The development of computer, telecommunication and information technology has proceeded in such a way that is now has a very big difference from 10 years ago. Trade and industrial business have given rise to new transaction models due to advantages of technological advances. In today's digital age computers, telecommunications, and information are developing very rapidly, making the use of this technology encouraging proof of screenshots to be one of the evidence used in court. This study aims to determine the legal regulation of printed evidence (screenshots) in civil court proceedings, and to determine the strength of the printed evidence (screenshots) in proving civil cases. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach related to this research. The results show that the legal regulation of screenshot evidence can be seen in Law No. 19 of 2016 and Article 1866 of the Criminal Code which is usually used in civil case trials. Then, the strength of the screenshot evidence has the power of proof that is binding for the judge and the parties concerned. So, it can be concluded that screenshot evidence can be used in civil case cross-examination because it is in the same position as other evidence and can be used legally, and this screenshot evidence is binding both for judges and for other parties who wish to use it.

Data stalls are a major overhead in main-memory database engines due to the use of pointer-rich data structures. Lightweight coroutines ease the implementation of software prefetching to hide data stalls by overlapping computation and asynchronous data prefetching. Prior solutions, however, mainly focused on (1) individual components and operations and (2) intra-transaction batching that requires interface changes, breaking backward compatibility. It was not clear how they apply to a full database engine and how much end-to-end benefit they bring under various workloads. This paper presents CoroBase, a main-memory database engine that tackles these challenges with a new coroutine-to-transaction paradigm. Coroutine-to-transaction models transactions as coroutines and thus enables inter-transaction batching, avoiding application changes but retaining the benefits of prefetching. We show that on a 48-core server, CoroBase can perform close to 2x better for read-intensive workloads and remain competitive for workloads that inherently do not benefit from software prefetching.

Abstract. The phenomenon of buying and selling online through programs that place lower prices makes interest in buying these items, cheap prices outside the normal price make people interested in participating in the program from BukalapakSerbuSeru. There is an imbalance between what is issued with what is received, people just need to pay 1 Rupiah, they have the opportunity to get cars, motorcycles, cellphones and other types of goods, even there are invaders who have won the goods they choose but do not receive the goods. Then it is necessary to conduct research to discuss the muamalah principle analysis of this transaction. This study aims to determine the muamalah principle of online buying and selling transaction models in electronic media, online buying and selling transaction models in the Bukalapak Seru Exciting application, and analysis of the muamalah principle of the transaction models in the BukuapakSerbu Exciting application. This research is qualitative, with a descriptive analytical approach. This type of research is a field (field research) with data collection methods: observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study are: First, the muamalah principle of the online sale and purchase transaction model in electronic media has fulfilled the nine muamalah principles. Second, the Transactions on the BukalapakSerbuSeru application have an unbalanced price, the delivery of goods that are not in accordance with the provisions, and there are other costs whose value is greater than the price being promoted. Third, the muamalah principle analysis of the online trading transaction model in the BukuapakSerbuSeru application that has fulfilled the muamalah principle, namely: mubah, halal, maslahah, benefits, willingness, and written principles. But what does not meet the muamalah principle is: the principle of balance, trust and justice.Key words : Muamalah Principle, Buying and SellingOnline, Bukalapak Abstrak.

The article considers the issues of interaction between the authorities and society through mechanisms of socio-legal communications, which in turn are investigated from the perspective of compliance with legal ideals. A special role in this process is seen in the media, whose functions range from ensuring freedom of speech to "blind" implementation of the state information policy. However, the latest (transaction) models of communication are offered, which are able to neutralize the dictates of the authorities over the public sphere and, accordingly, over the development of civil society.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is increasingly a reality today. Nevertheless, some key challenges still need to be given particular attention so that IoT solutions further support the growing demand for connected devices and the services offered. Due to the potential relevance and sensitivity of services, IoT solutions should address the security and privacy concerns surrounding these devices and the data they collect, generate, and process. Recently, the Blockchain technology has gained much attention in IoT solutions. Its primary usage scenarios are in the financial domain, where Blockchain creates a promising applications world and can be leveraged to solve security and privacy issues. However, this emerging technology has a great potential in the most diverse technological areas and can significantly help achieve the Internet of Things view in different aspects, increasing the capacity of decentralization, facilitating interactions, enabling new transaction models, and allowing autonomous coordination of the devices. The paper goal is to provide the concepts about the structure and operation of Blockchain and, mainly, analyze how the use of this technology can be used to provide security and privacy in IoT. Finally, we present the stalker, which is a selfish miner variant that has the objective of preventing a node to publish its blocks on the main chain.

This article explores the stochastic capabilities offered by Markov theories combined with business transaction models, from the Enterprise Engineering field, to contribute to the decision-making body of knowledge. An agro-food case study shows the utility of this solution and the evaluation argues the management decisions value in situations where is not possible to fully observe the state of the reality, or to be fully aware about it. A full policy graph that forecasts the belief states from observations and enacted actions is delivered.

Abstract In the West, Buddhism as a “world rejecting” religion based on ascetic renunciation and non-economic spirituality is often invoked as a default narrative, and in many Buddhist cultures, immateriality is indeed promoted as a symbolic ideal of authenticity. Economy and materiality, however, are inherently part of Buddhism. This is notably the case in Japan, where monasteries, temples, and associations throughout history have been wealthy organizations. Contemporary temple Buddhism, however, faces economic threats from secularization, non-Buddhist ritual business, and new religious movements (nrms). This article analyzes the economy in and of contemporary Japanese Buddhism and systems of value transactions. The concept of “prosperity Buddhism” and religious capital is explored by comparing temple Buddhism with two new religious movements: Soka Gakkai and Happy Science. It is argued that the transaction models of these two groups are different from those of temple Buddhism by being differently adjusted to the market through teachings, practices, and organizational structures legitimating more openly this worldliness and materiality. It is also argued that especially Soka Gakkai has transformed its value-exchange model by converting ideals of economic transactions into other kinds of non-material forms of capital. Finally, it is suggested that a capital perspective on (Japanese) Buddhism reveals both structural differences within kinds of Buddhism, and that “Prosperity Buddhism” can be a useful analytical concept with which to illustrate one such type.
