The paper considers this type of legal relationship in the context of its relationship with such a legal phenomenon as a protective legal relationship. The defining thesis is that civil liability is an important, but not the only element of the protective relationship. After all, the application of measures to counteract various risks and threats that entail violations of subjective rights, by bringing offenders to civil responsibility, ensures the effective restoration of rights and adequate compensation to victims. At the same time, the principles of introducing negative consequences for the violator are not necessarily based on deprivation of the violator of material goods. They are based on the integrated application of measures, including those that have an operational and preventive effect and, strictly speaking, are not responsible. The article also analyzes in detail the theoretical position on the mandatory use of coercion in bringing the offender to justice, and criticizes this thesis. State coercion through a court decision has been shown to be an effective but not mandatory element of the protective relationship that arises between the victim and the offender. The possibility of realization of the protective requirement by voluntary fulfillment by the debtor, and thus, satisfaction of protection requirements is clearly shown. The paper also distinguishes between the concepts of civil offense and violation of law. After all, a violation of a subjective right can be caused not only by actions that qualify as civil offenses, but also by others that do not have such signs. In this regard - the violation of the law is a broader term that covers the consequences of various phenomena, including offenses, is a definite result.

Purpose: Inverse Kinematics (I.K.) is not as easy as Forward kinematics (F.K.), where we get a definite result. I.K. algorithm provides several possible solutions. From those finding the best solution is such a critical task. For standard robots which are commercially available in the market, the user is not concerned about I.K.'s complexity. They provide the control board and programming IDE to make it easy. However, when we develop a robotic arm from our D.H. parameter and driver board, complexity arises due to lots of difficulties for executing and successful completion. To make life easy, keeping CoppeliaSim background can eliminate the calculation overhead and get good results. The custom robot is running with less computation power. It may be a good approach. We are using C# for User Interaction. Following step by step, anyone can create a robust I.K. engine with little effort. The complete code is available in GitHub to test and experiment further. Design/Methodology/Approach: The data are propagated through Interprocess communication. For the user interaction, we use visual studio IDE using the most accessible language, C#. The user interaction data are sent to another application, CoppeliaSim, which calculates inverse kinematics, and effective results are displayed through robotic arm movement. Findings/Result: Implementing this procedure can get the excellent result of the robotics arm. Furthermore, by imposing the Value on the real robot, we can get effective results. It minimizes the research overhead on I.K. calculation. Originality/Value: Without knowing I.K. calculation complexity, receiving the Value, we can apply it to the real robot. Two issues we can solve here. One is the calculation, and another one is experiment overhead. Paper Type: Simulation-based Research.

The paper discloses the conceptual and theoretical foundations and approaches to the formation of state mechanisms for regulating the development and implementation of eco-economically efficient investment projects. The mechanisms of state regulation of investment activity, like similar mechanisms in other spheres of activity, are guided by a quite definite result, which can be called target. This result is the effects obtained in the form of the impact of the processes of economic activity of an industrial enterprise on the environment after the implementation of the investment project. The main mechanism for the implementation of regulatory and legal support is economic one based on the development of state forecasts of the socio-economic development of the country, its individual regions and their ecological state. In our opinion, the economic mechanism should also be based on forecasts of investment activities carried out from various sources and various industries, regions, a forecast assessment of the investment attractiveness of the national economy in general, industries, regions.

This research studies the cognitive and metacognitive strategies with academic success in urban and rural students; gender and place of residence that has not been the result of a definite result on their role in previous research have been gained. The present research is a correlation type and is an applied research. The aim of this study is to improve the level of learning. The target population of the high school students in Eghlid city is 269 people. A sample of 241 people was randomly selected and researched. The number of samples is specified according to the Morgan table. Pearson correlation and (T) test were used for two independent groups. The obtained result indicates that cognitive and metacognitive strategies in academic achievement, gender, and location are also effective in these strategies, so that female students are more than boys and student's Urban uses both types of strategy more than rural students.

