The method for determining the duration of a combined foundation device, which is constructed in several stages, is considered in the article. The main stages include the construction of structures and the regulation of the stress-strain state of the soil base, which is carried out by pressing it. Pressurization is carried out during the construction of the building. On an example of construction of the linear schedule the mutual coordination of works of each stage during building of a building is resulted. The possibility of varying the time parameters of the network model is presented depending on the parameters of the crimping process. Between the late and early beginnings of work there is a common time reserve, which is part of the technological break. The authors present empirical data on the actual duration of concreting of grillage of combined foundations. The study of time parameters of technological processes was based on such methods of observation as timekeeping, photo-timing and video and photo-fixation. The measurements were carried out during the construction of the residential complex «Neighbors» in Tyumen. The scope of research included the study of labor costs of the team, consisting of seven concrete workers. The investigated technological process of concreting consistently included the reception and direction of the concrete mix, laying, leveling and compacting the mixture, smoothing and smoothing the grillage surface. Based on the data obtained, the dependencies of the average duration of concrete work on the volume of the concrete mix laid in the cells (shells) are revealed. The comparison of work durations on both foundations is made. Actual work is determined and work time standards are established, allowing to organize concrete works with sufficient precision when drawing up calendar plans within the framework of working out of projects for the production of works. This article is made in the framework of the dissertation research by co-author Volosiuk D.V.

In the recent years, the world economy has undergone an enormous transformation. It can be noted that it is not only based on industry, but also on knowledge. Achieving a competitive advantage by regions is further focused on investing in fixed assets, but, what is also important, in human capital. At present, a factor that is increasingly important in achieving competitiveness is the ability to use intangible resources. Expenditures on education and research, investing in people, their knowledge and skills are an essential precondition of raising competitiveness. In the case of a highly qualified staff, it allows the efficient introduction of new technologies and the creation of new directions for its development. The competitiveness of the regions is influenced, inter alia, by human talents, knowledge, entrepreneurship, initiative and own resources to improve living conditions. Human capital is thus a key determinant of the competitiveness of regions in Poland. Therefore, the priority of this article is to analyze the impact of selected components of human capital on the competitiveness of regions in Poland in the years 2007-2014. The article is both theoretical and empirical. The first part reviews the literature closely related to the topic of the work. The second part includes a statistical analysis and a construction of a panel model estimated by the method of least squares. GRETL program was used for calculations. Imię autora*:

Banking efficiency is very important in supporting the success of macro policies specifically, maintaining the sustainability of development that affects economic growth and social welfare. This study discusses the efficiency of commercial banks for the 2015-2019 period using data from the 10 largest commercial banks in Indonesia. The methodology used is non-parametric, Data Envelopment Analysis, to analyze technical efficiency. The results showed that 7 banks had a maximum efficiency level consistently during the study period and there were still 3 banks that did not reach the maximum efficiency but during certain periods or periods. Based on the results of the DEA, inefficient banks in a certain period can achieve maximum efficiency by reducing inputs such as labor costs, net fixed assets, and the number of deposits. This might be attributed that the competition in the banking industry and because not all inputs could be controlled by management, some large banks cannot maintain their level of efficiency consistently.

It has been proposed to use the analysis method of the operating environment to assess the effectiveness of small agricultural enterprises based on the two input factors characteristics (resources) – labor costs of enterprises, the cost of equity and the resultant factor – the volume of sales. Coefficients of coverage by volume of sold products (goods, works, services) of own capital cost and labor costs for small agricultural enterprises by types of economic activity have been calculated, which allowed types of economic activity rating by small enterprises by coefficients of coverage of sold products (goods, works, services) cost of capital, labor costs and financial results. It has been proved that the activity of small agricultural enterprises among all other types of economic activity has the highest rating on the coefficients of coverage of sold products (goods, works, services) of labor costs, but the lowest on the coefficients of coverage of sold products (goods, works, services) capital, despite the fact that the amount of profit is inferior only to economic entities engaged in wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. Using the coefficients values of coverage of the sold products volume (goods, works, services), the cost of equity and labor costs, built an environment for small agricultural enterprises, which allowed to form a line of technical efficiency: (agriculture, forestry and fisheries-wholesale and retail trade; repair motor vehicles and motorcycles-information and telecommunications-education) and on the basis of the position of agriculture, forestry and fisheries to find a new position by designing a line with the position of inefficient economic activity (Activities in the field of administrative and support services). It has been outlined the possibility of optimizing the activities of small agricultural enterprises by increasing the volume of sold products (goods, works, services) and reducing costs, which will improve the financial result (will increase profits).

