this indicator is an important way of solving any economic and statistical tasks, in particular, of studying the influence of the most important factors on the change in the productivity of a production equipment unit. The calculation of the quantitative influence of the mentioned factors on the change in the productivity of a production equipment unit is proposed to be carried out on the basis of the chain substitutions method. In the process of modeling of the factor systems of this indicator it is proposed to implement a phased factor analysis of a production equipment unit productivity, i.e. to consistently decompose the value of this index into a number of its initial indicators, which depending on the goals and objectives of the enterprise, gives the possibility to calculate the influence of those factors, that are the most significant and relevant at the moment. The methodology of the analytical modeling and factor analysis of production equipment productivity, given in the article, allows to present this indicator in the form of some deterministic multiplicative models, to determine the influence of the most important factors on its change, to investigate the regularities of such an influence, to justify the appropriate management decisions regarding the further development of the enterprise.
