The Simalungun Protestant Christian Church (GKPS) is a Christian Church of the Simalungun region initiated by the zendelling (evangelist) of the Rheinische Missionsgesellschaft (RMG), a German gospel preaching body as part of its efforts to spread the gospel to the Simalungun Tribe. Since the 1900s RMG established churches in Simalungun as part of huria Kristen Batak Protestant (HKBP) using Toba as the language of instruction. This independence continued until the HKBP congregation in Simalungun bathed itself into one district until finally totally independent to become GKPS and provide services for the surrounding environment in various fields (not just religious services). Of the many Protestant Christian Churches in Indonesia, one of them is the Simalungun Protestant Christian Church (GKPS) Resort Mardinding. This church is a place of worship and gathering of Protestant Christians. This church has many people, but not all tribes are in it. There are currently 423 KK. The provision of information to the people is currently still manual and still uses the announcement affixed to the notice board and also through the announcement from the church administrator who was in charge at the time of the service, this announcement could not contain all the necessary information. Researchers took a case study from GKPS Mardinding so that information systems can be developed using technology that is developing today, namely using websites to store information faster and more accurately.

The project is an electronic notice board that is controlled by an android device and displays message on it. Traditionally, there were notice boards where any information or notice had to be stick daily. This becomes tedious and requires daily maintenance. The project overcomes this problem by introducing an electronic display notice board interfaced to an android device through Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth receives the message from the android device that is sent to an Arduino. Notice board is a primary thing in any institution/organization or public utility places like bus stations, railway stations and parks. But sticking various notices day-to-day is a difficult process. The Notice board is a common display for effective mode of providing information to the people, but this is not easy for updating the messages instantly. This project deals about an advanced Hi-Tech wireless Notice Board. This system is enhanced to display the latest information through an Android application of smart phones or tablet.

The facts of Le Roux v Dey (2011 (3) SA 274 (CC)) are so well-known that they have become public knowledge. In brief: The applicants were three pupils, Le Roux, Gildenhuys and Janse van Rensburg. Using his computer, Le Roux manipulated an image that showed the bodies of two naked men sitting close together on a couch and with their legs suggestively apart, while the leg of one crossed that of the other. Their hands were placed on the genital areas, but both hands and genitals were strategically covered using a school crest. Le Roux then electronically superimposed the facial images of the school principal and of Dey (the deputy principal) on the faces of the two naked men. Le Roux claimed that the idea to create the image came to him after watching an episode of an adult-cartoon series, South Park, on television. The image was created in about 5 minutes, and was not professionally done. Thereafter, the three learners – the applicants in the Constitutional Court – circulated the image among their peers using cellphones, and eventually placed an A4-size image on the school notice board. At the time Le Roux was about 15½ years old, while Gildenhuys and Janse van Rensburg were about 17 years old. All three learners were disciplined by the school authorities for their conduct and were criminally charged and sentenced to do community service. Gildenhuys and Janse van Rensburg also tendered an apology to the principal, whereas Dey, acting on legal advice, would not enter into any negotiations with the two applicants. Dey went on to institute legal proceedings against the three learners in the High Court, for defamation and injured feelings or iniuria. The High Court upheld both claims and awarded R45 000 in damages as a composite award. The learners, however, appealed to the SCA, which upheld, by the majority, the defamation claim, while regarding the finding of the High Court as “an impermissible accumulation of actions”. Nevertheless, the SCA upheld the amount awarded by the High Court against the learners. The present case then dealt with the application for appeal to the Constitutional Court brought by the three learners against this decision of the SCA, which found them liable for damages for publication of an allegeddefamatory image bearing Dey’s face. Six members of the Constitutional Court, as per Brand AJ, affirmed the finding of the SCA that the image was defamatory of Dey, whereas they were also amenable to the view that the image amounted to an injury to his feelings, even if it were not defamatory of him. Meanwhile, two members of the court, Froneman J and Cameron J, held that the image amounted to injury to Dey’s feelings, but were not defamatory of him. The other two members of the court, Yacoob J and Skweyiya J, held that the image was neither defamatory nor injurious to Dey’s feelings. According to Campbell, the Constitutional Court judgments give rise to a number of concerns that may become a subject for comments over time. This note highlights a few of the concerns evident from the dissenting minority judgment of Yacoob J, which was supported by Skweyiya J. Primarily, the note provides a critique of the main findings of this minority judgment with regard to both claims brought by Dey, namely the defamation claim and the claim based on iniuria or the impairment of his dignity. It particularly takes issue with the minority’s application of the wrongfulness test in their judgment. Furthermore, the note explores the role of minority and the principle of the paramountcy of the best interests of thechild, applying the principles of the actio iniuriarum.

