Aplikasi Point of Sale yang biasa disebut POS merupakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses transaksi penjualan seperti pada toko yang umumnya terjadi kegiatan jual beli. Toko Project Salfa yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan penyedia jasa saat ini masih menggunakan pencatatan manual di setiap transaksi sehingga menyulitkan pemilik ketika akan melakukan rekapitulasi terkait laporan penjualan maupun pemasukan. Penelitian ini membuat aplikasi POS berdasarkan kebutuhan dari pemilik toko dengan menggunakan model Waterfall sebagai perancangan dan pengembangan aplikasinya. Dari penerapan model Waterfall, dapat dihasilkan aplikasi yang memiliki fitur-fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemilik toko seperti dapat melakukan pendataan barang, member, seller, transaksi penjualan, pengeluaran serta laporan-laporan dari transaksi tersebut yang dicatat dalam bentuk kas di aplikasi POS. aplikasi dibuat berbasis web agar memudahkan pengembangan ke depannya dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) dan database berbasis jaringan seperti MySQL (My Structure Query Language).

Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the recent trends of invasive and noninvasive β-hemolytic Streptococcus cultures in the Veterans’ Affairs (VA) cohort from 2009 to 2018. Design: Retrospective cohort study from January 1, 2009, to January 1, 2019. Setting: Veterans’ Affairs medical centers. Patients or participants: All patients aged 18 years and older with cultures positive for β-hemolytic Streptococcus at a VA facility were included in the study. Intervention(s): Data were retrieved from the VA Corporate Data Warehouse using structure query language through the SQL Server Management Studio software. Results: Between 2009 and 2018, there were 40,625 patients with cultures with β-hemolytic Streptococcus. The median age was 64 years (interquartile range [IQR], 55–71) and the median Charlson comorbidity index was 4 (IQR, 2–7). Distributions for each type of β-hemolytic Streptococcus based on site of culture are provided. The 30-day all-cause mortality rate from all invasive β-hemolytic Streptococcus cases was 2.3%, and the 90-day all-cause mortality rate was 4.4%. The 30- and 90-day all-cause mortality rates for Streptococcus cases were higher for group A (3.9% and 6.1% respectively) and for groups C and G combined (3.2% and 6.1%, respectively) than for group B (2.0% and 4.0%, respectively). Conclusions: Trends of cultures for invasive and noninvasive β-hemolytic Streptococcus suggest an association with disease and mortality. The burden associated with β-hemolytic Streptococcus infections should not be underestimated.

PT Sinar Raflesia Selatan merupakan perusahaan bahan kimia yang masih menggunakan sistem human resource secara konvensional dalam menangani data karyawan, absensi, izin dan cuti, sehingga HRD PT Sinar Raflesia Selatan memerlukan waktu yang cukup banyak dalam menangani masalah yang berhubungan dengan data-data tersebut. Kondisi proses sistem yang sedang berjalan hingga saat ini, jika HRD PT Sinar Raflesia Selatan kurang teliti dan kurang giat dalam menangani yang berhubungan dengan data-data tersebut maka data-data yang dikelola tidak akan cepat selesai dalam jangka waktu yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi human resource berbasis web yang meliputi penyajian informasi data karyawan, absensi karyawan, ijin karyawan dan cuti karyawan dengan menggunkan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall yang meliputi analisa sistem dengan menggunakan cross functional diagram dan  fishbone diagram, perancangan sistem  dengan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML), pengembangan dan pemrograman sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan basis data Structure Query Language (SQL) serta pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola data karyawan, absensi, izin dan cuti.

Human response to wildlife management is widespread, encompassing both human–wildlife conflicts and wildlife conservation, in different places and at different times. As people become increasingly aware of the importance of wildlife to biological and environmental sustainability, newspapers can be important sources of information, especially in developing countries, such as Iran. Three major Iranian daily newspapers were analysed for news items related to wildlife. Over the 7-year study period, 434 articles presented environmental news, of which 61 items referred to wildlife. Each wildlife item was recorded in terms of message, contributor, spatiality, and allocated space. Structure query language (SQL) was used to analyse relationships between the 915 fields/entries. Wildlife items were characterised by public awareness (51%), columnist contributions (46%), and local spatiality (43%). Most items (82%) were allocated space of less than half a page. Of the categorised topics, those of combined endangered land (30%) and marine (5%) species exceeded items on global conservation (24%). Results highlighted the minimal number and small space devoted to wildlife news items and their concentrations (67%) in one of the three sampled newspapers. Although nature has historically been important in Iranian culture, current attitudes to wildlife, as reflected in newspaper coverage, do not seem to mirror these traditional perspectives. Given the widespread distribution of newspapers and their roles (i.e., as sources of information and opinion influencers), global wildlife conservation issues would benefit from much greater coverage in the daily press.

Extraction of knowledge data from knowledge database using natural language query is a difficult task. Different types of natural language processing (NLP) techniques have been developed to handle this knowledge data extraction task. This paper proposes an automated query-response model termed Extended Automated Knowledge Provider System (EAKPS) that can manage various types of natural language queries from user. The EAKPS uses combination based technique and it can handle assertive, interrogative, imperative, compound and complex type query sentences. The algorithm of EAKPS generates structure query language (SQL) for each natural language query to extract knowledge data from the knowledge database resident within the EAKPS. Extraction of noun or noun phrases is another issue in natural language query processing. Most of the times, determiner, preposition and conjunction are prefixed to a noun or noun phrase and it is difficult to identify the noun/noun phrase with prefix during query processing. The proposed system is able to identify these prefixes and extract exact noun or noun phrases from natural language queries without any manual intervention.