In order to ensure consumers' motivation for daily schedule leveling, the article suggests the two-rate capacity payment implementation on the wholesale power energy and capacity market (WPECM) in case of industrial generation growth. Special attention is given to the real power system model research. As follows from results of economic effect calculation, it is profitable for consumers to regulate their consumption. Undoubtedly, the present analysis can't give completely reliable result in the question of the price change in case of two-rate capacity payment implementation. But it becomes possible to achieve a definite result in consumers' motivation growth.

Abstract The standard Bayesian recipe for selecting the rational choice is presented. A familiar example in which the recipe fails to produce any definite result is introduced. It is argued that a generalization of Gärdenfors’ and Sahlin’s theory of unreliable probabilities — which itself does not guarantee a solution to the problem — offers the best available approach. But a number of challenges to this approach are also presented and discussed.

Results of our previous work were published in the Journ. of Agric. Sri., IV, 1911. There, also, a brief summary of the chief papers published on the subject of the fat globules was given, to which it is unnecessary to refer in detail here. When the work was first commenced in 1909, the problem before us was the consideration of the variation in the size of the fat globules, with relation to churning, as regards the different breeds of cattle. The breed was considered because it was usually supposed that this was one of the chief factors which influenced churning. The most definite result of our work was that it was shown that consideration must be given to the character of the milk, irrespective of the breed. This conclusion is quite contrary to that of other workers, but an examination of their figures shows, undoubtedly, that this is actually the case: the results given by Woll (Digestion Expts., Seventh Annual Report, Agric. Expt. Stat, Wisconsin, 1890, 238; also Agric. Sci., 1892, vi, 445) emphasise this point particularly. It is also shown by this year's work, as may be seen from Tables V–XI.The comparative size of the globules has been worked out very thoroughly by Gutzeit, who measured the mean volume of the globule. Other workers give their results as “relative sizes.” In our work we attempted to ascertain the distribution of the fat in the globules, and to this end the number of globules of each size was determined, and curves were drawn. The result of this, however, was negative. At that time we were considering the breeds of the cows from which the milks were obtained; had we considered them solely as milks of a certain mean size of globule, much more might have been achieved. An apparatus was devised to give an absolute figure for the churnability of any cream, but, until the effect of the other factors has been determined, it is impossible to interpret the results. Some experiments to ascertain the optimum temperature were described also.

Six years ago we read a paper before you on ‘Recent Discoveries in connexion with Roman London’, when you kindly gave us leave to make further researches on behalf of the Society. Since then we have been almost constantly watching excavations in London, and it is now our duty to give an account of Roman remains exposed to view since June, 1906. It will naturally be asked why we have delayed so long: the reply is, that these diggings have followed each other in rapid sequence, lasting in some cases over protracted periods and demanding much sacrifice of time and energy. A large part of our observation also has met with little definite result, while frequently later finds have had a bearing on those which preceded them, and have thus offered opportunities of correcting and amplifying the previous records.

The relation of Latin lyric poetry to the lyric poetry of the Romance peoples remains one of the interesting problems of medieval literature. It has already challenged the industry of generations of investigators with no definite result. And it may be doubted whether conclusions which are self-convincing will be reached in the immediate future. The chief hindrance to a satisfactory solution is presented, of course, by the incompleteness of relevant material. The examples of Latin lyrics which may be considered as expressive of natural emotion are few in number before the end of the eleventh century, and the poems of William IX are the first in Romance. There may be found here and there, to be sure, scattered hints of the existence of non-artistic poetry, whether in Latin or the vernacular, but the information so furnished by Latin writers is uncertain as well as meager. Widely different interpretations may be put on it. Contradictory theories find inconclusive support in it, further confusing an already perplexing problem. In view of all this doubt, and the difficulties with which the subject is still beset, it may not be unprofitable to go over the ground once more, and arrange the documents which allude to non-literary poetry, Latin or Romance, in their chronological order from the first century to the eleventh. While nothing new may be discovered from such a classification it will be useful to have at hand, grouped together, the texts from which the opposing factions draw their partisan arguments.
