In order to better assist clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma, and our understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different examination techniques of DR, CT and MRI, this article collects the pathological diagnosis of the PACS Medical system of Liaocheng People’s Hospital 2015 to 2018. 130 patients with osteosarcoma and imaging examination data, retrospectively analyzed the diagnostic and clinical staging information contained in DR, CT and MRI examination data of osteosarcoma patients, and detected the diagnosis and clinical staging information of osteosarcoma by comparing various examination methods ability to obtain the optimal imaging examination method that can provide complete diagnosis and clinical staging information of osteosarcoma, and is recommended as a routine clinical examination program. Finally, we conclude that: DR, CT, and MRI examinations have no significant differences in the detection capacity of osteosarcoma bone destruction, periosteal response, and periosteal triangle; MRI has less ability to detect tumor bone than DR and CT; DR has soft tissue. The ability to detect masses is inferior to CT and MRI. Among the single DR, CT or MRI examinations, CT examinations have the best comprehensive detection ability for all imaging diagnostic signs of osteosarcoma. MR examination has the best comprehensive display of clinical staging information such as infiltration range and infiltration boundary of osteosarcoma. Combined DR, CT, and MRI examinations are optimized imaging procedures that provide complete osteosarcoma diagnosis and clinical staging information.

This research has been conducted based on the declining condition of literacy in Indonesia since 2017. Since quality culture is crucial during this time, a research on literacy skills in elementary schools needs to be done. This is a qualitative descriptive research. It aims to analyze the literacy skills in maintaining the quality culture in Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Malang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, the instruments used in this research are interviews and documentation. The research subjects comprise teachers, headmasters, and students of Muhammadiyah elementary schools in Malang City. The results show that during the pandemic, the subjects have applied digital and informational literacy skills in the learning process through several platforms. Moreover, using these skills, the teachers have co-written a compilation of best practic-es registered on ISBN. Supporting factors in literacy skills as a quality culture in Muhammadiyah elementary schools include the intensity to access more information, optimization of teacher skills through various workshops and peer tutors, and improvement of existing infrastructure in schools. While the hindering factor is the understanding of educators and education on the school literacy movement is school literacy.

Background: Social participation is beneficial for individuals’ health. However, people with disabilities that may lead to mobility limitations tend to experience lower levels of social participation. Information and communication technologies such as the OnRoule mobile application (app) can help promote social participation. Objectives: To obtain potential users’ perceptions on the usability and content of the OnRoule app for providing information on accessibility, as well as its potential to optimize social participation. Materials and Methods: Cross-sectional user-centered design study. Individuals with physical disabilities (n = 18) were recruited through community organizations and interviewed using a semi-structured guide. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: Three main themes were identified: (1) “user-friendliness”; (2) “balance between the amount and relevance of information”; and (3) “potential use of the app”. Discussion and Conclusion: Findings from this study indicated that the app was easy to use, had pertinent information, and enabled a positive experience of finding information. However, several areas of improvement were identified, such as the clarity of specific elements, organization and amount of information, optimization of features, and inclusiveness. Apps such as OnRoule could optimize social participation by facilitating the process of finding resources in the community and building a sense of connectedness between users.

Introduction. The task of describing and modeling a set of objects in many cases is impractical to carry out by constructing models for the set as a whole. For a more accurate description, it is necessary to divide the initial set of objects into groups, within which there will be similar objects. This initial stage is carried out using cluster analysis methods. Further, you can conduct a more detailed analysis within each cluster. Goals and objectives. The number of clusters into which we want to divide the set of objects under study is usually set in advance. The purpose of the article is to use methods that allow you to optimize the number of partitioning clusters. Methods. The methods of cluster analysis were used, as well as information optimization criteria. Results and discussion. The clustering procedure for the administrative-territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is considered. Seven indicators were taken as parameters for each subject – population, number of fires, damage from fires, number of deaths in fires – in natural units, and three relative indicators. First of all, it was found that the clustering procedure had to be carried out separately for indicators in natural units and for relative indicators – the difference in the range of numbers for these groups is too great. For indicators in natural units, the clustering procedure was carried out in two ways – hierarchical clustering (SPSS program) and clustering by the k-means method in the Jupyter notebook environment using the Python programming language. Similar work was done with the three remaining relative indicators. Conclusions. Correlation analysis of the first four indicators showed that there is a multicollinearity effect – the correlation coefficient of the number of fires and the number of fire deaths exceeded the threshold value of 0,8. The parameter of the number of fires was retained for further analysis. The study showed that of the two methods used – hierarchical clustering and clustering by the k-means method in the Jupyter notebook environment – the latter method gives more meaningful results, allowing you to move on to a more detailed study of a set of objects that are similar in their parameters in each cluster. Key words: cluster analysis, parameters, optimization of the number of clusters.
