The article presents the theoretical characteristics of the strategic functions of the system of foreign student’s social and pedagogical support, namely, the prognostic and the project functions. The features of forecasting during the adaptation process are considered, which are in the consideration of the entire spectrum of probable actions and potential problem situations. This will allow to find a solution during the preparatory stage, to form the appropriate skills, to overcome them and carry out the practical activity more effectively in future. Thus, the prognostic function plays an important role in the system of foreign students’ socio-pedagogical support, allowing them to make prognostic activities both the potential events that will occur when performing an action and the consequences of choosing a particular approach or cultural pattern when communicating with a representative of another country and culture. Adaptive activity is not only about the formation of the necessary skills to be able to interact with representatives of other culture and to conduct an effective academic process. But this kind of activity can be carried out only as a result of achieving the goals set by the projective function. The features of which are: to formulate the purpose of the whole adaptation process, that will move to the next stages of socio-pedagogical support projecting; to have a goal that allows you to find and approve the tools that must be used in the adaptation process; to build a sequence of actions that will help to achieve the goal, that provides the selection of stages; to take into account the importance of evaluating the results that will be formed during the adaptation activity to determine the level of development of knowledge and skills of a foreign student, to determine the need for additional training or retraining. All these components allow us to talk about the necessity to build a model by the foreign student and consultant, which will demonstrate the sequence of actions aimed at projecting adaptation activities. This kind of model will allow to formulate the stages of the preparatory process, including the development of an adaptation program.

Aim. The aim of the study is to perform psychological and psychophysiological analysis of the features of stress resistance that provide adaptation of medical personnel in the situation of uncertainty. Materials and methods. The study involved: 125 students of III and IV years of study majoring in “Treatment” and “Nursing”; 95 internship doctors 2-3 years of training in various specializations. 36.84% of the total numbers of studied internship doctors were those whose specialization is characterized by an increased level of stress. Methods: correlation analysis, tests with standardized questionnaires. Result. It was found that the manifestation of open, direct aggression by respondents is an acceptable strategy of interaction, which does not significantly affect adaptability. It has been studied that hostility, as an internal directive of the personality, is often not observed externally and determines the decrease in emotional comfort and violation of adaptation. Conclusions. It is proved that adaptive activity as a system-forming factor is accompanied by a number of psychological, biological and social processes and collectively forms the stress resistance of the personality. It is indicated that the immune system is an important part of the functional systems that form the biological factor of functional diagnosis at the stage of low stress resistance and borderline disorders. It is noted that it is appropriate to use functional diagnosis as a basis for diagnosing a person’s mental state in the development of stress resistance.

It should be noted that the current situation in Russia with regard to the socio-psychological adaptation of young people (age 17—25) to the changing digital environment does not find a proper theoretical and practical solution. Therefore, representatives of the socio-humanitarian sciences need their own methodology for measuring the adaptability of young people as the basis of their creative life. We believe that the key strategic line in the development of adaptability is to support of a young person formation as a subject of his own life. Despite the challenges of the times, the problem of adaptation in the aspect of subjectivity is limited to the spread of “myths” about the digital society and the declarative statements arising from them without a proper strategic and tactical scientific program. In this regard, the fundamental scientific result of our project will be developing, testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the methodology for measuring the socio-psychological adaptation of young people, developed on the basis of digital anthropology and metrology, which can be used as an interdisciplinary model of socio-humanitarian examination of subjectivity and adaptability. The assessment scale can be based on the idea of a standard (value, meaning), which form subjectivity, are formulated by the subject, determine the direction of his activity, his abilities, the project of his being. The model of this complex non-physical quantity can be represented through the concept of supervenience. Supervenience enables us to explain reductively through functional analysis. By explaining how functions are performed, we will explain the phenomenon. The cognitive model of subjectivity is such an abstractly causally organized system, the mechanisms of which are sufficient for implementing the corresponding functions. Then this model becomes logically possible, and, therefore, empirically confirmed (or refuted). Thus, it becomes possible to theoretically substantiate and experimentally prove that subjectivity is the basis of adaptability (strong option) or adaptability is closely related to subjectivity (weak option) and that for each type of adaptive activity the basis is a certain type of subjectivity. On the basis of this, an interdisciplinary model of socio-humanitarian examination of subjectivity and adaptability will be developed.

The aim of the study is to prove that the regulation of the magnitude of the risks of emotional burnout syndrome (SEV) in persons in hazardous occupations (OP) can influence the processes of the emergence and formation of SEV. Materials and methods of research. All the examined persons of hazardous occupations (296 people) who had different degrees of probability of occurrence (PVV) of burnout syndrome were divided into 2 subgroups: the 1st subgroup, in which no corrective measures were carried out – 87 people, including 12 people with PVV1, 25 people with PVV2, 25 people with PVV3, 25 people with PVV4 and the 2nd subgroup, in which complex recovery measures were carried out – 209 people, of them with PVV1-20 people, with PVV2 – 58, with PVV3 – 30, with PVV4 – 101 people, where PVV1 is the highest, and PVV4 is the lowest degree of probability of SEV occurrence. Recovery activities were of complex character and included: group classes (lectures) and individual consultations; prevention of occupational risks – a profession-related analysis of activities and recommendations for their optimization; corrective and recovery activities using the devices "Alfaria" and ASIR. Evaluation of the effectiveness of measures was carried out using the device UPFT-1/30-"Psychophysiologist", which allows to determine the parameters of the functional state of the vegetative nervous system, the nature and features of adaptive activity of the body; the effectiveness and adequacy of specific therapeutic and corrective measures, as well as-using the Giessen questionnaire – to assess the presence of psychosomatic disorders. Research results and their analysis. Carrying out comprehensive preventive measures at the early stages of the first signs of SEV in OP individuals (risk management) will help to minimize or level the risks of the occurrence and further development of this syndrome. A set of preventive measures to regulate the risks of SEV in OP individuals can be the basis for further development and improvement of methods and tools for regulating the risks of SEV in various professional contingents and groups.
