The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has not shown a significant decline. In terms of community services in rural areas, the central government also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Weskust Village is one of the villages located in Kepahiang District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. The constraints experienced by the Weskust village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Weskust can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>Information technology is one of the tools in various fields, including in the field of Islamic da'wah. Islamic da'wah with information technology in the form of live streaming recitation to youtube (online da'wah) is viral now. This online da'wah was the wish of Takmir and the congregation of Masjid Jami' Manarul Huda. Setting up the internet network with Mikrotik and making channels on youtube at the Masjid Jami' Manarul Huda was community empowerment, namely the application of science and technology to the community at the Masjid Jami' Manarul Huda. This program was a form of community service from STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) Malang. This community service aims to apply the knowledge that was on campus to the wider community, especially the </em><em>Masjid </em><em>Jami 'Manarul Huda so that they can carry out wider preaching and serve the congregation. The installation of the Telkom Indihome network was carried out at the end of December 2018 and also proxy settings and the creation of a youtube channel, namely "manarul_huda official" completed in early January 2019. After the internet network and hotspot were built, congregations could use free internet access at the mosque and from routine religious studies could do live streaming or upload videos about da'wah activities at the mosque so that it can be accessed by fellow Muslims even though they don't come to the mosque. Hopefully, this program can provide benefits for the congregation and Takmir of Masjid Jami 'Manarul Huda Malang City.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu alat bantu dalam berbagai bidang tidak terkecuali dalam bidang dakwah Islam. Dakwah Islam dengan teknologi informasi yang berupa pengajian live streaming ke youtube (dakwah online) sekarang ini lagi viral. Dakwah online ini merupakan keinginan dari takmir dan jama’ah Masjid Jami’ Manarul Huda. Setting jaringan internet dengan mikrotik dan pembuatan channel di youtube di Masjid Jami’ Manarul Huda ini merupakan pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu program penerapan iptek pada masyarakat di Masjid Jami’ Manarul Huda. Program ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat dari STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) Malang. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan keilmuan yang ada pada kampus ke masyarkat luas kususnya Masjid Jami’ Manarul Huda, supaya bisa melakukan dakwahnya lebih luas lagi dan melayani jama’ah. Pemasangan jaringan Telkom Indihome dilakukan pada akhir Desember 2018 dan juga settting mikrotik serta pembuatan channel youtube yaitu “manarul_huda official” selesai awal Januari 2019. Setelah terbangun jaringan internet dan hotspotnya, maka jamaah bisa menggunakan akses internet gratis di masjid dan dari kajian rutin keagamaan bisa melakukan live streaming atau upload video tentang aktifitas dakwah dimasjid supaya bisa diakses oleh sesama muslim walaupun tidak datang ke masjid. Mudah-mudahan program ini bisa memberikan manfaat bagi jama’ah dan takmir Masjid Jami’ Manarul Huda Kota malang.</p><p> </p>

