This study was aimed to develop a group guidance model in order to prevent the potential threat of homosexuality in university. Homosexual behavior has occurred in the wider community. The perpetrators openly show their existence to the world in various ways and it is as if they ask for the world's recognition of the existence of their people. This phenomenon is a threat to the younger generation. The rise of homosexual cases today in universities has become one of the problems for counseling lecturers and it is necessary to find alternative solutions so that the potential threat of homosexuality can be prevented. This study used the R&D method with the ADDIE approach (analyze, design, develop, implementation and evaluation) . Based on the findings in the field, it is known that the validity of the research product has an average value of 0.80 valid. The model book has an average score of 0.817 and is classified as valid. Students' book has an average score of 0.796 and is classified as valid. Students' book has an average score of 0.794 and is classified as valid. The practicality of the research product has an average score of 4.2 and is classified as very practical. The model book has an average score of 4.20 and is classified as very practical. The lecturers' book has an average score of 4.21 and is classified as very practical. The student's book has an average score of 4.20 and is classified as very practical.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a new challenge in the world of education, especially for a teacher, because learning must be done online. Therefore, teachers must master digital skills and creative thinking patterns, especially in conveying news texts. Facing this, this study discusses the development of online-based interactive learning media. The media development was designed by utilizing the Articulate Storyline 3 software in collaboration with learning videos and Google forms which were then combined on the Linktree website. The objectives of this study include describing the development of media and the presentation/display of the "Click Aja" media in online learning to deliver news texts for class VIII students and describe the results of the effectiveness test of using "Click Aja" media in online learning to deliver news texts for class VIII students. This study uses the type of research and development method ADDIE model. Through this research method, the discussion in this study leads to the resulting product, which is a "Click Aja" learning media. The product was tested by experts and obtained an average value of 3.4 which states that the media is suitable for use. In addition, the product was also tested on students and obtained an average score of 3.51 which stated that the media was suitable for use. Although the "Click Aja" media is feasible to use, there are improvements submitted by experts, including errors in writing, the delivery of material in the learning video is less communicative and incomplete material regarding news texts.

The background of this study is the low results of social studies class V SD Negeri 010 Silikuan Hulu Kecamatan Ukui. This is evidenced by of 26 students only 11 (41.67%), which reached KKM, to research the learning improvement by implementing cooperative learning model Jigsaw. This research is a class act who do as much as two cycles. The collection of data in research adalag with the testing techniques. The study states that the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw can improve learning outcomes IPS, it is seen from: the average student learning outcomes which increased 20.25% from the average value of the basic score is 69.58 into 83.67 at UH the first cycle, and the average value UH second cycle increased 31.50% from the average score of 69.58 into 91.50 basis. The percentage of classical completeness achievement has been as expected. Which, on the basis of completeness klasikalnya score is 41.67% with the category is not exhaustive and the UH first cycle increased to 87.50% with the category completely, then at UH second cycle increased to 91.67% with the category completely.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

This research is based on the low learning outcome of mathematics students of grade VIII SMPN 4 Tambang.The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through the application ofinquiry learning with CTL approach. This research was conducted in SMPN 4 Tambang with subject of classVIII-D students with 29 students. This classroom action research was started in early January 2017. Theresearch instrument consists of a teacher and student activity sheet instrument and a test of learning outcomes.Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the strategy of inquiry learning with CTLapproach can improve student learning outcomes of mathematics on the subject matter of algebraic form inclass VIII-D SMPN 4 Tambang. On the basic score the number of students who reached the KKM as many as 14people (48.28%) with an average score of 58.79. In cycle I the number of students who reach the KKM of 19people (65.52%) with an average value of 65.69%. In cycle II the number reaching KKM is 25 people (86.21%).

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in compiling learning devices in the Primary school of Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in Primary schools. The action to be taken is to provide a workshop on the formulation of learning devices in Primary schools. The results of the study show, in the assessment of the first cycle syllabus, The average value obtained by the Sungai Majo Elementary School 006 teacher is 67 with sufficient categories. While teachers at Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap get an average score of 69 in the good category. cycle II, the average syllabus for teachers in Sungai Majo Primary School 006 was 89 with very good categories. While the teachers of Elementary School 002 in the Teluk Nilap amounted to 90 with very good categories. Whereas the assessment in the RPP of the first cycle, teachers in Elementary School 006 Sungai Majo and SDN 002 Teluk Nilap received the same score, which amounted to 67.14 with sufficient categories. After the second cycle, Sungai Majo Primary School 006 got an average score of 90 with a very good category, while the teachers of Elementary School 002 Teluk Nilap scored 91.42 with a very good category. With the results of this study, it can be concluded that with the help of workshops, it can improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools in the Sungai Majo and Teluk Nilap, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency.

