This paper gives examples of the implementation of energy-saving measures in public premises. The introduction of energy-saving measures at enterprises significantly reduces the fixed component of industrial expenditures. As a rule, educational institutions, for example, public premises, are financed from the state budget, and saving money on utilities will enable redirecting finances to the development of the university’s educational and scientific base. Thus, the main purpose of implementing such measures is to reduce the cost of maintaining buildings. The measures are divided into three stages. At the first preparatory stage, the problem elements of a building and communications, which require the introduction of energy-saving measures using a special Fluke Ti25 device, are identified. Problem elements of the building structure were determined by complete scanning of the ceiling, walls, and floor with the help of a thermal imager. A large (more than 10 %) difference between indoor air temperature and the temperature of the building element indicates a problem element. The research method is thermographic. The study contains an example of scanning the wall of the premises. The temperature difference between the left and the right sides of the wall is 2.6 °C (the difference with the room temperature is 21 %). This indicates significant heat losses through the wall. At the second stage of information processing, measures to reduce energy consumption were determined. At the third stage of the introduction of energy-saving measures, the measures that directly affect the energy consumption of a building and effective functioning of communications were implemented. The practical relevance of the study is to obtain results and practical recommendations that can be applied in practice to improve the energy efficiency of premises and buildings.

The article deals with the autobiography of Paul Claudel in his essay Ma Conversion written in 1913 at the request of readers. The readers believe that his biography no longer belongs to him, so the experience of his conversion should be of common property. It reveals his confessional retrospective traits and self-awareness in biographical literary works. Different types of confession, features of preaching, self-expression and autobiography are interwoven in the essay. The language of the essay is poetic and polysemantic. Distance is manifested in many ways in Claudels works, from the explicit biographical author - moi, Paul to the literary author - le pote. The writer begins in a confessional, indecisive manner, but as he becomes more professional, he resorts to the biographical author less willingly, more often remaining on the sidelines as a literary author. There is less open reflection in the collection of works Conversations (1926-1937), so the poet discusses reality, but he does not describe his feelings and actions as he did when he was younger. Claudel's autobiography combines the sacred and the secular, while the intimate and the public act as a preparatory stage to a multi-volume exegetic novel.

This research aims to (evaluating maps and illustrations in geography books for the preparatory stage). In order to answer the research questions, the researchers prepared two tools, the first tool represented the quality standard of maps, while the second tool represented the standard of photographers, and the map tool in its final form consisted of (51) fifty-one indicators distributed on (13) thirteen basic elements of the map and a visual variable, either The graphic tool included (39) thirty-nine indicators distributed over (12) twelve criteria, and the validity was confirmed by presenting them to the arbitrators. Stability through time, stability between two analysts, so the reliability coefficient reached: for the researcher over time for the maps criterion (91%) and for the graphics criterion (93%), and the reliability coefficient between the researcher and the other analysts for the maps criterion (88%) and for the graphics criterion (90%). To analyze the data, the researcher used the statistical methods and means represented by: Cooper's equation to calculate the reliability coefficient, frequencies, arithmetic mean and standard deviation to find out the degree of availability of each indicator and each criterion. Most of them were low for these books. As for the pictorial ones (pictures and drawings), the percentage of verification in the fourth and fifth grade book was higher than what was achieved in the sixth grade book.

Abstract Agriculture and the industry associated with it has traditionally been focused on man and his direct labour with minimal use of machinery and mechanical equipment. But gradually advanced technologies are being introduced into this area. Today, almost any labour and creative processes of human activity are closely connected with maximum informatization and visualization of information through digital technologies, including in the agro-industrial complex. The article examines the design role, computer graphics and colour in the process of creating objects and equipment for the agro-industrial complex. The task is to trace how the digital technologies’ use affects the design and imaginative solution of the object world, which colour is more often used for the agricultural machinery design, what is the reason for the particular colour choice. The issue of creating virtual interfaces for the promotion of companies engaged in the production and sale of machinery and components of the agricultural sector, on the Rostselmash example, was also touched upon. The modern computers and programs’ use in industrial design makes it possible to accelerate the process of the preparatory stage of sketching, the search for a figurative and colour solution of the future object of the spatial environment, and most importantly - to achieve a successful aesthetics and functionality collaboration.

The goal of the current research is to identify: - research is to identify the extent of the advanced physics teachers of the preparatory stage with the dimensions of technical enlightenment. This goal is achieved by answering the following question: - Does the level of literacy among middle school physics teachers elevate the dimensions of technical enlightenment to the point of sufficiency (80%) on the scale prepared for this purpose? Where the researcher built a scale with the dimensions of technical enlightenment to measure the extent of mastery of physics teachers for the preparatory stage in the light of indicators presented to a group of experts and specialists to achieve the apparent validity of the scale. The test was on an exploratory sample consisting of (60) teachers and one of the middle school teachers, then the researcher applied the scale to the basic research sample consisting of (100) teachers and schools in the second semester of the academic year (2020-2021) AD, who were intentionally chosen From the governorate center schools, the results showed by using the Statistical Bag for Social Sciences (Spss-10) and (Microsoft excel) the following: - The level of proficiency of middle school physics teachers with dimensions of technical enlightenment is less than the level of proficiency (80%) of the total score of the scale of dimensions of technical enlightenment. In light of the results of the research, the researcher came up with recommendations, including: 1- Take advantage of new programs in the field of technologies, the use of computers and the Internet to be modern sources for teachers' culture content. 2- Holding training courses for physics teachers to familiarize them with the dimensions of technical enlightenment. 3- Recommending teachers in general and physics teachers in particular to work on developing themselves by keeping pace with scientific and technical development and thus benefiting their students. Key word: Technologicai Literacy،Comptency Limit

The development of museology in Turkey corresponds to the last period of the Ottoman Empire (westernization period). One of the main reasons why the idea of museology developed in a late period in Turkey was that the protection of cultural heritage did not gain importance. In this direction, the importance of protecting ancient artifacts in a building and being a museum has been understood late. However, thanks to the museum examples that Ahmet Fethi Pasha, one of the important statesmen of the period, saw during his European travels, the lack of a museum in Turkey was constantly mentioned. European museums, which influenced the Pasha, strengthened the idea of establishing a museum in Istanbul day by day. Thus, museology activities were started with the transformation of Hagia Eirene Church into a museum. Hagia Iri Church was the first example in Turkey in terms of forming the core of the idea of museology. Ottoman period museology, after the foreign directors, Osman Hamdi Bey was appointed as the museum director, and Turkish Museology was brought to life in a real sense. Osman Hamdi has spent a lot of effort to advance museology in accordance with the contemporary understanding of museology. Considering in this context, it has been a preparatory stage in the museum of the Republic Period. When we look at the museums of the Republic Period, museum activities were carried out with a rapid breakthrough under the leadership of Atatürk. Community Centers, were established in order to adopt the reforms made in this period to the public. In time, a “museum branch” was added to the Community Centers. With the museology branch, it was aimed to explain the importance of museology to the public and to be sensitive about it. In the community centers, ethnographic materials reflecting the culture of the people were collected in the first place. Thus, preliminary preparations were made for the museums to be established. The main purpose of the study is to emphasize the importance of the Community Centers established in the Republican Period in Turkish Museology. Thanks to the community centers and cultural institutions established under the leadership of Atatürk, the adoption of museology to the public and its contributions to museology will be expressed. In the study, the historical background of the community centers will be included and the connection of these institutions with museology will be tried to be expressed.
