Understanding of Isbāl Hadiths in a Sociological PerspectiveThis study aims to further analyze the differences among Muslims in understanding the isbāl hadith focused on two questions. First, whether the isbāl prohibition contained in various pure hadiths is religious normativity or sociological reasons for particular interests. Second, how is the best way to understand the isbāl hadith prohibition. The study of this issue uses a sociological approach and thematic correlative methods. The study results found that the hadiths that prohibit isbāl are tasyri'iyyah hadith (legal /normative), but the law is not universal but conditional. It happens because the emergence of the hadiths prohibiting isbāl is inseparable from the sociological factor at that time, which was a form of rejection of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH against the jahiliyyah culture. The correlative study of the hadith found that 'illat prohibiting isbāl is khuyyala' (arrogance). The proper understanding of this hadith is a contextual understanding using the rules of ushul fiqh yadūrul ḥukmi ma'a al-'illah wujūdan wa'adaman (the application of the law is closely related to the presence or absence of 'illat). The prohibition isbāl aimed specially for people who do it because of their arrogance, not to people who do it without their arrogance

The more complex the problems of state governance are so that corruption, collusion and nepotism are increasingly becoming serious concerns. As for the purpose of this writing is to develop the science of constitutional law in the field of state administration ethics considering the development of an increasingly democratic Indonesian society, demanding an ethical justice system that is effective, efficient, professional, transparent, accountable and reliable for public officials and aims for the rule of law paradigm. law is in line with the rule of ethics paradigm. The type of research used is juridical normative, namely explaining various literatures and / or literature. research results in initiating ethical judiciary for state administrators in Indonesia, due to the increasing number of ethical code enforcement agencies in each branch of power. The Rule of Etich is an instrument that must be implemented for all citizens in the life of the nation and state, in initiating an ethical court in Indonesia it is very urgent. The urgency of establishing an ethical judiciary in Indonesia is due to philosophical factors as reflected in the Pancasila that all five precepts are ethical grounds, juridical factors as regulated in the 1945 Constitution and MPR Decree No.V1 / MPR / 2001, with this juridical foundation, it is clear that the organizers the state is obliged to behave properly. While the sociological factor is the increasing number of ethical code enforcement agencies in each power clump, therefore the consolidation of ethical code enforcement agencies and the establishment of ethical courts is urgent due to the weak adjudication process of the Institute.

A novel information diffusion model based on psychosocial factors with automatic parameter learning

Online social networks are the main choice of people to maintain their social relationships and share information or opinions. Estimating the actions of a user is not trivial because an individual can act spontaneously or be influenced by external factors. In this paper we propose a novel model for imitating the evolution of the information diffusion in a network as well as possible. Each individual is modeled as a node with two factors (psychological and sociological) that control its probabilistic transmission of information. The psychological factor refers to the node?s preference for the topic discussed, i.e. the information diffused. The sociological factor takes into account the influence of the neighbors? activity on the node, i.e. the gregarious behavior. A genetic algorithm is used to automatically tune the parameters of the model in order to fit the evolution of information diffusion observed in two real-world datasets with three topics. The reproduced diffusions show that the proposed model imitates the real diffusions very well.

Social and Psychological Aspects of Environmental Consciousness

This paper studies methodological ways of formation of sociopsychological aspects of environmental consciousness. To this end, environmental psychology is singled out as the most important sociological factor in the internal structure of environmental consciousness. To clarify this problem, the article conducts a methodological analysis of the subject of environmental psychology, studies its links with values, the information environmental field, the subjective relationship of a person with the natural world, the dependence of environmental psychology on everyday environmental consciousness and cognition. From these systemic positions the subject of environmental consciousness, its place and role in environmental consciousness and environmental culture as a whole is determined.
