The Development of Group Guidance Models to Prevent Potential Homosexual Threats in University

This study was aimed to develop a group guidance model in order to prevent the potential threat of homosexuality in university. Homosexual behavior has occurred in the wider community. The perpetrators openly show their existence to the world in various ways and it is as if they ask for the world's recognition of the existence of their people. This phenomenon is a threat to the younger generation. The rise of homosexual cases today in universities has become one of the problems for counseling lecturers and it is necessary to find alternative solutions so that the potential threat of homosexuality can be prevented. This study used the R&D method with the ADDIE approach (analyze, design, develop, implementation and evaluation) . Based on the findings in the field, it is known that the validity of the research product has an average value of 0.80 valid. The model book has an average score of 0.817 and is classified as valid. Students' book has an average score of 0.796 and is classified as valid. Students' book has an average score of 0.794 and is classified as valid. The practicality of the research product has an average score of 4.2 and is classified as very practical. The model book has an average score of 4.20 and is classified as very practical. The lecturers' book has an average score of 4.21 and is classified as very practical. The student's book has an average score of 4.20 and is classified as very practical.

184 Utilizing Breeding Indictors for an Effective AI Program in Brahman Cows

Estrus detection is crucial to an effective AI program. The objective of this study was to assess whether Estrotect Breeding Indicators were comparable to vasectomized gomer bulls wearing chin ball markers to accurately and efficiently identify estrus. It was hypothesized that Estrotect Breeding Indicators will accurately and more efficiently detect estrus than gomer bulls. On day 0, an Estrotect Breeding Indicator was placed on Brahman cows (n = 204) that were kept with four vasectomized bulls for the following 45-day study period. Once estrus was detected via activated heat patch, cows were artificially inseminated 14 hr later and the bull score was recorded on a scale from 1–3 (1- no bull marks; 3- solid bull marks). Cows were continually monitored for return to estrus and a pregnancy diagnosis was conducted on day 110. All cows displaying estrus (n = 137) had fully activated patches, while 67 cows were anestrous for the trial duration. A ROC curve analysis indicated that the sensitivity of the bulls detecting estrus was 77.4% compared with the Estrotect Breeding Indicators. Out of the cows with a fully activated patch, 62.77% (86/137) became pregnant to AI. Of these, 17.4% (15/86) of pregnant cows received a bull score of 1 or 2, meaning there were little to no marks left from the bulls. Failure of bulls to identify estrus can be attributed to bulls’ loss of energy, cows displaying homosexual behavior, bulls staying with a chosen cow, or even calves preventing the bull access to the cows in estrus. In conclusion, the patches detected estrus in a greater number of cows than the action of vasectomized bulls wearing chin ball markers leading to an increased pregnancy rate.

Kerapuhan Keutuhan Keluarga Perempuan Bersama Suami Biseksual (Analisis Putusan Pengadilan Agama Nomor 0783/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Pdg dan Nomor 0266/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Pdg)

<em>This study was based on the existence of wive's divorce after knowing their husband have same-sex sexual orientation. Husband's behavior as homosexual had triggered conflict in their marriage. This normative legal study was carried out by analysing of the decision of Padang Religious Court Number 0783/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Pdg and Number 0266/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Pdg as well as other secondary legal materials such as laws and regulations, Jurisprudence and other related books. The results showed that the husband's homosexual behavior was unknown to the wife since before marriage but they found it after a long time living the marriage life. Wives found their husbands having sexual relations or the husband himself confessed his actions. Based on the legislation, the wife as a disadvantaged person might file for divorce on the grounds that the husband behaves homosexually even though the regulation could only justify by mentioning a constant dispute. In addition, it was impossible for a marriage to be built and be able to achieve its goals when the husband was not only homosexual but also bisexual. Homosexuality itself in Islamic law was part of a heinous act which was severely punished by the culprit.</em>

QALBUN HEALING BERBASIS TASAWUF : UPAYA MENYEHATKAN JIWA TERHADAP HOMOSEKSUAL

The healing to the homosexual is not easy, it is not just to do ritualistic daily-worship and after that to be healed, certainly it is not easy. The handling for them is special, the central zone is in the heart. It the mean, the central heating for the homosexual is in the heart, called qalbun healing. The approach of it using qalbun healingis special, caused rich of spiritualistic-religious, it named tasawuf with the thariqah to guide the person go to an-nur Allah. There are many religious-method was used in the homosexual that wants to heal and having good behavior by mursyid that teacher-spiritual avowed virtuous, knowledge, and behavior. The formula, these are;taubat an-nasuha, al-zuhud, al-wara’, al-tawakal, al-mahabbah dan al-ma’rifah. The formula can estrange from homosexual behavior if welldoing and istiqamah.
