Eruptive pseudoangiomatosis is a cutaneous disease of unknown origin, characterized by the sudden appearance of small, asymptomatic angioma-like erythematous papules surrounded by a pale halo that resolves spontaneously. It occurs due to transitory dermal blood vessel dilation and has been associated with viral infections and hematologic disorders. To this day, it remains a disease that affects mostly the lower spectrum of life. Most of the cases have been reported in children and few reports have described its association with immune system disorders. The diagnosis is based upon clinical presentation. Histopathological analysis has no pathognomonic findings and can include dilated dermal blood vessels, perivascular lymphocytic infiltration and plump endothelial cells. We report a 21-years-old female diagnosed with HIV in AIDS stage and a 19- years-old male diagnosed with non- Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

The proliferation of the Internet of Things (IoT) caused new application needs to emerge as rapid response ability is missing in the current IoT end-devices. Therefore, Fog Computing has been proposed to be an edge component for the IoT networks as a remedy to this problem. In recent times, cyber-attacks are on the rise, especially towards infrastructure-less networks, such as IoT. Many botnet attack variants (Mirai, Torii, etc.) have shown that the tiny microdevices at the lower spectrum of the network are becoming a valued participant of a botnet, for further executing more sophisticated attacks against infrastructural networks. As such, the fog devices also need to be secured against cyber-attacks, not only software-wise, but also from hardware alterations and manipulations. Hence, this article first highlights the importance and benefits of fog computing for IoT networks, then investigates the means of providing hardware security to these devices with an enriched literature review, including but not limited to Hardware Security Module, Physically Unclonable Function, System on a Chip, and Tamper Resistant Memory.

Livelihood is in vouge as a concept, approach, method, practive perspective or as a framework for analysis. The intention of this paper is not to delve into the intricacies and simplify the web of shock managements in terms of the five capitals, as in literatures. Instead the attempt here is to crossexamine as to identify within which category or spectrum of income-consumption function the households lies. Further, it is also to underline certain broad outlines that have emerged and are indicative of protfolio of livelihood alternatives in incomeconsumption shock managements. The study is indicative of the factum that households are at the lower spectrum of the income-consumption pyramid. Being at the lower stratum of the hierarchy, the stressed households are vulnerable to income-consumption shocks. Nonetheless, household either by their own learning or because of intervention and awareness have diversified their livelihoods into a portfolio of activities. Keeping in mind the welfare nature of dispensation and that the majority of the households being BPL (Below Poverty Line) a designed positive intervention is a must.

In this paper, we discuss the lower type dimensions for some Moran sets. On one hand, for Moran set [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text], we prove that [Formula: see text], where the supremum is taken over all quasi-Lipschitz mappings [Formula: see text]. On the other hand, we obtain the lower spectrum formula for homogeneous Moran sets. In the proof a lower spectrum formula for a large class of fractal sets is established.

The lower part of the spectrum of the Helmholtz equation for a heterogeneous system in a finite region in $d$ dimensions, where the solutions to the corresponding homogeneous system are known, can be systematically approximated by means of iterative methods. These methods only require the specification of an arbitrary ansatz and converge to the desired solution, regardless of the strength of the inhomogeneities, provided the ansatz has a finite overlap with it. In this paper, different boundary conditions at the borders of the domain are assumed, and some applications are used to illustrate the methods.

BACKGROUND: Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease of the pancreas due to enzymatic autodigestion which can cause necrosis or multiple organ failure; its pathophysiology is not fully known yet. AIM: To evaluate the correlation between clinical and therapeutic data in patients with mild acute pancreatitis. METHODS: A retrospective study in 55 medical records of patients admitted with acute mild pancreatitis was realized to analyze the association between age, leukocytosis, serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase and lactate dehydrogenase, glucose, antibiotics, time admission and Ranson´s scores. RESULTS: There was a positive association between less intensive care (strict hydration, analgesia and monitoring of vital signs), early antibiotic therapy (monotherapy), early return to diet after 48 hours and laboratory control of the serum amylase and lipase (high in the first week and decreasing after 10 days, without any prognostic value). CONCLUSIONS: Changes in the management of patients with mild acute pancreatitis, such as enteral nutrition, rational use of lower spectrum antibiotics and intensive care, have contributed significantly to the reduction of hospitalization time and mortality.

In this paper, we apply minimum variance method for removing automatically ground and intermittent clutter (airplane echo) from wind profiler radar data. Using the concept of discrete multi-resolution analysis and non-parametric estimation theory, we develop Doppler echo power spectral, which allow us to identify the coefficients relevant for clutter and to suppress them in order to effectively restrain and remove clutter and increase the wind profile radar detection range and accuracy; must be on the air back to the effective spectrum of the spectral moments estimation. Using MATLAB simulation analysis , compared with the conventional method of analysis to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm, also, try the algorithm is applied to the complexity of the weather with a strong interference case of precipitation particles; Data analysis showed that the actual detection, from the library in the lower spectrum moment estimation has been improved significantly.
