The q -rung orthopair fuzzy sets and their hybrid models are capable of dealing with uncertain situations very effectively than the theories of intuitionistic and Pythagorean fuzzy sets and thus have numerous decision-making applications in daily life, while the fuzzy parameterized soft set theory has its impact on different decision-making scenarios. Motivated by these facts, in this research article, these theories are combined to form a new structure named fuzzy parameterized q -rung orthopair fuzzy soft expert sets ( FP q ROFSESs) for dealing with more generalized information. The developed model is an efficient extension of fuzzy parameterized intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets. Some of its basic notions, including subset, complement, OR operation, AND operation, intersection, and union are studied and illustrated via examples. Moreover, to show the applicability and efficiency of the developed model, two real-life applications are solved under the FP q ROFSES approach, which is supported by an algorithm, the first application is about selecting an appropriate site for a cafe outlet, and the second application is about selecting the Best News Channel for an award. At last, a comparison of the initiated model with some existing approaches is presented to verify its advantages over them.

The article studies the potential of introducing systems of the situational center in order to build a system providing safe life in the real range of time and effective management of production and organization processes within the frames of the concept of shifting to industry 4.0. On the basis of research findings today's enterprises and organizations should form strategy of their development with due regard to the necessity to digitalize the man. The key goals of this process are monitoring of employees' vital functions, extrapolation and modeling of substandard situations and visualization of generalized information in a suitable format in the range of real time. By analyzing the condition and problems of enterprise digitalization the authors systematized key factors, which should be taken into account for building the advanced system of providing labour safety in the range of real time, proposed the automated management system of providing labour safety based on the system of the situational center and the procedure of developing strategy of enterprise digitalization with regard to HR digitalization, which includes introduction of the system of situational center. By using situational center the modulus for modeling and visualization of ‘digital shadow' was worked out to monitor vital functions of enterprise employees.

The article discusses an approach to the formation of the basic structure of the control system for unmanned aerial vehicles, based on existing system solutions, typical specifications of the developer's boards. The characteristics of an unmanned aerial vehicle of both air and space class are given. General requirements for hardware and peripheral devices of unmanned aerial vehicles have been formed in accordance with their basic operating modes. Based on the obtained and generalized information about the developer's boards, the block-modular structure of the control system for unmanned aerial vehicles is presented. It includes all the main elements of the system and can be expanded by connecting additional boards. The advantage of this structure for debugging purposes is the presence of an FPGA on the development board.

Extracting shared structure across our experiences allows us to generalize our knowledge to novel contexts. How do different brain states influence this ability to generalize? Using a novel category learning paradigm, we assess the effect of both sleep and time of day on generalization that depends on the flexible integration of recent information. Counter to our expectations, we found no evidence that this form of generalization is better after a night of sleep relative to a day awake. Instead, we observed an effect of time of day, with better generalization in the morning than the evening. This effect also manifested as increased false memory for generalized information. In a nap experiment, we found that generalization did not benefit from having slept recently, suggesting a role for time of day apart from sleep. In follow-up experiments, we were unable to replicate the time of day effect for reasons that may relate to changes in category structure and task engagement. Despite this lack of consistency, we found a morning benefit for generalization when analyzing all the data from experiments with matched protocols (n = 136). We suggest that a state of lowered inhibition in the morning may facilitate spreading activation between otherwise separate memories, promoting this form of generalization.

The generalized information on the distribution of Pisolithus arhizus (Sclerodermataceae, Boletales, Basidiomycota) in Ukraine is provided. Pisolithus arhizus is listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine as a rare species reported only from Kharkiv, Kherson, Odesa, Poltava regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. This article significantly expands our knowledge on distribution patterns of P. arhizus in Ukraine. New records from Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolayiv, Zaporizhzhya, and Zhytomyr regions are added to those previously reported. Despite the increased number of the reports, this fungus is nevertheless considered to be a rare species in Ukraine; therefore, it is necessary to search for its new localities.

The article discusses the creation of a thematic resource on the history of the Trans-Siberian Railway using modern Web-GIS tools which will provide for accumulating source information collected during research and presenting it in a form accessible for researchers. The online GIS allows one to work with the materials named in several modes:  interactive, tabular (with a description of the source base) as well as modes of editing information in the cloud storage database or in a limited mode of data input and data loading. The GIS project is represented by a set of vector and raster data transformed to work in a modern coordinate system: historical maps and diagrams, satellite images in the form of mosaics and image fragments obtained through available geoservices (Google, Yandex, Bing). Digital layers are also available which are generated and edited based on the digitization of historical and modern maps of different scales. Simultaneously with the work on the web-resource, the authors are creating the Transsib desktop GIS. The development and launch of the web-GIS "Trans-Siberian Railway" gives its users a number of new opportunities including the availability of generalized information and cartographic database on the history of the construction and operation of the Transsib as well as an opportunity for several users to work with project materials simultaneously, search for the necessary metadata information in the GIS, etc.

The purpose of this work is to collect, analyze and generalize information on the operation of river dock-caissons. Currently, dock-caissons are rarely built despite their advantages. However, ship-lifting structures do not lose their relevance. The paper analyzes the constructed dock-boxes intended for caissoning the ends of passenger and cargo ships and docking of small vessels, namely, their fundamental design, analysis of hulls, systems and devices, as well as supporting structures on the slipway-deck, identified the main problems and search their decisions. A patent search was carried out on this topic and the most successful solutions were identified. The results of the work are generalized information about the operation of dock-boxes and allow to optimize further design, construction and operation of dock-boxes, taking into account the accumulated experience, and also allows to avoid mistakes that were made earlier. As a result of this work, some aspects of the operation of the ship-lifting structures were identified that were not taken into account in the design
