This article approaches the emotional aspect of man, by focusing on emotional intelligence and the concepts associated with it according to two levels: Firstly; Invoking some theoretical models of emotional intelligence, as well as the most important models that explain it, with defining its dimensions. Secondly; See the scales used to measure it and its importance in psychological and social balance. It also aims to evoke the neural basis of this intelligence and its mental and nervous processes, and to monitor its relationship with the environment and genetics and its influence on them, to explain the differences between individuals. It has been shown that emotional intelligence plays a major role on the level of individual adaptation in different contexts: socially, scientifically, and academically. Because it is multifaceted, theoretical models have been crystallized for it; It may be cognitive, or models for a group of traits, or mixed models, which helped to build the standards currently known. By measuring emotional intelligence, it is possible to predict the individual's success or failure in social life, and may exceed mental intelligence in this. Keywords: Intelligence; Emotional Intelligence; Emotion, Affect; Emotional Intelligence Measures.

AbstractRecent attempts to understand the origin of social fragmentation on the basis of spin models include terms accounting for two social phenomena: homophily—the tendency for people with similar opinions to establish positive relations—and social balance—the tendency for people to establish balanced triadic relations. Spins represent attribute vectors that encode G different opinions of individuals whose social interactions can be positive or negative. Here we present a co-evolutionary Hamiltonian model of societies where people minimise their individual social stresses. We show that societies always reach stationary, balanced, and fragmented states, if—in addition to homophily—individuals take into account a significant fraction, q, of their triadic relations. Above a critical value, $$q_c$$ q c , balanced and fragmented states exist for any number of opinions.

Abstract Recent attempts to understand the origin of social fragmentation on the basis of spin models include terms accounting for two social phenomena: homophily—the tendency for people with similar opinions to establish positive relations—and social balance—the tendency for people to establish balanced triadic relations. Spins represent attribute vectors that encode G different opinions of individuals; social interactions between individuals can be positive or negative. Here we present a co-evolutionary Hamiltonian framework that minimizes individuals’ social stress in social networks that have finite connectivity and people with a small number of attributes. We show that such systems always reach stationary, balanced, and fragmented states, if –in addition to homophily– individuals take into account a significant fraction, q, of their triadic relations. Above a critical value, qc, balanced and fragmented states exist for any number of opinions.

In this paper, we examine the concept of the social balance sheet (SBS) and its evolution in corporate social reports that large companies have to issue today in their yearly statements. The SBS allows companies to evaluate their compliance with corporate social responsibility during a specific period and quantify its level of accomplishment. From a methodological perspective, this research analyzed the information that should be contained in the SBS report comparing economic value added (EVA) with other social value added statements (SVA), analyzing also in detail the case of Spain’s Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) bank as one of the pioneers in offering social reports. Along with this study, their metrics following EVA were recalculated and a more academic SVA statement was proposed for this specific case.

Blurred village boundaries can cause confusion in the implementation of village services, pawedalan, punia funds, kasucianism and non-compliance for local residents. This condition is believed by Hindus to cause disruption of social balance (sekala) and magic (niskala). As a result of the unclear territorial boundaries of the Pakraman village, there was a customary reaction in Pakraman Penatih Puri Village with Pakraman Peguyangan Village. This research will discuss 2 (two) main points, namely: (1) How is the settlement of customary disputes regarding the boundaries between Pakraman Penatih Puri Village and Pakraman Peguyangan Village? (2) What are the factors that hinder the settlement of customary disputes regarding the boundary between Pakraman Penatih Puri and Pakraman Peguyangan villages? This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive and analytical in nature. Settlement of customary disputes regarding the boundaries between Pakraman Penatih Puri Village and Pakraman Peguyangan Village which are resolved by means of mediation by making a collective agreement or pararem which is used as the legal basis in the Pakraman village. Awig-awig is made in order to create harmony and security in society.