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has become one of the influential instruments for poverty alleviation. The argument is based on the fact that currently technology has played an important role in relation to the lives of many people. There are several projects conducted by the government in Indonesia utilising ICT to reduce poverty rate, such as establishing telecenter in some remote areas. This paper aims to identify the extent and the impact of the ICT convergence process that is carried out as an effort to improve the welfare of the community, specifically at Gubugklakah village, Malang Regency. The village is chosen as the locus of the research because the area, which is relatively far from the city center, received telecentre procurement assistance by the central government. By using descriptive qualitative methods, this study finds that ICT has not been converged to the maximum and the impact is less than optimal. Internet connection is only limited to middle and upper economic groups. The use of the world-wide-web at the village has also experienced ups and downs. For example, there is an improvement in the utilisation of techonolgy in education, tourism and government sectors which impact on a more effective work culture. People also usually surf the internet to search and watch educational, entertainment or trading content. However, the connection has a slow network connection which is problematic when many people use it. Furthermore, there is a need for educating people as well as incremental approach so that the internet can be in line with local culture.Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi salah satu instrumen yang berpengaruh dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Argumen tersebut didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa saat ini teknologi telah memainkan peran penting dalam kaitannya dengan kehidupan banyak orang. Ada beberapa proyek yang dilakukan pemerintah di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan TIK untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, seperti membangun telecenter di beberapa daerah terpencil. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dan dampak dari proses konvergensi TIK yang dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Gubugklakah Kabupaten Malang. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokus penelitian karena wilayah yang relatif jauh dari pusat kota mendapat bantuan pengadaan telecentre oleh pemerintah pusat. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa TIK belum terkonvergensi secara maksimal dan dampaknya kurang optimal. Koneksi internet hanya terbatas pada kelompok ekonomi menengah ke atas. Penggunaan world wide web di desa juga mengalami pasang surut. Misalnya, peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, pariwisata dan pemerintahan yang berdampak pada budaya kerja yang lebih efektif. Orang juga biasanya menjelajahi internet untuk mencari dan menonton konten pendidikan, hiburan, atau perdagangan. Namun, koneksi tersebut memiliki koneksi jaringan yang lambat yang menjadi masalah ketika banyak orang yang menggunakannya. Selain itu, perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat serta pendekatan incremental agar internet dapat sejalan dengan budaya lokal.

The development of popular culture, particularly, in the development of information technology such as as television, mobile phones, and the Internet, have an impact on the creation of a new reality called hyper-reality. Media, in this case, is able to reconstruct a new reality through the sophisticated technology. The construction of this medium also penetrates the religious area. This can be seen in the figure of Abdullah Gymnastiar (Aa Gym). Through the medium of information, Aa Gym is not only seen as a religious teacher who offers a depth of spirituality but also as a celebrity through the image formed. This paper aims to identify and describe the phenomenon of celebrity cleric/ ustadz Abdullah Gymnastiar in popular culture, using hyper-semiotics approach of Yasraf Amir Piliang. This paper attempts to explain the new reality of diversity of Abdullah Gymnastiar. Through the hyper-semiotics approach, religious hyper-reality form can be described scientifically.

Abstract: Information technology era requires speed and processing to obtain information. Users are required to quickly obtain and process information as needed. The use of the internet covers many fields of education but the use of the internet also covers the scope of business and transactions. Development of internet technology is widely used in business and sales transactions. Because the internet can create new entrepreneurs. Internet-based social media is an application service that is widely used as a means for the purpose of publishing a service or product. In the implementation of the service, the pre-test method was used which was given to the mothers of the village of RT 03 RW 01 by giving a questionnaire to measure their understanding of social media. Furthermore, given the delivery of material on understanding social media and the internet. The next method is carried out in practice to implement it. This will provide benefits in understanding social media and the internet for business ventures, both businesses that are established individually or in groups. Because social media can be used as a promotional media, see market developments, provide experiences for consumers and serve as social media for competitors. The results obtained from this service, the community / village mothers have business facilities, namely using the social media Facebook. Penggunaan internet mencangkup banyak bidang pendidikan tetapi penggunaan internet juga mencangkup lingkup bidang usaha dan transaksi.Perkembagan teknologi internet banyak digunakan dalam bidang usaha dan transaksi penjualan. Kerena internet bisa menciptakan para enterpreneur yang baru. Internet berbasis media sosial merupakan suatu layanan aplikasi yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk tujuan mempublikasikan suatu jasa atau produk. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian digunakan metode pra test yang diberikan kepada ibu-ibu tiban kampung RT 03 RW 01 dengan memberikan koesioner untuk mengukur pemahaman tentang media social. Selanjutnya diberikan penyampaian materi tentang pemahaman media social dan internet. Metode selanjutnya di lakukan pelaksaan prakterk untuk mengimplemantasikannya.  Hal ini akan memberikan pemanfaatand dalam pemahaman media social dan internet  untuk usaha bisnis, baik usaha yang didirikan secara individual maupun kelompok. Karena media sosial dapat dijadikan suatu media promosi, melihat perkembangan pasar, memberikan pengalaman bagi konsumen dan sebagai media sosial kompetitor. Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini, masyarakat/ibu-ibu tiban kampung mempunyai sarana usaha yaitu menggunakan media sosial facebook. The development of information and communication technology is increasing in accordance with the changing times and needs of today's society, so that almost any activity or work is already subject and applying information technology and communication. The development of information technology and impact to the world of education, so that the public interest to major in computer informatics include Computer Network, Audio Visual, Graphic Design, Information Technology, etc. continue to increase both the level of high school or college level. Many enthusiasts of computer majors resulted in strong competition for the graduates to get jobs, so it needs no efforts to improve the skills and graduate students majoring in computer that does not merely want to find a job but was able to create job. STMIK Kaputama continue to perform activities of teaching, research and community service, see the strong competition of graduates and the needs of society Binjai and surrounding areas, lecturer STMIK Kaputama feel compelled to carry out community service to improve the skills of students SMKTunasPelita and AbdiNegara in the form of training computer assembly, installation of operating systems and installation of local networks and the internet to build a network of internet cafes, offices and internet village in increasing independence. With their training computer assembly, installation of operating systems and theinstallation of local networks and the Internet, it is expected students SMKTunasPelita and SMKAbdiNegara can further enhance the skills and entrepreneurial spirit so that they are capable of self employed at the same time create jobs specifically to be able to receive computer repair and network cafe, internet network of offices and internet networks into the village. In addition to their entrepreneurial spirit, especially rural society also helped that the acceleration of information and communication can be further increased.

