Annotation. The aim is to study the features of the structure of “internal conflict” and “internal vacuum” as a result of the dissociation between the choice of vital values and their availability in women with depression of different genesis and different severity of macro-, meso- and microsocial maladaptation, further targeted targets of personalized treatment and rehabilitation. The study included 94 individuals with a depressive disorder of psychogenic origin (prolonged depressive response due to an adaptation disorder), 83 women with endogenous depression (depressive episode; recurrently depressive disorder; bipolar affective disorder, current episode of depression), and 75 depressed of depression (organic affective disorders). The study was conducted using clinical psychopathological and psychodiagnostic methods. 48 women had no signs of psychosocial maladaptation, while the other 204 showed manifestations of macro-, meso-, and microsocial maladaptation of different severity. The study was conducted using clinical psychopathological and psychodiagnostic methods. The technique of studying the value orientations in the modification of O.B. Fantalova was used. The fountain. Statistical and mathematical analysis included the formation of descriptive statistics and the analysis of differences using nonparametric methods. The study revealed important patterns of transformation of the value-motivational sphere of women suffering from depressive disorders, depending on the severity of macro-, meso- and micro-social maladaptation, namely, an increase in the absolute dissociation rate as the signs of maladaptation increase in all spheres, spheres of health, active life, materially secured life, freedom as independence in actions and actions and creativity. The greatest dissociation by type of internal conflict (valuable but inaccessible) was found in the spheres of health, happy family life and material life. The greatest dissociation by type of internal vacuum (accessible but not valuable) is found in the fields of beauty of nature and art, cognition and creativity. The data obtained should be taken into account when developing treatment and rehabilitation measures for a given contingent of patients.

On a sample of 262 patients with mental illnesses based on restructured clinical scales of MMPI-2 six latent personality profiles were identified. A “suppressive” profile is characterized by a tendency toward self-presentation, suppression, and is more common with adaptation disorder and schizophrenia. The “normative” profile can be combined with aggressiveness, difficulties of behavior control and is typical for every second patient with addictions. The “psychopathized” profile is haracterized by a nonspecific increase in psychopathological complaints and is common in depressions. The “neurotic” profile is typical for patients with affective and schizotypal disorders. The “schizoid” profile is associated with signs of bizarre mantations, psychotic symptoms and fears, while the profile of decompensation reflects a general acute condition or responses invalidity.

The use of ICTs has become an obligation rather than an option for teachers. This intense pressure leads to a modern adaptation disorder expressed as technostress. Technostress is one of the many problems experienced particularly by beginning teachers, and the technostress levels of these teachers were investigated. For this purpose, in the 2015-2016 academic years, data were collected from 83 teachers having a professional seniority of 0-5 years. It was concluded that the general levels of technostress of the teachers were moderate, which they had a moderate-level technostress at the learning-teaching process-oriented, technical-issue-oriented, and social-oriented technostress factors, and they had a low-level of technostress at the profession-oriented and personal-oriented technostress factors. When examined in terms of the variables, while the general level of technostress does not vary by gender and branch group, it varies by the variable of average use of the internet. Finally, the solution proposals for technostress were examined.

Purpose: Assessment of psycho-physiological adaptation of patients with local radiation injuries (LRI), depending on the presence or absence of an established connection with an accident at work in connection with a radiation accident or an incident that has undergone a psychophysiological examination. Material and methods: Clinical and psychophysiological examination of 57 patients with local radiation injuries was performed, 20 of them, whose LRI s were associated with an accident at work (Group 1) and 37 patients, whose LRI connection was not established with production (Group 2). The mean age of the examined subjects was 41.6 ± 3.1 and 52.0 ± 1.6 years. The psychophysiological examination was carried out using the automated program-methodical complex “Expert”, designed to study the personality of a person, the cognitive and intellectual characteristics of a person using the method of the Multilateral Personality Study is an adaptation of MMPI, the method of Cattell’s 16PF, the Raven test, simple and complex sensorimotor reactions and reaction to a moving object. Results: Clinical and psychophysiological assessment of personality and the actual mental state of patients with LRI having an established connection to an accident at work in comparison with patients with LRI with an unrelated connection with production allowed to determine the main types of disturbance of psychophysiological adaptation in a kind of anxiety-hypochondriacal type of adaptation disorder with a tendency to dissocial behavior in patients with LRI who have an established connection with an accident at work. Conclusion: Anxiety-hypochondriacal type of disturbance of psychophysiological adaptation in patients with LRI is caused primarily by concern about the state of physical health, which determined the tension of mental adaptation with a tendency to neglect social norms and rules of behavior, with a tendency to dissocial behavior, psychasthenia, autization, distancing, alienation, affective rigidity, the desire to put the blame on others for the violation of interpersonal relationships, life difficulties and emotions conflicts. The dissocial type of the disturbance of psychophysiological adaptation was revealed mainly in patients with LRI who have established connection with an accident at work.

SummaryIt is known that increased morbidity with temporary incapacity for work (MTIW) is related to stress level and psychosocial factors at work. Practices for stress management, conflict avoidance and optimization of working conditions are known to reduce MTIW level. The aim of the present study was to analyze MTIW and propose measures to optimize and reduce strain at work. The study covered MTIW in labour inspectors, a total of 334 people, men and women aged from 24 to 69. The evaluation was based on 11 of the generally accepted indices. MTIW structure was analyzed. MTIW was rated as high according to case frequency and as very high according to day frequency. The average duration of a TI case was 12.63, and the relative share of people who were frequently taken ill for a long period was 12.81. In the ITI structure, diseases of the respiratory system (42.0%) ranked first, followed by diseases of the nervous system (18.8%), the digestive system (9.9%), CVS (8.3%) and MSS (7.2%). These 5 groups of diseases covered 86.2% of all diagnoses. The remaining 7 groups of diseases covered less than 14% of the diagnoses. The group of people most frequently taken ill for long periods included 28 inspectors who had used 42.5% of the total number of days. Two inspectors with 140 days of absence from work were cases of TI resulting from severe stress and adaptation disorder. Measures were proposed regarding the reduction of strain at work and the risk of stress.
