The Schrödinger equation is one of the cores in quantum mechanics, but bears a contradiction. In the process to obtain the energy and momentum operators, the relation [Formula: see text] is used for [Formula: see text]. However, when they are applied to the Hamiltonian equation, the kinetic energy is set as [Formula: see text]. Based on the Energy Circulation Theory, we examine in this paper the quantization of motions of a particle. We clarify in which situation and for what energy we can use the relation [Formula: see text]. We derive a wave equation de novo to provide wave functions representing a concrete motion and energy distribution of a particle. The Schrödinger equation has a similar form by chance but the mass in our new equation is that of energy quantum expressed by [Formula: see text], which is common for any energies of any particles and decided only by the moving speed. A solution shows an energy location in the 3D real space even if it is expressed in complex. When a motion of a particle gets in circle, its circular frequency becomes quantized. In an atom, an electron circulates around the hidden dimensional axis, and the circulation can further rotate. We propose the quantization conditions for the electron orbiting, and derive the wave functions in concrete for S and P orbitals, which are different from current perceptions. We also demonstrate that the uncertainty principle is not valid for a motion of a particle.

It is an unsolved mystery that the rotation velocity of a galactic disc is same at any radial distances. The presence of dark matter is expected, but not observed. Here we propose a novel scheme for the evolution of the initial cosmic energy to current galaxies. According to the energy circulation theory, which we previously reported, the fundamental force works based on momentums. Antiparallel movements of energy pieces form a circulation. Due to the space expansion, the initial energy circulations separate and decompose to smaller level circulations; to galactic seeds, stellar seeds, and smallest energy circulations. The internal circulating velocity of a galactic seed is inherited to the circulating speed of stellar seeds in a ring. The intra-circulation interaction by the fundamental force keeps the stellar seeds to circulate at the initial speed, which does not alter by the space expansion. The new scheme meets the galaxy rotation curve without requiring dark matter.

PurposeThis research aims to examine the moderating role of CEO power on the relationship between retrenchment strategy and firm performance by framing the relationship under an agency theory, and power circulation theory.Design/methodology/approachThis study focuses on a sample of 319 non-financial public listed companies in Malaysia from the year 2011–2016 and estimates the model under two-step GMM panel regression to eliminate the endogeneity issue.FindingsThe results show that the retrenchment strategy increased firm performance. Meanwhile, greater CEO power changes that retrenchment effect into increased performance. This study also indicates the CEO power strengthens the relationship between firm performance and retrenchment. However, CEO power does not have any effect on the performance of low retrenchment, and the performance of big firm size.Research limitations/implicationsThe findings show that the higher CEO power cause higher firm performance and higher retrenchment. This research suggests that CEO power can make retrenchment strategy works and the decision made can affect the firm performance significantly.Originality/valueThis study examines the effect of CEO power on the performance of retrenchment strategy implementation by contesting agency theory, power circulation theory, and resource-based view theory within the emerging country context.

BACKGROUND Background: With the continuous development and improvement of China's medical and health undertakings, information technology has played an increasingly important role in hospital services. As a reliable theoretical basis for quality evaluation, PDCA cycle theory has been applied in medical quality management system, especially in the clinical nursing work. It can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and promote the nurse-patient relationship, but also help nursing staff to implement the doctor's orders and complete nursing operations more standardized. OBJECTIVE Objective: The study aims at exploring the positive role of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act) circulation theory based on hospital information intelligent management system in promoting the rational application of intravenous drugs when it is used in the nursing work of public health clinical center. METHODS Methods: Firstly, the regional functions and application fields of the hospital information intelligent management system in the current environment were analyzed. On this basis, the theory of PDCA circulation under hospital information intelligent management system was put forward to apply to nursing work and play a positive role in nursing operation standard. The focus of the study was to promote the rational application of intravenous drugs among nursing staff, and the application data of intravenous drug among nursing staff under the same background and different management schemes were selected as the research objects, which were divided into the PDCA blank group and PDCA implementation group. Through the statistical comparison of the error data of medical advice and nursing work, the role of PDCA circulation theory intervention in promoting the rational application of intravenous drugs in nursing staff was analyzed. RESULTS Results: The results showed that after the one-year PDCA cycle theoretical intervention, both the number of unreasonable medical advices and the rate of unreasonable medical advices showed a decreasing trend, the rate of correction of medical advices of nursing staff increased from 54.5% to 87.8%, the overall incidence of nursing errors significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). At the same time, it was found that after the intervention of PDCA cycle theory, the working time of each link of nursing staff was significantly shortened and the working efficiency was significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS Conclusions: Based on PDCA circulation theory, hospital information intelligent management system promote the rational application of intravenous drugs, which is applied in the process of intravenous drug preparation and medical order execution of nurses in the public health clinical center of the hospital. It can reduce the probability of nursing errors, promote the rational and standardized application of intravenous drugs, and help to improve the overall nursing level, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. The circulation system is a vital linking infrastructure that connects various activities and uses land on an area and inside a building that considers functional, economic, flexibility and comfort aspects. The explanation of this theory emphasizes the uniqueness of the building itself. So that there are various shapes of buildings in an effort to adjust to environmental conditions, climate, and natural surroundings. As a result, the resulting building has a special shapeation in accordance with the idea of an architect.

This study aims to describe the history of the formation of Bangkali Village, Watopute District, Muna Regency. The method used in the study was the historical method developed by Kuntowijoyo through five stage of work, namely: (1) Topic Selection, (2) Collection of cources, (3) references verification (critical sources throught external and internal critical sources) and (4) sources Interpretation (analysis and synthesis) and (5) Historiography (historycal writing). The lliterature review in this study consisted of the conceptual framework and the theoretical framework. The conceptual framework used  the concept of regional expansion, the concept of rural history, and the concept of village and village governance. The theoretical framework used elite circulation theory. The findings of the research showed that: (1) Bangkali Village was formed due to consideration of the area and population density conditions which were sufficient to be expanded. (2) The process of establishing Bangkali Village, namely: (a) It was begun with government policy that each hamlet far from the parent village must be divided so that it is easy in the administrative process. (b) Support from the village community and community leaders to immediately propose the division of the village to the regional government. Then, Bangkali Village was formed on April 15th, 1976 through decree number 27 of 1976 concerning the division of villages in Wali Village. (3) The development of Bangkali Village in 1976-2017 in general showed a fairly good development in the fields of politics, general government, infrastructure, and economy.