For a long time notice board are a source of displaying important news and messages in educational facilities, hospitals, offices and public places etc. However, the drawback of these notice board was the manual effort was required to erase or take down the old messages in order to put up new ones. Therefore, new technologies where interested based on automatic systems to reduce the efforts and make notice board. We implement automatic e-notice board on wireless standard technology ln our project. We design the system using Arduino. Our e-notice board is totally voice operated. Voice based notice board based on android system is most helpful in various organisation. where emergency announcement can be displayed instantly just by speaking out the entire messages. Emergencies apart, this system has provided to be very user friendly. It also eliminates the option of printing out notice and saving tons of paper which initially used to display information. Another advantage is that messages are disclosed in a matter of seconds once typed without any delay in their transmission. As long as an appropriate networks coverage is maintained. Message can be sent to any area in the world. Morden times brings with modern digital advertisement system too. This means that sophisticated shopping centre and malls etc.

The welfare of the students and faculty plays a very significant role in any institution and in these changing times, students are more driven towards using a smartphone for every purpose. As we know that he world is at the fingertips of every users and now student can get access to any information from anywhere. So, an android application for student can be significantly helpful and this reduces the chance of visiting a library, websites and other places searching for the books, sample quizzes, study material, notices and any other information [5]. This project is an educational android application which is made for our college students and faculty members. In this project we have created two android applications i.e. CMRTC Admin and CMRTC android app. In CMRTC Admin app, only the authorized faculty members can access this admin app. The admin can modify the images, events, news, notices, quiz questions, study material and eBooks for students and can change the list of faculty members of different departments. Whereas the second app i.e. CMRTC app is only for students and other users and in this app they can get information about our college, Google maps location, notice board, gallery of the college, video lectures, study materials (eBooks, question papers, quizzes etc.) and students can download the study material, can share this app to their friends and for any feedback they can provide it in our college website. So, for the welfare of the college we have made this project.

AimsOur aim: To reduce the number of Level 1* violent incidents in Ward 4 by 30% by April 2020*Level 1 is defined as “Behaviour involving force, which causes or is intended to cause physical harm to others; but excludes assault on objects, threats or verbal abuse”Ward 4 is Belfast Health and Social Care Trust's only PICU, with a total of 6 beds. Our project took place on the background of a recent move to a new purpose-built inpatient unit, as well as a trust-wide initiative to address levels of violence across inpatient psychiatry services.MethodWe divided our project into 3 main areas:Patient factorsStaff factorsEnvironmental factorsWe identified and implemented a number of change ideas, using Plan-Do-Study- Act methodology, regularly meeting to review progress and plotting our data on a run chart.Key patient interventions included a “Mutual Respect” exercise and regular “Community Meetings”.Staff interventions included use of Safety Crosses, Daily Safety Briefings and the Broset Violence Checklist (BVC).Environmental factors were continually assessed and escalated as appropriate. We raised awareness of our project and gained feedback by creating a dedicated notice board, providing a staff information session and including it as an agenda item at ward meetings. Our project measures were identified as:Outcome: Number of level 1 violent incidents occurring per weekBalancing: Number of incidents in other categories; Patient satisfactionProcess: Staff safety rating; Engagement with interventionsResultUnfortunately, we were unable to meet our initial goal and there continued to be considerable variation in the number of weekly incidents. We believe this was attributable to several factors, including the level of acuity within the ward during the project timeframe. It was noted that a relatively small number of patients contributed to a large proportion of the total incidents. Our results, therefore, did not reflect the success of interventions with other patients on the ward.Despite this, we noted improvements in terms of patient and staff engagement with the project, including subjective reports of staff safety during shifts.ConclusionThe unpredictable and complex nature of the PICU setting cannot be under-estimated and this ultimately impacted on achieving our intended outcome. We do feel, however, that the project has had a positive impact and we hope we can build on this progress over the coming months.Further interventions are being explored, including personalised daily activity schedules and attempts to reduce levels of continuous observations.
