Resonance communication of specialists can be carried out at a distance in real time in dialogue mode through a mental neurointerface with two-way communication. Mental neurointerface on the principles of magnetic resonance tomography captures a hologram of brain activity of the internal speech of the inductor specialist and transmits it to the mental neurointerface of the recipient's interlocutor through ultra-sensitive multi section nano resonators waveguides. The mental neurointerface of the recipient's interlocutor perceives the transmitted hologram of the brain activity of internal speech and resonates its internal speech to it. An interlocutor of the recipient with equivalent semantic memory in a resonant way makes sense of the internal speech of the inductor specialist. He forms the response with internal speech and transmits it to the interlocutor with his mental neurointerface through nano resonators in the form of holograms of the brain activity of internal speech. Interlocutors, as specialists in one subject area, have a similar semantic memory. Semantic memories are considered similar if they correspond to the principle of gold section according to a professional thesaurus. Specialists and interlocutors must learn a professional thesaurus before starting a dialogue through mental neurointerfaces. Thus, the problem of transmitting and reading thoughts at a distance using high technology is solved, taking into account the psychological aspects of the interlocutors. The development of mental neurointerfaces and ultra-sensitive multi section nano waveguide resonators for transmitting holograms of internal speech brain activity is just beginning. The use of resonant communication by mental neurointerfaces through nano waveguides resonators waveguides is currently very relevant in many areas of life activity.

Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park (KNP) are the government's agendas in the tourism sector by making the area a premium tourist destination. On that basis, the tourism potential of the region requires infrastructure development to support this plan. One of the critical infrastructures is telecommunications, where the region does not have a direct fiber-optic line. In this paper, the authors propose two scenarios design of fiber-optic networks that also consider the potential for an upward fault earthquake in the northern waters of Labuan Bajo and KNP. The design is analyzed using calculation results of the power link budget, rise time, bit error rate (BER), and Signal to Noise Ratio. The BER value obtained is 5.63 x 10-13, which is still below the parameter threshold of 10-12 with a design that avoids the epicenter of the disaster and a longer route. The SNR value on the longest route (route 7) is 34.69 dB. The SNR value has met the SNR standard, which is 21.5 dB.

Abstract Fiber Optic Network is an advanced and modern system technology, which is used in sending pulses of laser light inside a glass of fiber over long distances, widely used in every environment with various sorts of applications in a different field. It is well-known that the main material of fiber optics is glass, therefore it is typical that the temperature can affect the glass during the thermal expansion. This effect will be applied to the properties of the optical components such as refractive index, radius curvature of the fiber optics layers, and also there is an effect on the data transfer through the fiber optics network units. In this paper, the effect of temperature degree on the optical signal and the functions of the fiber optic network will be simulated, measured, and analyzed. The result will be discussed and the conclusion will show the serious points of thermal effects on the optical signal of a fiber-optic network.

Two integrating techniques and topologies for fiber optic network systems such as RoF and FTTH have been studied and presented in this project. Two digital signals with data rate 622Mb/s and 1.25Gb/s are considered as the two service signals to be hybrid. Both signals are first modulated in electrical domain by 25GHz and 5GHz sinusoidal sub carriers respectively, in order to give them enough spectral separation. Two architectures have been studied to modulate the optical carrier with these two service signals. The first model is to sum the two service signals in the electric domain and use a single leg Mach Zender Modulator (JlvlZM) to modulate the optical carrier with the electrical message signal. In the second case, the two service signals are first sent to a two leg MZM and separately modulate the light wave carrier, then the two emerging light wave signals mix at the other end of the Y branch of the MZM. The mathematical equations that represent the function of the two kinds of MZM have been formulated. Simulations of the integration of the two hybrid services have been made in MATLAB-Simulink environment and the results are shown. The developed mathematical models are used to represent the MZMs in the MATLAB program. Detector models for each architecture have been developed in order to evaluated the SNR and compare performance using Bit Error Rate (BER). The BER plots for different input setup have been plotted and presented in this project.
