In order to analyze the feasibility of integrating Sunan music into children’s music teaching through research, a knowledge-based system for children’s music teaching strategies based on case-based reasoning is proposed. The system can collect sufficient data and information, the exact orientation of piano learning, and the exact choice of teaching modes by questionnaires. Research data show that the vast majority of children like music teaching, and they like 76% more than they do not like, and more parents who express an indifferent attitude to music are 84% more than those who feel important. This experimental study shows that most teachers hold a positive attitude toward the development and use of folk music education resources in kindergartens, and parents do not have enough knowledge about folk music. The infiltration of excellent local culture in children’s music activities can improve students’ cultural literacy, let the new generation understand the tradition and the classics, and let children understand the local culture of southern Jiangsu and inherit the excellent culture of the Chinese nation through the understanding, feeling, and understanding of the local culture of southern Jiangsu. This is the new idea of local cultural heritage in southern Jiangsu and also the responsibility of kindergarten education.

Industrial transfer is reshaping the geographic layout of industries and facilitating the transfer and spread of environmental pollution. This study employs the pollution transfer estimation method to discuss the environmental effect of industrial transfer. By compiling statistics on industries of a certain scale according to time-series data, the researchers compute the pollution load generated by industrial transfer and the difference in pollution emissions for each region and industry. Through the constructed evaluation model, the empirical scope is Jiangsu, which is the most developed industry in China. The results reveal that there is an apparent spatial hierarchy among the transferred industries in Jiangsu. Most industries transfer from the southern Jiangsu region toward the central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu regions. Environmental pollution is redistributed among prefecture-level cities because of intercity industrial transfer; the spatial characteristics of pollution exhibit a notable hierarchical pattern. Furthermore, the transferred pollution load differs considerably between industries. The textile industry and chemical raw material and chemical product industry are mainly transferred toward the Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu regions, whereas the papermaking and paper product manufacturing industry is primarily redistributed to the Southern Jiangsu region. The empirical results can serve as a reference for analyzing the environmental pollution effects of regional industrial transfer.

Huangyan dialect (, local name: [wɔ̤ɲjɛ˜̤wa̤]) is a variety of Taizhou dialect () as spoken in Zhejiang Province in China1 (see Figure 1).2 Huangyan District had a population of 616,000 people in 2019.3 The Zhejiang Taizhou dialect belongs to the Wu dialect group, which forms the second largest dialect group in China (after Mandarin). The language genealogy of Huangyan is presented in Figure 2. Wu dialects are spoken in the city of Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, southern Jiangsu Province and bordering areas (see Figure 3), an area with an estimated population of 80 million people in 2013 (Lewis 2009). The Wu dialects are not mutually intelligible with (Standard) Mandarin and often not even with each other (Norman 2003, Wang 2014).

Abstract PurposeHealth-related quality of life (HRQoL) population norms have been published in China but only for urban populations. Moreover, China is large and diverse in culture and social development, and regional population norms may be more appropriate than national norms. The purpose of the study was to derive the HRQoL population norms for adults in southern Jiangsu Province and explored potential influencing factors. MethodsThe data were based on a cross-sectional survey conducted in Liyang City from March 2019 to July 2020. EQ-5D-5L utility scores based on Chinese value set and EQ-VAS scores were used to assess HRQoL. The Tobit regression model and generalized linear model were performed to identify the association among potential covariates and HRQoL. ResultsThe means (95% confidence interval) of the EQ-5D-5L utility scores and VAS scores were 0.981(0.980-0.983) and 83.6(83.2-83.9), respectively. Younger people were more likely to experience problems with anxiety or depression. Lower HRQoL was associated with elderly individuals, lower socioeconomic status, no spouse, lack of regular physical activities, smoking cessation, and chronic non-communicable diseases. Subjects who declared that they were afflicted by diseases presented significantly lower utility scores, ranging from 0.823(0.766-0.880) for memory-related diseases to 0.978 (0.967-0.989) for hepatic diseases. ConclusionsRegional population norms of HRQoL are needed in the health economic study owing to the great socioeconomic differences across regions in China. The present study provides HRQoL population norms for adults in southern Jiangsu. These norm values could help policy makers better allocate limited health resources and prioritize service plans.

Unbalanced regional development is widespread, and the imbalance of regional development in developing countries with rapid urbanization is increasingly apparent. This threatens the sustainable development of the region. Promoting the coordinated development of the region has become a hot spot of scientific research and a major practical need. Taking 99 counties of Jiangsu Province China, a typical coastal plain region, as the basic research unit, this paper explores the unbalanced development characteristics of the regional urban spatial form using three indicators: urban spatial expansion size, development intensity, and distribution aggregation degree. Then, their driving mechanisms were evaluated using spatial autocorrelation analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, linear regression, and geographically weighted regression. Our results found that the areas with larger urban spatial expansion size and development intensity were mainly concentrated in southern Jiangsu, where there was a positive spatial correlation between them. We found no agglomeration phenomenon in urban spatial distribution aggregation degree. From the perspective of driving factors: economics was the main driving factor of urban spatial expansion size; urbanization level and urbanization quality were the main driving factors of urban spatial development intensity. Natural landform and urbanization level are the main driving factors of urban spatial distribution aggregation degree. Finally, we discussed the optimization strategy of regional coordinated development. The quality of urbanization development and regional integration should be promoted in Southern Jiangsu. The level of urbanization development should be improved relying on rapid transportation to develop along the axis in central Jiangsu. The economic size should be increased, focusing on the expansion of the urban agglomeration in northern Jiangsu. This study will enrich the perspective of research on the characteristics and mechanisms of regional urban spatial imbalance, and helps to optimize and regulate the imbalance of regional urban development from multiple perspectives.