Abstract: Community Service Activity is conducted in the form of training in the utilization of information technology in data processing that aims to provide knowledge and skills for the village apparatus in Buntu Pane subdistrict in data processing that is computerized as one way in making an institution decision.The target in this activity is the village apparatus in Buntu Pane sub-district which is approximately 25 people. Training in data processing is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with a question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of SPSS software as one of the media in data processing. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is stages of recognizing the existing tools in the software SPSS and know each function, while the method of practice to practice data processing based on information technology by processing a certain data. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki agar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane dalam pengolahan data  yang bersifat komputerisasi sebagai salah satu cara dalam pengambilan keputusan sebuah instansi.Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM  ini adalah para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane yang berjumlah lebih kurang 25 orang. Pelatihan dalam pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software SPSS sebagai salah satu media dalam pengolahan data. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software SPSS dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan pengolahan data berbasis teknologi informasi dengan mengolah sebuah data tertentu. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir  dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk masa yang akan datang.Kata kunci: Pengolahan data, Software SPSS, komputer,  teknologi informasi

The development of this age in the world is characterized by information technology. For a long time, humans can not be separated from technology. The development of Internet information technology effected the creation of the internet. The Internet sends people to communicate and search for information about anyone. How to find existing information is to open websites that exist on the internet. Website is a system where information in the form of text, images, sound, and others are presented in hypertext form. One of the websites that contain information is Versaillus. Versaillus is a website that contains information about a game called Mobile Legends and the manifold of Versaillus is a wiki’s site, but the website is not crowded by people. Therefore, the author will researching the site versaillus by using PIECES method. The results of this study can change the site versaillus to be better and better from PIECES method.

The role that the Internet has played in redefining the activities of public sector organizations is well-documented. What has yet to be fully explored, however, are recent collaborations among community-oriented entities (local government agencies, public libraries, and non-profit organizations) to provide enhanced services through innovative uses of information technology. These collaborative community services are enhanced by information technology, but also framed within the context of the organizations supporting the services. Using data from the 2011-2012 Public Library Funding and Technology Access Survey (PLFTAS), and drawing upon ongoing research into e-government partnerships between libraries, government agencies, and community organizations as well as community-based civic engagement initiatives, this paper will frame this issue within the contexts of local e-government in the United States; the relationship between public libraries, e-government, and the Internet; and innovative partnerships between public libraries, local government, and nonprofit entities. The article discusses both best practices and common challenges among these partnerships as a guide to future projects.
