Aim: The present study will be undertaken to evaluate and compare the clinical success of stainless steel crowns and zirconia crowns in carious primary molars. Study Design: Randomized controlled trial. Place and Duration of the Study: Department of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry, Sharad Pawar Dental College & Hospital, Duration- One year Methodology: In this Split-mouth, 12 months study, set of primary molars in 4-9 years old children will be restored with stainless steel crown and zirconia crown. The primary objective is the assessment of clinical success by evaluating pain, swelling and pathologic mobility at baseline, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months interval. The secondary objectives are to assess the level of parental satisfaction by applying fivepoint likert scale and evaluate the gingival condition by recording Sillness and Loe Plaque index (PI) and Loe and Silness Gingival Index (GI) of study groups at periodic interval of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Results: The results of the present study will investigate the effectiveness of two types of pediatric full coverage restorations for management of extensive caries in primary molars. Conclusion: The findings of the present research would help the patient and practitioners to select appropriate therapeutic option.

Banding has been regarded as one of the most severe defects affecting the overall image quality in the printing industry. There has been a lot of research on it, but most of them focused on uniform pages or specific test images. Aiming at detecting banding on customer’s content pages, this paper proposes a banding processing pipeline that can automatically detect banding, identify periodic and isolated banding, and estimate the periodic interval. In addition, based on the detected banding characteristics, the pipeline predicts the overall quality of printed customer’s content pages and obtains predictions similar to human perceptual assessment.

Temporal dataset evaluation is the problem of establishing to what extent a set of temporal data (histories) complies with a given temporal condition. Checking interval temporal logic formulas against a finite model has been recently proposed, and proved successful, as a tool to solve such a problem. In this paper, we address the problem of checking interval temporal logic specifications, supporting interval length constraints, against infinite, finitely representable models, and we show the applicability of the resulting procedure to the evaluation of incomplete temporal datasets viewed as finite prefixes of ultimately-periodic histories.

In the present study storage conditions ensuring better stability of Soybean oil over a period of 180 days were investigated. The study was carried out on 12 samples (4x3) of three brands namely brand A, B and C. After periodic interval of time ‘acid value’ and ‘peroxide value’ for each sample were determined. The result showed that in every case, darkness decreased degradation in oil over the normal condition over the period of experiments. Results were expressed in terms of acid value and peroxide value. For example peroxide values for samples of brand A stored under normal condition and in the dark were 0.88 on first day where the value came up to 128.64 and 33.3 at the end of 180 days respectively. The trend remained the same for the samples of brand B and brand C. In this study an attempt was made to decrease autooxidation in oils when vitamin E was added (1 ml of 200IU d-α-tocopherol per 100 ml of oil). Samples with and without vitamin E were stored under normal condition and in the dark. Results were expressed in terms of peroxide values. Results failed to show a clear trend of decreasing auto oxidation at the end of 180 days irrespective of the nature of storing condition.
