A method of treating complications after contour plasty with preparations based on stabilized hyaluronic acid in the nasolacrimal sulcus region

Background.In order to correct involutive changes in the skin or aesthetic defects, fillers based on stabilized hyaluronic acid, which are used to fill in various wrinkles and creases, have recently become most popular. It is the procedure of contouring that is one of the three most popular cosmetic procedures. Objective:to study the effectiveness of a combined method that includes a course of longidase diadinamophoresis and injectable carboxytherapy in correcting complications of contouring the nasolacrimal sulcus area with fillers based on stabilized hyaluronic acid. Methods.There were 29 women under observation, average age 36.4 4.4 years with complications after the introduction of a filler based on stabilized hyaluronic acid with localization in the nasolacrimal sulcus. There were 3 groups of patients who received a course of longidase diadinamophoresis (3000 IU), a course of carboxytherapy, or a combination of them. Results.The use of a combined course of longidase diadinamophoresis (3000 IU) and carboxytherapy has a significant effect, reducing the clinical manifestations in the form of contouring and compaction, local edema and neuropathy, and stabilizing the psychoemotional state of patients. In addition, the treatment complex significantly accelerates the biodegradation of the filler and has a restructuring effect on the skin of the nasolacrimal furrow-reduces the thickness of the dermis and increases the dermis density coefficient, which is probably due to the regression of intra-dermal edema that occurs as a reaction to a superficially introduced filler based on stabilized hyaluronic acid. Conclusion.The combined use of the method, which includes a course of longidase diadinamophoresis and injectable carboxytherapy for the correction of complications of nasolacrimal sulcus contouring with fillers based on stabilized hyaluronic acid in the form of local edema, neuropathy and filler contouring, is a highly effective treatment method, which is confirmed by the relief of clinical symptoms, acceleration of drug biodegradation and improvement of the quality of life of patients.

Stability estimate for a partial data inverse problem for the convection-diffusion equation

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In this article, we study the stability in the inverse problem of determining the time-dependent convection term and density coefficient appearing in the convection-diffusion equation, from partial boundary measurements. For dimension <inline-formula><tex-math id="M1">\begin{document}$ n\ge 2 $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>, we show the convection term (modulo the gauge term) admits log-log stability, whereas log-log-log stability estimate is obtained for the density coefficient.</p>

Application of combined enzyme therapy for complications of lip contouring in cosmetology

Purpose: to study the effectiveness of a combined method that includes a course of magnetolaserophoresis of longidase and diadinamophoresis of collalizin 1000 KE (collagenase units) in correcting complications of lip contouring that occurred when a large volume of filler or surface injection of a drug based on stabilized hyaluronic acid into the skin. Material and methods. We observed 31 women aged 25 to 32 years with complications after the introduction of a filler based on stabilized hyaluronic acid with localization in the lip area. Were allocated to three groups who received a course of magnetolaserotherapy of longidaza, the rate of diadynamophoresis of collalizin, or a combination. Results. The use of a combined course of longidase magnetolaserophoresis with collazine diadinamophoresis has a significant clinical effect, reducing edema, gel contouring phenomena and stabilizing the psychoemotional state of patients. In addition, the treatment complex significantly accelerates the biodegradation of the filler and has a restructuring effect on the lip tissue, gives a pronounced effect of reducing the thickness of the dermis and increasing the density coefficient of the dermis, which is probably due to a decrease in intra-dermal edema that occurs as a reaction to a surface-injected filler. Conclusions. Combined use of magnetolaserotherapy of longidaza and diadynamophoresis of collalizin to the lip when complications in the form of a surface of introduction of the filler or injecting too much of the drug based on stabilized hyaluronic acid is a highly effective method of treatment, which is confirmed by relief of clinical symptoms and improvement in quality of life of patients.

Appraisal of new density coefficient on integrated-nanoparticles concrete in nuclear protection

The most important material for shielding is concrete in nuclear facilities which performance can be improved by addition some Nanoparticles (NP) at the various concentrations. Nanoparticles, which have a distinctive potential for bio-radiation and shielding of nuclear reactors, are used in many areas due to their special characteristics, which lead to an improvement in the mechanical properties and the pore structure of the concrete shield. The aim of this research was to initiate a novel coefficient (n), experiment to theory density ratio for integrated NP at different nanoparticle concentrations (xnano), established upon purely mathematical viewpoints and some appropriate physical objectives.

