The article deals with the data on the influence of probiotic preparation BPS-44 and 2% yeast Saccharomyces cerеvisiae on the histostructure of tissues of the cloacal sac (bursa of Fabricius) of broiler chickens. The conducted histological researches have shown that in chickens of the control group at the end of the experiment in the cloacal sac were revealed intraepithelial microcystic cavities, but in the medullary substance of the lymph nodes, necrotic changes are recorded and glandular structures are formed, indicating an insufficient level of lymphopoiesis. The use of these probiotic preparations to broilers from the experimental groups during the period of their growth in the ration caused a normalizing effect on the morphostructure of the cloacal sac and, in particular, on the action of 2% yeast Saccharomyces cerеvisiae. It is evidenced by the absence of the formation of microscystic cavities in the epithelial layer of the cloacal sac (signs of slowing down the processes of age involution). In this case, the lymph nodes are numerical, the division into cortical and medullar substance is clear, they were densely populated with lymphoid elements, indicating the possibility of forming an adequate immune response in the poultry of this group.

The histological study results of the thymus structure of Pekin ducks during administration of DAFS-25k feed additive are presented. It has been established that the thymus is  a  morphologically mature and actively functioning organ in  one-day-old Pekin ducklings. With age an  increase in the size of thymus lobules was observed in ducklings in the control and experimental groups but under the influence of selenium the cortical area increased more intensively. 45-day-old ducklings in the experimental group demonstrated a reliable increase in the ventricular-brain ratio mainly due to the expansion of the cortical area. The surface of the cortical substance did not change in intact ducklings, the tendency of extension in the surface of the brain substance was observed, which at that age is a sign of an accidental involution associated with the onset of a plumage change from juvenile down to primary feathers. Under the influence of selenium in the thymus of the ducklings of the experimental group the processes of accidental involution are leveled, the processes of synthesis of thymopoietins and proliferation of thymocytes are more active. Up to age of 75 days there is active proliferation of thymocytes in the thymus of ducklings of both groups; however reliably higher parameters of ventricularbrain ratio under the influence of selenium were observed in the experimental group, there was a clear boundary between them, as well as significantly higher quantity and size parameters of Hassal’s corpuscles were noted. From the age of 90 days signs of age involution in the organ were observed, and in the experimental group these processes were going more physiologically in accordance with the age of the birds. Introduction of the organic and selenium additive DAFS-25k in the diet of ducklings at a dose of 1.3 mg/kg of feed promoted the increase of the functional activity of the thymus that leveled the development of accidental involution and optimization of age involution.

Neurological nature of major cardiac diseases is attributed to elevated social tension. The established phenomena of early age involution of the sympathetic part of the vegetative nervous system due to Cannon's law make it possible to study the mechanism of sudden cardiac death and to search for diagnostic methods for its prevention. One of such methods is time-frequency spectral analysis of the heart rate variability at the early phases of orthostatic tests. The radionuclide diagnostic method has revealed new data on correlation between blood capillaries and sympathetic nervous plexus under myocardial infarction.

In the article are given results concerning main morphometric characteristics of immunogenesis organs in “Pharaon” breed of quails of industrial raising during different periods of postnatal ontogenesis. It is established that highest numeric values of relative mass index and thymus, Fabricius bursa, spleen of quail species «Pharaoh» in 5 days age. It was found that the vast mass of the thymus quail increased to 33 days of life, Fabricius bursa – up to 53 days of life and spleen – up to 240 days of life. It was established that with the egg (53 and 75 day life) and 240–day old quail in the relative weight and thymus index decreased five times (p < 0,01 – 0,001) seminary Fabricius bursa – three times (p < 0,05 – 0,01). It was investigated that the relative reduction of mass and spleen index in three quails from 20 to 240 days of life. The data indicate a change of immunological reactivity quail in different age periods, especially in the productive oviparous period and the beginning age involution of the thymus, Fabricius bursa. The possible reduction of the seminary index below 1.0 in quails from 75 to 240 days of life may indicate suppression of B–immunity, that reduce the formation of B – lymphocytes. The reduction of the relative weight and spleen index quail tripled from 20 to 240 days of life on the background of declining same period of the thymus and Fabricius bursa may indicate a compensatory reduction of the organism poultry.

Research objective: to study a table salt (PS) role in arterial hypertension (AH) increase with age.Material and methods. Examined 583 patients essential hypertension 1-2-th degree aged 25 to 59 years and 350 practically healthy persons - monitoring group. They investigated the threshold taste sensitivity to the PS (TTSPS) was determined daily urinary excretion of sodium ions with urine with the subsequent recalculation on the programme of the substation, which was received by the person with food in grams on the eve of research.Results. It appeared that in increase of AG accruing with age plays an undoubted role increase in consumption of PS. Thus the increase in consumption of PS is carried out involuntarily and is connected with decrease in sensitivity of the flavoring analyzer to Na. It, in turn, can be caused both age involution of the flavoring analyzer, and decrease in its sensitivity in connection with big consumption of PS.Conclusion. With age at sick AG of action for restriction of consumption of PS have to amplify only. It is possible to believe that at advanced and senile age in treatment of sick AG diuretics start playing rather big role.