The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of budget accounting to combine the fixed assets of the same type into one inventory item. It provides the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of this mechanism. The methodological base of the study includes the theory of accounting for fixed assets in state funded institutions. The analysis proves that the combination of fixed assets in a single inventory unit reduces labor costs for their accounting because the write-off of any out-of function fixed asset making part of such combined accounting item involves its decomposition and recording as separate fixed assets with individual inventory numbers. The article considers the structure of accounting records of fixed assets of the same type, proposes a modified template of an inventory card of group accounting (form 0504032) and an example of how to fill it in. It also provides recommendations on improvement of the accounting of such fixed assets to be used in the preparation of new norms in accounting for state funded organizations.

Maintaining safety during confined space work is one of the most challenging aspects of a turnaround, shutdown or outage. To handle the safety risks associated with confined space entry, a safety attendant is normally assigned to the entry point of a confined space to maintain communication with workers inside. However, the duties of the attendant are restricted to the outside of the vessel. So how do we ensure that the workers continue to be safe when they are inside the confined space? Harnessing technological advancements, a solution was designed that combines gas detection, video surveillance, two-way communication, access control and a command centre to enhance safety while improving productivity and reducing costs. The solution combines real-time gas detection, cameras with day–night vision installed outside and inside vessels, video recording and two-way communication. It delivers and stores data useful in alerting workers of hazardous environments, providing video evidence of safe behaviour, enables operators to see work inside the vessels in real time, and stores video and overlaid gas data logs to protect against future liabilities. The innovation revolutionises the role of the safety watch by replacing multiple safety attendants with two highly qualified personnel who monitor all confined spaces from the command centre. The paper discusses examples and provides data on the potential savings resulting from the implementation of the technology. The present paper also discusses further enhancements, including body cameras, monitoring of employee wellbeing and facility access control. This is the path to the digital turnaround of the future.

Reducing costs in the extraction and transportation of solid minerals is an urgent task. To solve it, the article proposes the use of a systematic approach to consider the features of planning the operation of motor vehicles in conditions of coal mine functioning uncertainty. The account of the uneven operation of mining, transport units and complexes for processing and loading coal into railroad cars allows you to identify the shortcomings in the work of the entire enterprise and reduce resources use at the planned production level. On the example of the Kemerovo region LLC «Razrez Pervomaisky» in the article the model of the excavator-automobile complex work planning is considered taking into account the dynamics of production and transport areas resources use. The use of random data makes it possible to flexibly redistribute vehicles along the routes of transportation and minimize the costs associated with the operation of dump trucks and excavators. The proposed methodology for planning the work of the excavator-automobile complex will allow to level the work and optimize the resources of all sections of the coal mine. The application of the proposed methods will free up unnecessary resources of the coal mine and redirect them to the needy facilities.

The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of vehicle operation by establishing patterns of change in the performance properties of winter tires and improving, on this basis, methods for adjusting the frequency of their replacement. The research methodology is based on the application of a systematic approach, a number of private methods of the experimental-theoretical level and proven methods of processing experimental data. As a result of the analysis of key factors, the relevance of the application of repair technology for studding car tires has been substantiated. Experimental studies on measuring the braking distance and acceleration time have confirmed the need for prompt diagnostics of the residual number of studs on car tires. It was found that the efficiency of the tire as the actual number of studs decreases non-linearly and depends largely on the type of road surface used. The scientific novelty of the performed research is the regularities of braking and acceleration properties of cars operated on various road surfaces in winter conditions, taking into account the technical condition of studded tires. The practical significance of such stands is to increase the demand for this service by reducing costs and significantly reducing labor costs associated with assessing the performance of winter tires. Technological operations using portable stands can be combined with periodic maintenance or carried out with a seasonal tire change both at service stations and in motor transport companies. Further research is aimed at collecting, analyzing and systematizing data to establish the parameters of mathematical models of the most popular standard sizes of automobile winter tires, which will allow scaling the technology and reducing its cost due to mass use. Thus, the results of the on-line diagnostics of tires can be used by car owners when making timely decisions about replacement or repair, which significantly increases traffic safety and reduces the cost of operation, since if the integrity of the tread is preserved, the restoration of winter tires with repair studs almost completely restores the original properties that determine numerical values of efficiency indicators at significantly lower costs in comparison with buying a set of new tires.
