In today's environment, video surveillance is critical. When artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning were introduced into the system, the technology had progressed much too far. Different methods are in place using the above combinations to help distinguish various wary activities from the live tracking of footages. Human behavior is the most unpredictable, and determining whether it is suspicious or normal is quite tough. In a theoretical setting, a deep learning approach is utilized to detect suspicious or normal behavior and sends an alarm to the nearby people if suspicious activity is predicted. In this paper, data fusion technique is used for feature extraction which gives an accurate outcome. Moreover, the classes are classified by the well effective machine learning approach of modified deep neural network (M-DNN), that predicts the classes very well. The proposed method gains 95% accuracy, as well the advanced system is contrast with previous methods like artificial neural network (ANN), random forest (RF) and support vector machine (SVM). This approach is well fitted for dynamic and static conditions.

Abstract An individual therapeutic strategy based on the genetic characterization is important in gliomas. However, it has been difficult to obtain genetic features during surgery. In this study, we present an overview of intraoperative genetic analysis using modified real-time PCR method. The tumor specimen was crushed with liquid nitrogen, then extract DNA within 60 minutes. Reagents of real-time PCR for detecting IDH, TERT, and BRAF hot spot mutations were stocked and real-time PCR was performed after mixing the extracted DNA. We used PNA and LNA to detect single nucleotide variant (SNV). The average time from tumor extraction to intraoperative tentative judgement was approximately 100 minutes. Using this system. we preliminary performed intraoperative genomic analysis in10 glioma patients. We confirmed that 8 of 10 cases (80%) of intraoperative genomic diagnosis were consistent with post-operative diagnosis by Sanger sequencing. However, we experienced 2 (20%) unmatched cases due to low allele of SNV, which indicates that more advanced system is required for clinical application.

In the XX century, the city became a problem and challenge to a new, developing urban design consciousness. At first, rational approaches to the city promised bright prospects, which can still be felt today in the graphics of Le Corbusier or L. Hilberseimer. However, only the Renaissance could afford conceiving the city in only one perspective. The XX century needs comprehensive technologies, but the most advanced system of calculation, regulation and control should be based on something that generates the very idea of the city. Fruitless technologies taken as tools need to be boosted by creative, inspiring, although nonstrict, ideas. The nature and metamorphoses of such ideas are discussed in the article.

Abstract As semiconductor device dimensions scale down, process variation impact on reliability becomes increasingly severe. This trend stems from the high-reliability requirements typical for advanced system applications, the narrowing process margins and the high sensitivity of devices to material and dimensional variations. At the process level, many deviations from nominal conditions can degrade the devices' reliability. Examples are induced charge traps in the various types of memory cells, electrical performance inhibitors due to lattice defects or poor stress management and poor data retention due to contamination by killer elements. We claim that monitoring and correcting deviations throughout the fabrication process provides an effective approach for preventing reliability failures. By restricting deviations below specific threshold levels and screening out reliability and End Of line (EOL) related parameters, eventual device reliability can be safeguarded. This paper addresses the relationship between various process parameters and reliability, and reviews the enablers of preventive, early-detection inline metrology in the fab.

The article studies the potential of introducing systems of the situational center in order to build a system providing safe life in the real range of time and effective management of production and organization processes within the frames of the concept of shifting to industry 4.0. On the basis of research findings today's enterprises and organizations should form strategy of their development with due regard to the necessity to digitalize the man. The key goals of this process are monitoring of employees' vital functions, extrapolation and modeling of substandard situations and visualization of generalized information in a suitable format in the range of real time. By analyzing the condition and problems of enterprise digitalization the authors systematized key factors, which should be taken into account for building the advanced system of providing labour safety in the range of real time, proposed the automated management system of providing labour safety based on the system of the situational center and the procedure of developing strategy of enterprise digitalization with regard to HR digitalization, which includes introduction of the system of situational center. By using situational center the modulus for modeling and visualization of ‘digital shadow' was worked out to monitor vital functions of enterprise employees.

Internet-based monitoring brings new capabilities and unprecedented access to process power equipment monitoring and control. In this paper, we present an advanced network controller-based remote monitoring and control system for power plants, for example gas engine units. This advanced system processes and displays information, transmits it over the network, and sends control commands to remote equipment. This system is able to help lower cost of electric power generation, improve efficiency and reliability of a power plant and achieve its no-failure operation. We provide the detailed description of necessary equipment and describe all benefits of the mentioned system.
