Abstract. Recent advancements in 3D city modelling and emerging trends in implementing and realising Digital Twins motivate the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM) to develop and implement SmartKADASTER (SKiP) Phase 2. SmartKADASTER Phase I was a precursor to this system, and it primarily focused on applying two-dimensional (2D) spatial data for 3D spatial analysis. CityGML was used as the data model for various Levels of Detail (LoD) in this new initiative to represent city models across the Greater Kuala Lumpur region. SmartKADASTER however, lacks strata information. Therefore, to integrate strata information into the SKiP citymodel environment, an Application Domain Extension (ADE) for CityGML has been developed to convert existing Strata XML to StrataGML, a CityGML-compliant data output format. This paper describes the purpose of the SmartKADASTER initiative in Section 1. Section 2 explains additional context for the initiative as well as some backgrounds. Section 3 discusses the conversion workflow and ADE definitions, followed by a brief discussion of visualisation in Section 4 and a project summary in Section 5.

Abstract. With the increase of applications using 3D models as base for visualization or simulation the requirements for having valid models rises. While there are many programs that validate models there is no standard for storing the results. The simulation programs also may implement their own validation checking to verify if a model can be simulated which may be error prone or not extensive enough for their purpose. This paper provides an extension for the CityGML format to store the validation result. With the available validation information software using the extension can improve their process of working with models containing errors. CityGML model manufacturers may also improve their creation process of the model as well as deliver them validated.

The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has not shown a significant decline. In terms of community services in rural areas, the central government also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Weskust Village is one of the villages located in Kepahiang District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. The constraints experienced by the Weskust village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Weskust can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.

Much work in Distributed Morphology ( Embick 2010 , 2015 , Bobaljik 2012 , Harley, Tubino, and Haugen 2017 , Bobaljik and Harley to appear ) holds that morphosyntactically conditioned contextual allomorphy, including suppletion, can only work in a very local fashion: two morphemes must be linearly or structurally adjacent for one to determine the morphological exponence of the other. Recently, however, the existence of nonlocal patterns has come into focus, with growing evidence that nonlocal allomorphy is an attested empirical option. 1 In this squib, I discuss the allomorphy of verb stems in the Nakh-Daghestanian language Aqusha Dargwa and argue that the choice between allomorphs in morphological causatives in that language is determined nonlocally by tense-aspect-mood (TAM), proposing that Vocabulary Insertion (VI) can be exempt from locality requirements under certain conditions.