For 1 year now, the world is undergoing a coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic due to the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The most widely used method for COVID-19 diagnosis is the detection of viral RNA by RT-qPCR with a specific set of primers and probe. It is important to frequently evaluate the performance of these tests and this can be done first by an in silico approach. Previously, we reported some mismatches between the oligonucleotides of publicly available RT-qPCR assays and SARS-CoV-2 genomes collected from GISAID and NCBI, potentially impacting proper detection of the virus. In the present study, 11 primers and probe sets investigated during the first study were evaluated again with 84,305 new SARS-CoV-2 unique genomes collected between June 2020 and January 2021. The lower inclusivity of the China CDC assay targeting the gene N has continued to decrease with new mismatches detected, whereas the other evaluated assays kept their inclusivity above 99%. Additionally, some mutations specific to new SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern were found to be located in oligonucleotide annealing sites. This might impact the strategy to be considered for future SARS-CoV-2 testing. Given the potential threat of the new variants, it is crucial to assess if they can still be correctly targeted by the primers and probes of the RT-qPCR assays. Our study highlights that considering the evolution of the virus and the emergence of new variants, an in silico (re-)evaluation should be performed on a regular basis. Ideally, this should be done for all the RT-qPCR assays employed for SARS-CoV-2 detection, including also commercial tests, although the primer and probe sequences used in these kits are rarely disclosed, which impedes independent performance evaluation.

Abstract Background Fasciola hepatica is an important zoonotic parasite that causes fasciolosis in a broad range of animals. No information is available about the prevalence of F. hepatica in Père David’s deer (Elaphurus davidianus), an endangered species in the world. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to evaluate the prevalence of fasciolosis in Père David’s deer in the Dafeng Elk National Natural Reserve, Jiangsu province, China. Results In this study, 142 fecal samples from Père David’s deer were analyzed for F. hepatica by microscopy and nest-PCR. Only one sample was positive for F. hepatica according to microscopy examination, while 18 of 142 (12.68, 95%CI: 2.841–22.45%) samples were positive for F. hepatica according to nest-PCR results. Conclusions This is the first report of prevalence of F. hepatica in Père David’s deer. The prevalence data indicated that F. hepatica was also present in this endangered animal, which may cause a potential threat to this precious species.

Forty years ago, in his seminal essay, 'The Whites of Their Eyes', Stuart Hall admonished the left for its – our – collective failure in figuring out how to fight back against racism effectively. Sadly, his criticism is no less valid today than it was then, and we still have a lot to learn about how to defeat racism once and for all. We've known for more than a century that this thing we call 'race' isn't a scientifically valid phenomenon – and yet it continues to function perfectly well in the world as if it is one anyway. As Hall noted in a 2011 interview, the mere act of unmasking essentialisms and deconstructing binaries doesn't stop them from 'roaring away' in the world, completely undisturbed by our analytic prowess. This essay takes stock of the current state of anti-racist struggles (at least in the US) and offers a critical analysis of how and why our current efforts to combat racism continue to be so ineffective.

In the Working Area of Pancur Batu Puskesmas class, pregnant women begin to be implemented in 2016, but still found the low knowledge of pregnant women about the ideal pregnancy examination and there are pregnant women who show unimportant attitude checking pregnancy to health workers. Goals : The purpose of this research is to know the influence of maternal class on pregnant mother's knowledge and attitude about pregnancy examination and treatment. Methods : The study used a quantitative method with cross sectional design. The population of 151 pregnant women in Pancur Batu Community Health Center and 132 of them (63 pregnant women who had attended pregnant mother class and 69 pregnant women who never attended maternal class) were used as samples. Data analysis using independent t test at significance level α = 0,05. Result : The results showed the total range of knowledge scores of mothers who had followed the class of pregnant women is 7-13 with an average value of 10.08 ± 1.82, while the total range of scores of mothers who never follow the pregnant women's class is 1-9 with an average value 4,97,1,94. There is a maternal class effect on maternal knowledge of examination and treatment of pregnancy (p <3,82. There is a maternal class effect on maternal attitudes about examination and treatment of pregnancy (p3.13, while the total range of maternal scores that never follow the class of pregnant women is 27-47 with an average value of 35 , 410.001). The total score of attitudes of mothers who have attended the class of pregnant women is 41-56 with an average score of 48.24 <0.001). Conclution : It is expected that the Health Office to schedule Pancur Batu Puskesmas to carry out pregnant women's classes regularly and carried out 2 periods a year. Pancur Batu Puskesmas is expected to maintain the quality of pregnant women's classes and counseling invites all pregnant women to follow the class of pregnant women.
