Recent years showed a much stronger appeal for transforming schools, among other organisations, into learning organisations. More than two decades into the coining of the term learning organisations, researchers are still in pursuit of proper tools for measuring the construct. The present investigation aims to evaluate the appropriateness of Professional Learning Communities Assessment – Revised (PLCA-R) for assessing schools as learning organisations. Data gathered from 224 elementary teachers were analysed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to validate the dimensionality of the selected tool in an organisational context. The results provided reasonable model fit and validity for the hypothesised six-factor model indicating that PLCA-R is a suitable tool for assessing schools as learning organisations. The findings imply that all the dimensions of PLCs have to be given equal consideration when implementing PLCs in the context of learning organisations.

AbstractNowadays, English is the most important language, including the students who study in STKIP Situs Banten. To be fluent in English students have to increase their ability in writing the paragraph. The Researcher used a flipped classroom learning model since the Covid-19 Pandemic struck Indonesia and the classroom meeting cannot be assessed. This model incorporates dynamic learning; understudy inclusion and present-day innovation by utilizing ICT. In a flipped classroom, the material was given through learning recordings, instructional exercise,s and PowerPoint material by means of WhatsApp group that understudies saw in their homes before the virtual class is acquired. The key objective of this investigation is to explore the practicality of the flipped classroom learning model for teaching paragraph writing. The analyst took the examples from second-semester students in the English instruction division of STKIP Situs Banten. After this activity research measure has been done, this flipped examination lobby learning model can be utilized as a reasonable model for growing understudies limit in section composing. The researcher had dissected that there are a few reasons which drive this occurred: understudy's inspiration, understudy's Writing propensities, students autonomously, and varieties of alluring material. Keywords: Flipped classroom learning model, Information and Computer Technology, Paragraph writing.

ABSTRACT The rotational properties and X-ray luminosity of PSR J0726–2612 are close to those of dim isolated neutron stars (XDINs). It was proposed that the source could be the first XDIN with observable pulsed radio emission. We have investigated the long-term evolution of the source to test this possibility in the fallback disc model. Reasonable model curves that can account for the evolution of PSR J0726–2612 consistently with its radio pulsar property are similar to those of high-B radio pulsars with dipole field strength B0 ∼ a few × 1012 G at the pole of the star. In the same model, XDINs are estimated to have relatively weak fields (B0 ≲ 1012 G) locating them well below the pulsar death line. From the simulations, we estimate that PSR J0726–2612 is at an age of t ∼ 5 × 104 yr, and will achieve the rotational properties of a normal radio pulsar within ∼105 yr, rather than the XDIN properties.

AbstractThe aorta is a very complex organ comprising three layers, consisting of four kinds of tissues. It is an anisotropic, inhomogeneous, multiconstituent, and living organ that presents both a formidable challenge and a tremendous opportunity to a modeler to mathematically characterize its structure. Unfortunately, even the most sophisticated models in vogue do not faithfully take into consideration its various complexities, falling very short of putting into place a reasonable model, as they ignore many of the quintessential features that need to be taken into account. In this article, we address the various features that need to be taken into account to develop a meaningful model of the aorta.

Abstract One of the ways of determining the properties of granular materials is to subject the material to a tri-axial state of stress with three distinct eigenvalues, in a cubical tri-axial testing equipment, the material tested being in a static state. A constitutive relation for granular materials that does not allow the body to be in tri-axial static equilibrium would not be a reasonable model as experiments clearly show that granular materials can exist in such tri-axial states. In this short note, we observe that a large class of models that have been developed and used to describe the response of granular materials will not allow them to be in a static tri-axial state of stress with three different principal stresses.

The purpose of an analysis using this method is the same as that of any technique in constructing models in statistics, namely to find the best and most reasonable model to describe the relationship between a result variable and a set of variables independent. We are interested in how the costs affect them and if a customer has a travel card. Credit card customers are shown to be 6 times more likely to use it regardless of the cost they make.It is also shown that a customer is more likely to use a travel card when costs increase Through logistic regression, which gives the probability that a result is an exponential function of the independent variables, we will see how through our data we will come to very important conclusions.

The utilization of farming coordination’s data framework with regards to store network the executives can be a technique to guarantee the achievement of an ideal appropriation of horticultural Product. The studies directed in conventional markets in Tamil Nadu demonstrate that administration marker is crucial during the time spent appropriation. Rural coordination’s data framework advancement is required to help the enhancement of the rural Product appropriation in the correct quality and amount, at the correct area and ideal time. The horticultural coordination’s data framework requires compositional framework which comprises of reasonable model, Functional design, Physical engineering and Communication engineering.
