Multiple radial fractures have brought great pain to the patients, and the treatment takes a long time and the effect is slow, which seriously affects people’s production and life. Traditional conservative treatment methods are mostly used for radius fractures. However, with the development of science and technology of the times, the level of medical treatment is also constantly improving. For radius fractures, the embedded wearable device fixation frame absorption bone nail treatment method has attracted attention. In order to study whether the embedded wearable device fixation frame can treat radius fractures, this article conducted a related survey of radius fracture patients in a hospital in a certain city, reviewed related literature, conducted interviews with professionals and so forth, and collected relevant information. A case template was constructed, and a clinical research model was created using a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis method. The results of the study found that using the research embedded wearable device fixation frame to treat radius fractures with absorption bone nails can achieve good results, and its healing efficiency is about 20% faster than conservative treatment. With decoction, its treatment efficiency can be improved; and the prognostic treatment of the decoction can reduce the complications of the patient’s treatment by about 13%. This shows that the embedded wearable device holder absorption bone nail combined with decoction can play an important role in the treatment of multiple radius fractures.

Abstract Background Recently, the infra-acetabular screw was proposed for acetabular fractures as a part of a periacetabular fixation frame. Biomechanical studies showed that an additional infra-acetabular screw placement can enhance the fixation strength of acetabular fracture internal fixation. At present, the reported exit point of the infra-acetabular screw was all located at the ischial tuberosity. However, through great experience in placing the infra-acetabular screw, we realized that when the exit point was located between the ischial tuberosity and the ischial spine, the placement of a 3.5 mm infra-acetabular screw is easier in some patients. Methods This study used axial perspective based on 3D models to study the anatomical parameters of the two different infra-acetabular screw corridors. Placed the largest diameter virtual screw in the two different screw corridors. The data obtained in this study present the maximum diameters, length, directions, and distances between the entry point and the center of IPE. Results In 65.31% males and 40.54% females, a Screw I corridor with a diameter of at least 5 mm was found, while in Screw II it was 77.55% in males and 62.16% in females. Compared with screw I, the length of screw II is reduced, the angle with the coronal plane is significantly reduced, and the angle with the transverse plane is significantly increased. Conclusions For East Asians, changing the exit point of the infra-acetabular screw can increase the scope of use of the infra-acetabular screw, especially for females.

Axial stiffness is the most important factor in stability. It is known that any changes in the diameter of any components of the frame will either increase or decrease the axial stiffness of the fixation. The model of implant and bone will be variety as the variables changes. Current studies states that ring stability are one of the most important factors in ensuring fractured bones to have a successful re-union. In circular external fixation, the stability of the pin-bone interaction is influenced by the stability of the fixation frame where the major component is the rings. The objective is to study the finite element analysis (FEA) of the external fixator assembled in human diaphysis under compression force with different materials of the exoskeleton which are stainless steel, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy and carbon fiber. The results obtained show the mechanical strength of each material where it will be used to compare the value of von-Mises stress, stiffness and total deformation to acquire the best suitable ring diameter and material. Based on the result, as the diameter of the ring increases, the stiffness of the ring will be decreased.

The effect of aging on the process of word encoding for fixated words and words presented to the right of the fixation point during the reading of sentences in Chinese was investigated with two disappearing text experiments. The results of Experiment 1 showed that only the 40-ms onset disappearance of wordndisrupted young adults’ reading performance. However, for old readers, the disappearance of wordncaused disruptions until the onset time was 120 ms. The results of Experiment 2 showed that the disappearance of wordn + 1 did not cause disruptions to young adults, but these conditions made old readers spend more time reading a sentence compared to the normal display condition. These results indicated a reliable aging effect on the process of word encoding when reading Chinese, and that the encoding process in the preview frame was more susceptible to normal aging compared to that in the fixation frame. We propose that sensory, cognitive, and specific factors related to the Chinese language are important contributors to these age-related differences.

Aims. The purpose of this study was to analyze the initial experience with adolescents treated for long-bone deformities of the lower extremities of different etiologies using osteotomies and fixation by interlocking nails.Materials and methods. We analyzed the accuracy of long-bone deformity correction using referent lines and angles, the time of consolidation, number of complications, and functional result.Results. We found that the accuracy of femur deformity correction (dependent on the complicity of the deformity), as estimated by different parameters, varied from 77.8% to 91.7%. Simple deformities and deformities of moderate complicity had the most accurate correction; the group of complex multiplanar deformities of the femur had the least accurate correction. This group included five cases of residual deformity, in which three of these had an angle of residual deformity <10°. The accuracy of leg deformity correction was 90%. Evaluation of the functional results using the Lower Extremity Functional Scale indicated the high functionality of the method used.Conclusions. Correction of long-bone deformities using intramedullary osteosynthesis by interlocking nails is an effective treatment of all types of femur and lower leg deformities. When treating complex deformities of the femur, the path to operative treatment should be complex and in most cases the nailing should be accompanied by intraoperative external fixation frame assistance.