The method of combined use of enzyme therapy and carboxytherapy in the correction of complications after injection of polylactic acid in cosmetology

Objective. To study the effectiveness of the combined method, including the course of colladizine diadynamophoresis 1000 KE (collagenase units) in combination with injection carboxytherapy in the correction of complications that occurred when superficial administration of polylactic acid into the skin. Material and methods. Under observation were 38 women of 32 to 39 years old with a complication after the introduction of a filler based on polylactic acid with localization in the abdomen. Three groups were identified that received a course of carboxytherapy, a course of collagenase diadynamophoresis, and their combination. Results. The use of the combined course of Collizin diadynamophoresis with injection carboxytherapy provides a pronounced analgesic effect, improves microcirculation, stabilizes the psycho-emotional state and gives a pronounced effect of reducing the thickness of the dermis and increasing the density coefficient of the dermis, which is probably associated with a decrease in intradermal edema, which occurs as a reaction to superficially introduced filler. In addition, this combined technique significantly accelerates the biodegradation of the surface-injected filler and affects pathological fibrosis around polylactic acid. Conclusions. The combined use of collizine diadynamophoresis and injection carboxytherapy locally on the lesion sites with complications such as surface administration of a filler based on polylactic acid is a highly effective treatment method, which is confirmed by the relief of clinical symptoms and an increase in the quality of life of patients.

An inverse problem for the wave equation with source and receiver at distinct points

We consider the inverse problem of determining the density coefficient appearing in the wave equation from separated point source and point receiver data. Under some assumptions on the coefficients, we prove uniqueness results.

Characterization of Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Powder for 3D Printing Feedstock

This paper assessed the suitability of PET powder produced by crushing used plastic bottles as 3D printing feedstock. Characterization of the powder was done through determining its flow property, coefficient of friction, bulk density, flexural and tensile strengths and compared with those of ABS, PLA, PVA, Nylon and HDPE which are used conventionally 3D printing of plastic parts. Two grades of PET bottles were used in this study: grade one which is designated PET1 with intrinsic viscosity values ranging from 0.78-0.80 (used for water bottles) and grade two which is designated PET2 with intrinsic viscosity values ranging from 0.80-0.85 (used for carbonated drinks bottles). The results of the tests performed showed that PET1 has bulk density, coefficient of friction, flexural strength and tensile strength values of 0.16 g/m3, 0.43, 82.1 MPa and 63.4 MPa respectively while PET2 has bulk density, coefficient of friction, flexural strength and tensile strength values of 0.15 g/m3, 0.22, 82.7 MPa and 57.8 MPa respectively. The Experimental results show that both PET1 and PET2 have very good flow property, and are suitable for 3D printing. This study solves two major problems: plastic waste management and availability of locally produced 3D printing feedstock, which is currently the greatest challenge of 3D printing in Nigeria. A New Dynamic Neighbourhood-Based Semantic Dissimilarity Measure for Ontology

The semantic web is a global initiative which employs ontologies to offer rich, semantic-based knowledge representation. Concepts in these ontologies are explored to find (dis)similarities between them using (dis)similarity measures. Despite the existence of numerous (dis)similarity measures, none have dynamically determined the quantum of information required to discover (dis)similarities between concepts. In this article, a new, efficient, feature-based semantic dissimilarity measure is proposed where the prime novelty lies in the dynamic selection of the semantic neighourhood (features) of the concepts. The neighbourhood is dynamically selected in accordance with the local density of the concept and the density of the ontology determined by the proposed density coefficient. Further, the proposed measure also scales down the dissimilarity value in accordance with the depth of the concept pair, using the novel Depth Coefficient.

For strongly charged drop suspended in a fixed status in superposition gravitational and electrostatic fields, critical conditions of realization of its instability in relation to own and induced charges are found. All calculations are carried out in the fourth order of smallness on value of stationary deformation of spherical shape of a drop and first order on the dimensionless amplitude of its capillary oscillations. Dependences of values of critical parameters of Rayleigh and Taylor on radius, density, coefficient of surface tension, acceleration of the field of gravity and from number of a mode of oscillations, other than those for the free drop are found. With increase mode number the critical value of parameter of Rayleigh grows and comes to an asymptotic , and the critical value of Taylor parameter decreases and comes to an asymptotic . The specified changes and are explained by existence of a condition of immobility of the center of masses in a suspension connecting , and acceleration of the field of gravity.
