A prática do Control+C Control+V em textos produzidos na universidade: como fica a produção do conhecimento?

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a prática do Control+c- Control+v na produção escrita de dois relatórios de aulas práticas da disciplina de Microbiologia por estudantes do segundo período do Curso de Engenharia Agronômica de uma instituição privada. A justificativa para o estudo é a necessidade de problematizar o plágio como prática a ser evitada, pois não contribui no processo de construção de conhecimentos sobre a escrita. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa e indiciária. Para a análise dos relatórios nos baseamos em autores como Lima e Amorim (2014), Fabiano (2014), Grigoletto (2013), Barzotto (2016), Possenti (2002), Fabiano (2014), dentre outros Os resultados apontam: que os relatórios produzidos apresentaram uma escrita que ora tentava omitir o plágio, com alterações mínimas, ora o evidenciava com cópias íntegras, sem referências; que as produções evidenciaram uma escrita onde o apagamento do autor (aluno) deu-se em todo o texto, demonstrando um sujeito que não se compromete com o próprio processo de construção de conhecimentos; que a cópia se volta contra o próprio profissional em formação, pois, ao não se posicionar frente ao saber, não se responsabilizando por aquilo que pronuncia, perdendo a oportunidade de desenvolver uma escrita que mobiliza, que considera a importância da negociação de sentidos, demonstrando uma percepção ingênua de que para tudo o que se tem a dizer existe de antemão uma expressão (palavra) pronta e disponível no contexto na internet.

SNI ISO/IEC 27001 dan Indeks KAMI: Manajemen Risiko PUSDATIN (PUPR)

Pusdatin of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is an institution that manages data and information to support management within the ministry of public works. This research was conducted to evaluate the maturity of agencies prior to conducting an external audit of ISO 27001: 2013 certification. The method used in this research is PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) using our index and ISO 27001, the technicality of this research starts from a check for analysis of current conditions, Act is carried out for assessment of the WE index, Plan compares our index results with ISO 27001, and Do control recommendations for improvement. The results of this evaluation show that PUSDATIN stopped at level I + in yellow area and overall PUSDATIN stated, "Needs improvement". In conclusion, Pusdatin is not ready for an external audit of ISO 27001: 2013 certification. The aforementioned results form the basis for the recommendations made from the findings of the WE index and compared with the ISO 27001 control. A Lei de Introdução às Normas do Direito Brasileiro e a ampliação dos parâmetros de controle dos atos administrativos discricionários: o direito na era do consequencialismo

<p>The “Introduction to Brazilian Law” Statute and the extension of parameters do control administrative discretion: the law in an age of consequentialism</p><p> </p><p>RESUMO</p><p>Este texto explora os horizontes do controle dos atos administrativos a partir dos novos dispositivos da Lei de Introdução às Normas do Direito Brasileiro (LINDB), aprovados em 2018. A metodologia utilizada é a revisão literária interdisciplinar, partindo de textos de filosofia consequencialista como ferramenta de compreensão do teor do art. 20 da norma. Demonstrase que a lei promove uma ampliação dos parâmetros de controle de legalidade, abandonando, em definitivo, a ideia de legalidade formal, para promover o controle de juridicidade. A LINDB passa a incluir o controle da avaliação apropriada de valores jurídicos abstratos por intermédio das consequências da decisão projetada, as quais devem compor, de modo expresso, a motivação da decisão, sob pena de nulidade. A existência e a veracidade das consequências avaliadas são sindicáveis pelos órgãos de controle, pelo Ministério Público e pelo Poder Judiciário.</p><p> </p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This paper explores the horizons of control of governmental acts, taking as starting point the new text of the “Introduction to Brazilian Law” Statute (LINDB, in Portuguese), passed in 2018. Methodologically, I build on materials regarding consequentialist philosophy to better understand the meaning of art. 20 of the legal text. I demonstrate that the new statute broadens the parameters of control, by definitely abandoning the idea of formal legality, to promote a substantive control of the acts, from a consequentialist approach. In this context, the LINDB includes commands to control the proper evaluation of abstract legal values and also of the consequences of the administrative decisions. The presence and truthfulness of this motives, as of any other motives, are verifiable by the authorities in charge of controlling public activities, by the Prosecution Office and by the Judiciary.</p>