Water is a valuable resource for which demand often exceeds supply in dry climates. Managing limited water resources becomes increasingly difficult in circumstances of recurring drought, rising populations, rapid urbanisation, industrial development, and financial constraints, such as occur in Iran. Newspapers both report on and influence people’s understanding of water-related issues. An analysis was undertaken of two major Iranian daily newspapers over a 7-year period. Structure Query Language (SQL) was employed to identify relationships among a total of 1275 records/fields which were extracted from 84 water-related news items. They were analysed for message, contributor, spatiality and allocated space. Of the water-related items, wetlands comprised 33% (class), public awareness 54% (message), local level 56% (spatiality), and authorities 53% (contributor). Space allocation on each page was mostly <40% (94% of items). Four examples were highlighted of ambitious engineering projects adopted in response to water distribution issues. It is concluded that the general lack of educating messages about water use efficiency in rural areas and water consumption in cities does not assist in developing positive water-saving local behaviours. Newspapers could be a useful tool in a broader strategy for addressing and managing the demand side of the water crisis in Iran.

<p><em>Rumah sakit wulan windi merupakan satu dari sekian Rumah sakit umum milik organisasi sosial Kota medan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Rumah sakit umum wulan windy adalah sulitnya orang tua dan juga pihak rumah sakit dalam mengetahui perkembangan balita dan pemberian makanan sehat untuk penunjang pertumbuhan-pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun kurang teratur. Permaslaahan ini dapat dipermudah dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dan metode pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Salah satunya metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan adalah metode MOORA. Secara garis besar metode MOORA adalah metode yang memiliki perhitungan dengan kalkulasi yang minimum dan sangat sederhana. Metode ini memiliki tingkat selektifitas yang baik dalam menentukan suatu alternatif, semakin besar nilai yang dihasilkan, maka semkin utama pula untuk kembang balita yang terbaik. </em><em>Perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan model UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berbasis dekstop</em><em> untuk sistem pendukung keputusan tumbuh kembang balita yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman disisi server PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), pada basisdata menggunakan bahasa MySQL (My Structure Query Language)</em><em>.</em><em></em></p>

Database is a collection of data that forming an information that useful for managers in an organization to facilitate data management process to become more effective and safely guarantee. A good database has fast and accurate response time performance in data execution processing. To manage the database, it requires a special language or query known as Structure Query Language (SQL). Increase need for fast information, will need a proper SQL as well. Therefore, through this research, a test analysis will be used to optimize the query response time in database management system commonly used today, namely the My Structured Query Language (MySQL) using PHP version of 7.2.27 relational database which will be tested on the Oebufu Village Aspiration and Information Service System (SELMA) that acessed from localhost panels with a total of 1000 test data records. The test is devoted to the effectiveness of using SELECT queries in calling and displaying data through restructuring the use of clauses. This study aims to help improve data management by providing the results of the comparative analysis of response times between the general query model and the optimized query results in order to determine the correct and efficient query structure. The result is proven by doing query optimization, it is found that the presentation of time optimization is significant, which is 78% much faster than the initial query, through this test it can be concluded that optimization plays an important role in streamlining the response time of database queries.

Information retrieval system is a system that is widely used to retrieve information. This research will discuss how the system finds back the information stored in database tables. Tables in the database are arranged to store all forms of data entered by database users so that later the stored data can be used again. Re-accessing the database's information must go through a mechanism known as a database management system (DBMS). One of the most widely used DBMS is MySQL. By using a DBMS, information and data can be manipulated according to user needs. Data manipulation in the database is done in a special language, namely SQL (Structure Query Language). Mastery of SQL commands is an obligation for database users so that the manipulated data can produce the required information. However, many database users still do not understand how the actual SQL command syntax manages and manipulates data into information. This is, of course, very risky if the solution is not immediately sought because it will hinder the process of retrieving information from the data stored in the database. For this problem to be resolved, it is necessary to design a system that can help database users translate their wishes into SQL command syntax. This paper will discuss how a command in Indonesian can be translated into SQL command syntax. The method used to solve this research problem is rule-based. There are two stages in the main process: the pre-processing stage, which consists of a word tokenization process, and a translation stage, including a keyword grouping process. This keyword grouping process consists of the keyword group analysis phase, table and column analysis, identification of SQL commands, and mapping of SQL commands. From all stages that have been passed and testing of 7 scenarios with ten (10) commands for each scenario, the accuracy is 81.42%. The inaccuracy in the testing process is more a problem of displaying data from two or more tables, for example, using the join table command. This problem can be addressed by adding new rules for the use of table joins.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyediakan layanan dalam  bentuk aplikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan Database Manipulation Language (DML) yang  diterapkan dalam bentuk cloud computing . Sebanyak tiga buah computer dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan layanan pemrosesan dan penyimpanan database tanpa menggunakan perintah yang ada pada Structure Query Language (SQL) dan satu buah computer digunakan sebagai server yang melayani pengguna untuk melakukan kegiatan DML tanpa menggunakan perintah SQL .  Dengan menggunakan teknologi cloud  pengelolaan database berbasis SQL yang biasanya menggunakan perintah berbasis command line dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang lebih mudah. Layanan yang diberikan oleh cloud untuk mengelola database berbasis SQL khususnya fungsi DML. Hasil dari implementasi layanan pada jaringan internet, Wireless lan, dan LAN dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan kasus pengujian fungsi pada ketiga media jaringan tersebut. Dengan demikian para pengguna yang sama sekali tidak mengerti bahasa SQL dapat menggunakan layanan ini dengan mudah untuk mengolah database SQL secara mandiri.