Assessment of aeration control strategies for biofilm-based partial nitritation/anammox systems

The objective of this work was to compare the nitrogen removal in mainstream, biofilm-based partial nitritation anammox (PN/A) systems employing (1) constant setpoint dissolved oxygen (DO) control, (2) intermittent aeration, and (3) ammonia-based aeration control (ABAC). A detailed water resource recovery facility (WRRF) model was used to study the dynamic performance of these aeration control strategies with respect to treatment performance and energy consumption. The results show that constant setpoint DO control cannot meet typical regulatory limits for total ammonia nitrogen (NHx-N). Intermittent aeration shows improvement but requires optimisation of the aeration cycle. ABAC shows the best treatment performance with the advantages of continuous operation and over 20% lower average energy consumption as compared to intermittent aeration.

Quantifying the Benefit of a Dynamic Performance Assessment of WWTP

In this work a comprehensive analysis of the environmental impact of the operation of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) using different control strategies is carried out considering the dynamic evolution of some environmental indicators and average operation costs. The selected strategies are PI (proportional integral) control schemes such as dissolved oxygen control in the aerobic zone (DO control), DO control and nitrates control in the anoxic zone (DO + NO control) and regulation of ammonium control at the end of aerobic zone (Cascade SNHSP) commonly used in WWTPs to maintain the conditions that ensure the desired effluent quality in a variable influent scenario. The main novelty of the work is the integration of potential insights into environmental impact from the analysis of dynamic evolution of environmental indicators at different time scales. The consideration of annual, bimonthly and weekly temporal windows to evaluate performance indicators makes it possible to capture seasonal effects of influent disturbances and control actions on environmental costs of wastewater treatment that are unnoticed in the annual-based performance evaluation. Then, in the case of periodic events, it is possible to find solutions to improve operation by the adjustment of the control variables in specific periods of time along the operation horizon. The analysis of the annual average and dynamic profiles (weekly and bimonthly) of environmental indicators showed that ammonium-based control (Cascade SNHSP) produce the best compromise solution between environmental and operation costs compared with DO control and DO + NO control. An alternative control strategy, named SNHSP var Qcarb var, has been defined considering a sequence of changes on ammonium set-point (SNHSP) and carbon dosage (Qcarb) on different temporal windows. It is compared with DO control considering weekly and bimonthly profiles and annual average values leading to the conclusion that both strategies, Cascade SNHSP and SNHSP var Qcarb var, produce an improvement of dynamic and annual average environmental performance and operation costs, but benefits of Cascade SNHSP strategy are associated with reduction of electricity consumption and emissions to water, while SNHSP var Qcarb var strategy reduces electricity consumption, use of chemicals (reducing external carbon dosage) and operation costs.

PANORAMA DA GOVERNANÇA DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO (TI) NO INSTITUTO DE ESTUDOS AVANÇADOS (IEAv)

Este artigo descreve uma pesquisa realizada nos principais processos de uma Organização Militar (OM) do Comando da Aeronáutica. Baseado nos processos do Control Objectives for information and related Technology (COBIT 4.1) de governança de TI, elaborou-se uma metodologia que se consistiu em uma pesquisa de campo, com a aplicação de um questionário entre os gestores da divisão de TI dessa organização. A justificativa deste trabalho é atender às demandas do Comando da Aeronáutica no processo de reestruturaçãoda Força Aérea Brasileira, denominado Força Aérea 100, que determinou que todos os processos da OM sejam mapeados. Assim, foi possível identificar os processos mais relevantes para a OM em tela. Através da análise das respostas do questionário chegou-se àconclusão que o modelo COBIT 4.1 de governança é plenamente aplicável à realidade do Instituto.
